Take it from me…read more Here's what happened when they came to my house: * They stated they were only coming for a walkthrough and quote but insisted on staying to clean right away once they were inside my home. They are pushy, be careful. Just don't deal with them. * That shattered my tempered glass tv stand and tried to not take the blame. Their story of how it happened changed a couple of times and they refused to replace it or reimburse me for the price of buying a new one. * Did not clean the bathroom but did leave a sink full of bleach water so the house would smell fresh * They stated they would treat the rug for stains but didn't and I noticed a new stain when I walked into the living room after they left. Maybe cleaning isn't their strong suit. I do not recommend this cleaning company because they caused more problems than I need to deal with and I wouldn't wish them on anyone. I'll take down the review and not write others on any other site once fair reimbursement is received to replace damaged property.

Long story short, I need garbage removed from my yard, and they responded to me in like seconds. I've never had any Yelp business respond that fast EVER. And they are friendly, had a schedule up, were reasonably priced, and considerate. Customer service is fantastic for Lone Wolf and I know I will come to them again if I ever have another project. If a management company needs an excellent clean team, or a realtor needs a final clean for a home that has recently sold, or a tenant / homeowner is moving in or out of their home to prepare it for the next occupant...this is your one stop shop for most things needed! Aside from the amazingly friendly customer service that they offer, you can count on speaking to a real person on the phone when you call to schedule estimates or discuss services. Now I would like to take a moment to recognize and acknowledge how difficult these jobs can be and show extra appreciation for the attention to detail and the dedicated time that is taken to complete some of the cleaning jobs. Also to point out to the general public that not all smudges can be wiped off without removing paint...which isn't a cleaners job. Dusting doesn't include dusting and then deep scrubbing with wet rags. Wiping down walls doesn't mean wiping down walls and then having to use a mop and bucket to deep scrub the food splatters that appear to be caked on to a wall. Cleaning windows and mirrors doesn't include having to use a razor blade to scrape off paint before you can Windex and wipe clean. Of course I am not saying these things cannot be done...I am just saying the for a company, TIME IS MONEY AND MONEY IS TIME and all of those additional items take more time therefore the general public should acknowledge that these particular "upgrades" to a cleaning service...will cost more money.
