One company came out and told me needed to replace the "box" and clean the ducts for $3800, however there's no way the box can be replaced without tearing open walls. Austin Breeze showed up and confirmed no way to change the box but cleaned all the components, the area, identified another need that we missed (need cleanout line cleaned). Super nice, very friendly, easy to work with - will call again.
