The quality of the work does not reflect the money I paid. The job was definitely rushed, many important details were left incomplete, and the results did not match what was promised. Concerns I raised--such as mold issues and specific finish requests like quartz countertops--were dismissed or avoided, and nothing was handled with the level of professionalism I expected. To make matters worse, one of my front screen doors went missing during the project and was never addressed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I feel the work performed did not justify the cost, their communication was unreliable, and their business practices lacked integrity. I strongly encourage others to choose a different contractor. Save your money.

Those who came to clean the house didn't make me feel awkward during the cleaning process while I was here. My vent hood and stove have *never* looked this sparkling since the day I moved in! The Bad My goal was to bring someone in to do all of the "make ready" stuff that I didn't want to do - not that I couldn't do. Baseboards, light fixtures, cleaning rust-stains off of tile from where a toilet brush holder or a dog crate had been, and for sure, the windows/glass doors in my kitchen facing the backyard, which had toddler fingerprints and dog nose prints on it. I went out of my way to make sure that all of the rooms were ready for them to be able to clean - as much stuff out of the way, off the floors, put away as possible so they could just get to work. I gave some instructions then I left. When I came back home that night, the house was clean - but it was far from make-ready. Baseboards were still dirty in so many places. The bathrooms did not appear to be swept/mopped - as I was able to sweep up a significant amount after they left, including visible dust bunnies. A residue from the rug-tape I had used was still on the floor, though I had specifically noted that it was something that I'd like them to get picked up. Most of the obvious stuff was done, but there were still weird spots left uncleaned - like the console table upstairs or the counters which had visible food residue and crumbs still on them. I took photos and sent them to Drew. He was great and promptly responded that the team would come back and finish the job. His customer service is why they get 3 stars instead of 2. They came during work to get the job done and finished, so I could be ready for the next phase of the house job. It wasn't until the next day that I noticed just how much was still left undone. The windows in the kitchen didn't get cleaned at all. Neither did the glass door or the storm door. They got the carpet tape residue up, but the bathroom & laundry room floors were the same. The table upstairs was still dirty. The light fixtures above the sink had visible dust on the globes and the metal - not the kind that accumulates in a day, it was clear that they hadn't touched them. My morning was spent sweeping and mopping floors that were supposed to have been done. On my hands and knees scrubbing up rust-stains that had to be removed that no one bother to help with. Cleaning up baseboards, window-sills and wiping dust-bunnies out of corners that were just ignored. The Ugly Having to leave this review, because they were so very nice. As a business owner in my own life, I know how much it sucks to get a mixed review, but I also know that when things aren't handled correctly, I need to know. My schedule didn't permit me to allow for them to come back a third-time when I wasn't sure if it would get done if I wasn't directing it personally. Unfortunately, after a little less than 4 hours, the house was dirty. The mopping made our tile floors dirtier than before and left a sticky film. All the corners were dirty. The things that had been wiped had dust residue left from a dirty towel that was used to wipe. The carpeted floors weren't vacuumed at all. The bathroom looked a lot better but he hadn't brought the tools needed (he said) to clean some of the areas. The other bathroom's tub wasn't cleaned at all. This is a 3b/2b house. Trash wasn't emptied but everything cleaned with was left, adding to the trash. Toilets were cleaned well. Overall, coming home to a house that I still had to stay up late re-cleaning, cleaning, and vacuuming, was a huge disappointment. When I reached out for help to fix this, I was promised a half refund so that at least the cleaning person could have some payment, but it's been two weeks and there's no sign of it. I will not use this company again due to poor communication, extended delays (3 days without…read morewater), preventable water damage during installation, roof/vent damage, and dismissive/condescending responses when issues were raised. We hired them for an emergency hot water heater replacement. From the start, communication was inconsistent, pricing was delayed, scheduling was unclear, and we had to repeatedly follow up just to get updates while we were without water. On day three, the technician arrived but left after about 30 minutes due to confusion over the tank--they decided to switch from a short to a tall unit without clearly communicating it, and gave conflicting explanations about why. We were told he'd be back in 20-30 minutes; instead, hours passed with no updates. Eventually they said they had to drive out of town to get the unit, which is surprising given how many local stores carry these. They later justified the lack of communication by saying they didn't want to say anything until they were sure, so in their eyes, no update is better than a partial one. When they returned around 5 p.m., they drained the tank into the attic drip pan instead of using a hose. The pan overflowed, sending water into the attic and down into our living room through a smoke detector. If not for the hole where the smoke detector is, the water likely would have gone unnoticed and I don't think they would have been upfront about it. When I reported it, the response was dismissive and lacked accountability. I was told: - "we're not liable if it was water from the drip line" - "It wasn't much water" (even though I found out because I could heard it spilling down from the other room and could literally splash it up from the carpet) - "This is normal" - "I have to understand, it's a tank of water up in the attic and gravity makes water go down" - "We can't catch it because someone might slip" - "All plumbers have this problem" - If I had a better solution (like using a hose), I should "tell every plumber in the world because they would love to know" - They even sarcastically suggested they could "just leave the old tank up there" There was no apology, and the issue was minimized despite active water damage. After installation, we discovered the vent pipe had also been forced out of position on the roof, allowing rainwater into the attic. It appears that instead of refitting the vent for the taller tank, they just pushed it up through the roof and left it. When I raised this concern, I initially received no response. Later, when they contacted me about moving forward with the next phase of the project (which I declined), I was told, "We will have the roofer go out and LOOK at it to make sure nothing is wrong, but our master plumber confirmed that it's normal." It is not normal for the hot water heater vent to allow water into the attic. If this was "normal," why didn't they say anything or bother to seal it the first time? They said they'd come by around 11 a.m. to look at it but never showed. At 2 p.m., I followed up and was told it had already been "fixed." I was home the entire time. No one knocked, called, or informed me work was being done. I was not given the opportunity to understand or even APPROVE the proposed fix. From what I can see, the repair is incomplete. The vent has been altered, components appear cut and misaligned, and water still seems to be entering the attic. I did finally receive an apology but only for "changing the aesthetic" of the vent, which does little to address the overall situation. This experience was disorganized, caused additional damage to my home, and lacked accountability. I understand things happen, but the lack of communication, preventable damage, and how concerns were handled was unacceptable. All I needed to hear was, "Sorry, we're on it." Instead, there was consistent pushback and repeated attempts to characterize the situation as "normal." It was not. Being told this while water was actively entering my home (first through the smoke alarm, and then into the attic) was more frustrating than the issues themselves.

Their story of how it happened changed a couple of times and they refused to replace it or reimburse me for the price of buying a new one. * Did not clean the bathroom but did leave a sink full of bleach water so the house would smell fresh * They stated they would treat the rug for stains but didn't and I noticed a new stain when I walked into the living room after they left. Maybe cleaning isn't their strong suit. I do not recommend this cleaning company because they caused more problems than I need to deal with and I wouldn't wish them on anyone. I am now out cost in labor and extra cost in flooring that I will have to replace. He is also refusing to pay his employees, and leaving my home unliveable. If someone recommends this guy RUN the other way. He does not care nor does he back his work or respect the homeowners property. He left trash all over my house and my yard, cutting wood INSIDE my home leaving dust and wood piece on the ground laying wood floor over it.
