Worst service I've ever received. I requested a clear quote upfront, which was never provided…read more Despite giving clear instructions on the work needed, they charged me extra, tried to charge for bulk pickup, and failed to paint the house as agreed. My friend, who was there in my place (since I'm stationed in Korea), made it clear that painting was required, yet they claimed she said the tenant would handle it--something that doesn't make sense given the house had to be ready before anyone moved in. To make matters worse, my realtor, someone I trust, visited the house and confirmed that the work was not completed properly. She even called the company to explain that the house needed to be finished, but they continued to disrespect me by dismissing my concerns. My friend had to purchase their own equipment to finish the work that was supposed to be done. What was supposed to be completed on Friday dragged on the whole weekend, and it's still not finished as of March 23rd. I asked for this job to be done before the 16th, and I'm still waiting. They claimed I wasn't overcharged, but the work they did was so poor that I could have done it myself for free. I'm now dealing with more stress than if I had handled everything myself. I will be attaching photos to warn future clients about this company. As a military member stationed abroad, I trusted them to handle the job, and they failed miserably. They demanded full payment before the job was done and now are blaming me. My house is still incomplete, and despite having cameras and a friend checking in, they continue to drop the ball. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They deserve a zero-star rating, but I'm giving them one only because I have to.

For the work done (seems a one-person company), in the amount of time (one day), worth the price. As far as overall quality and attention detail, things missed like dusting of airvents and hair in shower drains/leftover cleaning film in one of the tubs. But overall, very fast response, responsive to needs over phone/text considering the circumstances (booked everything 5 hour timezone behind). Was able to see photos and videos of job after and before. Quick refund for mowing services that werent completed due to weather circumstances. UPDATE: owner reached out immediately to offer to remedy minor defiencies. Appreciated the gesture nonetheless despite my mother-in-law already correcting the issues.

AVOID this business at ALL COSTS. I'm out of $350 after getting a "deep clean" from this guy. He is…read moresuper unprofessional. He was 40 minutes late said he double booked me with another client. Then he showed up to the wrong address. Nothing but excuses from the very beginning. He told me he could do a deep clean which included the baseboards, sweeping and mopping, the blinds, the bathrooms, vacuuming, and whatever else a deep clean entails. It took him 2 hours to clean my house. That was another red flag. When I did the walk through with him I was shocked. There was still dirt on the floor, the baseboards were filled with dust, he didn't clean behind my bookshelf or couch, he didn't clean behind the nightstands in my room or the baseboards in the closet. Lots of the blinds were left dirty. I literally had to point out something in during the entire walk through. Then he had the nerve to say, "you have good eyes." Sir, YOU should have good eyes if you're running a cleaning business! He did a VERY TERRIBLE job. He didn't even have a broom or mop. His vacuum is super weak. I had fo hire another cleaning last for less than half of what I paid and she did an excellent job as always. I'm disappointed I even gave this guy a chance. Most of the pictures he posts do NOT clearly emanate the work that he does. I asked him for a partial refund and he said he would but of course now he isn't responding. He had so many excuses! My fridge and other appliances were not shiny afterwards and he said that if he cleaned it with the thing that makes it shiny then there would be finger prints. This guy is full of shit, unprofessional, and does very subpar work. I DO NOT recommend!

Take it from me…read more Here's what happened when they came to my house: * They stated they were only coming for a walkthrough and quote but insisted on staying to clean right away once they were inside my home. They are pushy, be careful. Just don't deal with them. * That shattered my tempered glass tv stand and tried to not take the blame. Their story of how it happened changed a couple of times and they refused to replace it or reimburse me for the price of buying a new one. * Did not clean the bathroom but did leave a sink full of bleach water so the house would smell fresh * They stated they would treat the rug for stains but didn't and I noticed a new stain when I walked into the living room after they left. Maybe cleaning isn't their strong suit. I do not recommend this cleaning company because they caused more problems than I need to deal with and I wouldn't wish them on anyone. I'll take down the review and not write others on any other site once fair reimbursement is received to replace damaged property.
