Horrible nail salon will NEVER GO again. I went in asking if they were able to do a nail set (picture provided) I got a hard no and decided to get a pedicure instead. The pedicure I received was $90.00. When Mary started working on my toes Jenny came and ask if I wanted nails too I politely declined since I had already shown Mary the style I wanted and they said no they didn't do that. Well Jenny ended up convincing me to get them done. I should have stoped her the moment she started it hasn't even been 24 hours since I got them done my nails are deformed some are thick some are thin and to top it off I already have a broken nail. Some spots have bubbles of the gel slowly rising up. They cut my cuticles from all the filing they did. They ended up charging me a total of $180 I will never recommend this place. I popped in just desperately needing some relaxation time. Asked for a lavender pedicure and just a clean up on my hands bc I don't like color on my nails. What I got in return was the most awesome hand and arm massage I have ever gotten along with Marys amazing foot massage and beautiful snowflakes added to my toes. I'm visiting from out of town and I decided to get me & my daughter a mani & pedi. Central Park is a nice area but needless to say "Mary" attempted to over charge me for the services rendered. I had done the math in my head and the total came to $147 before the tip. Mary came over with the calculator with a total of $167. So I explained how I came up with a different total. Mary proceeded to go through the services rendered and the total was indeed $147. This place has gone from shiny to $#!+ in my book. I have been many times and the service and attitude of the staff have gone completely down hill. They obviously hate their jobs and their customers. Completely rude! I have been told " you wait too long between pedi's we should charge you more so I work too hard." "your feet are really dry you don't take care your feet." " this shellac bad, I charge you more to remove." (Same shellac they applied a month earlier.) And they made fun of my husbands feet for being hard. That was the last straw for me. Obviously if my feet were always soft and my polish didn't chip in a week I would not be here in the first place lady. My last several services were so sloppy and rushed. The polish chipped on my mani and pedi within a few days. I mentioned my issues to the owner who has no interest in hearing any of it. She basically told me I was the only one that has ever complained so maybe it's just me. Expect to pay $80+ for a mani pedi and leave feeling like somehow they were doing you a favor. So I walked in for a pedicure and asked about an acrylic full set . They said they don't do acrylic full sets only gel nail tips. So I decided to think about it and decided to get the pedicure first . Let's start off with the pedicure..... literally the fastest pedicure I have ever had in my life a total of 20 minutes and ran me 45$ including gel polish. I felt robbed of a spa like experience . Usually most places take at least 45 minutes for a gel pedicure .If this is a spa then why does it feel rushed ? Now I ended up getting the gel nail tips which is literally the plastic tips attached and dipped in the powder. Guess how much that was ?! $80 and when I agreed to do them I had told them I would only get them if they were thin enough to look natural and would last as I currently work on a computer all day. I was assured they would. Fine . Well towards the end they were bulky and when I brought it up the woman said she couldn't guarantee they wouldn't break if she did them thinner . By this time I'm over it I told her to thin them out and I would just remove them once they broke . Needless to say they were NOT worth $80 . The woman seemed annoyed an irritated jerking my hand around and rushed this Service too. My first and my last time I go here . The end result was still bulky . Uneven. Sloppy and seemed more like a 45 dollar nail job than $80 . If you're going to charge THAT much at least make them even and look decent . Please don't waste you're money here read more

I had an appointment and had to wait 10 minutes. The hot stone was ok and the man who performed it was alright. The problem was when I asked for a simple application of glitter on my 2 big toes they acted very put out. The lady who came to do it was slapping my polish on as fast as she could and then slapped the "glitter" polish on so bad and when I showed her the picture she refused to redo it. I'm brand new to the area (just moved here less than two weeks ago) so I just chose a random place when I was out running errands. First off, my bill was $100!! All I got was basic dip. Like I said I'm new to the area so I thought maybe it was more expensive here but that's definitely not the case. Totally ripped me off. Second off, I got my nails done a week ago and three of my dip nails popped off. I've been getting my nails done for years and that has never happened to me. Dip shouldn't just pop off like that. Today I got my nails done here. I paid $250 at the end of my visits for two mani pedis and this is the quality of work I received. A $60 pedicure where my toes came out as shown in the photos below. Throughout my visits I asked for her to clean up the sides and under my toes, I asked for a harder massage, I asked for the dead skin around my nails to be taken care or and for her to scrub my heels which she completely ignored. For $60 this is the service you will receive. And that is completely unacceptable. My nails were soak for over an hour to the point that they are now brittle. They bend easily now which they never did before. The shape of the nail is uneven as well. When I asked her to shorten them I was ignored and they were left at that length. I will never go to this salon again. Over priced and terrible outcome. Do not trust them to compete the service you are paying for to the best of their ability. read more

The chairs for manicures are super comfy, and the hot stone hand massage (included) is so relaxing. Ive come here a few times in the past for special occasion pedicures but i came in for a mani pedi and OMG The Best mani pedi I've ever gotten. I got the hot stone massage for both and it was life changing! Lol my nails look beautiful and feel so good. The salon is very clean and well kept, all the tools and supplies used were clean and all fresh. Jean was my tech, she did such a good job and was very friendly. Paid $42 for a pedicure that lasted less than 15 min and the place was empty. Not sure what the rush was but I didn't even get to relax. My nail polish application looks like a child painted my toes. As for the lady who was doing my toes, she had an attitude the entire time. I picked out a gel polish and she said that it was way expensive (as if I couldn't pay the price) which is very rude and she chose to paint my nails with regular polish. the tools didn't even look sanitized or cleaned, she used my tub water to clean the tools and put everything away in the same basket it came in. Despite the concern of getting an infection from that, the woman was sighing the entire time and didn't properly clean my toes, or even file or clean the cuticles correctly. As I'm paying her attitude changed and she tried to be nice right after (I'm sure for a tip), don't recommend this place. read more

I'm normally up north by Westminster, Thornton and Northglenn area and only came to this place due to a LivingSocial coupon I've purchased earlier this year that was about to expire. I checked in on Yelp and there was also a coupon but please note that it DOES have an expiration of March of this year, not sure who's part it is on whether it's Yelp or the owners or both, but please read the fine print and ignore the coupon offer. This has been so far the best nail salon I have been to in a long time. They don't do acrylic stuff so the salon does not smell like a chemical lab when you walk in which is really nice and relaxing. They offer manicure and pedicure services with regular nail polish or gelish/shellac. You'll experience something like this when you visit here... You walk in, they sit you down in a nice plush comfy leather recliner and have you sit up first while they soak your feet in a stainless steel tub wrapped in a plastic bag (for sanitation purposes). I got the spa green tea pedicure and your choices are classic, green tea, chocolate or wine. They scrubbed down my legs and massaged it while soaking in warm/hot water. Then they wrapped a hot towel infused with whatever your pedicure choice is for a good few minutes until the towel has cool down. When they're done cutting your cuticles and prepping you for nail polish, here comes the best part! They have you lay down completely and oil your legs up and starting to give you a really thorough massage of your legs! I was in heaven! None of that 3 mins crap you get a other places with those lame massage chairs.. they don't have massage chairs here because they massage you personally. I also got a manicure and they massaged my arms really thorough too. After all the nail applications are complete, they'll sit you at this final table and give you a quick back massage as well. It might be kinda strange to some people but they kinda pat you down and hit you a little but it doesn't hurt, it's very soothing almost. Their price is typical of any nail places for manicure and pedicure but please do plan some time. I thought I'd be done in an hour for both but I ended up leaving 2 hours later feeling so relaxed! They do really pack in a good amount of time of nice relaxing massages for the amount of money that you'd spend. Totally worth every penny. If you are looking for electric massage chairs and whirlpool germ infested bowls to soak your fee, this is not the place. My friend who is a nail technician does NOT recommend ever going to those whirlpool places because even if they clean the bowl very well, the germs could still be in the pipes and still linked to the bowl.
