They adjusted without hesitation and still managed to come out for a walkthrough and provide us with a quote right away. On cleaning day, the team was professional, kind, and hardworking. We were there for a few hours doing some touch-up painting, and they never once made us feel in the way--they were so friendly the entire time. They worked tirelessly, and the results honestly blew us away. I never thought our stove or stovetop would look new again, but they somehow made it spotless. Every detail of the house was cared for, and it truly felt move-in ready for the new occupants. I would have given them an average/3 had it not been for their responses over text. Similarly, I had told them ahead of time I would be waiting to pay the electronic bill until after the day of the service. They also sent the invoice for incorrect charges twice before the correct one. So for me the end of my work day is 7pm - however, today after the service was completed they responded that the bill would be due at 5pm (and this had never been communicated before). I always check the service before paying so would not have agreed to that stipulation. This part is all business logistics things though and I'm sure something that could be easily fixed and not a deterrent for future customers.

First they came in walking all over my home with no shoe cover or taking shoes off, I messaged the company and asked them to remind the cleaners to wear shoe covers as my child and spouse both have extreme allergies and they went out to the car to grab them, came back in and only one cleaner proceeded to put hers on while the short haired woman said she didn't understand why they would call to bother her about that and proceeded to walk my entire house without the shoe covers. Next, the short haired woman was dragging the vacuum into the primary bedroom and slammed it against the wall and peeled a piece of it off. Lastly, I mistakenly left my wedding band on my bathroom counter as I was rushing to get out of the house and the short haired woman stole it. I contacted molly maid and instead of asking for proof they said they spoke with the cleaner and she said, "she doesn't recall seeing a ring." because yeah she would just tell you she stole it. What makes it worse it I just got it back from being repaired, I hate thieves and liars. This is so disappointing, I was hoping to use their service and promote it in this area but knowing the caliber of people they hire I will not be using this service. I believe I originally spoke with the owner of the company to get the quote and I asked if we could communicate by text as I was coordinating this service from a different state/time zone. The pricing was right for us because of the seasonal discounts and more importantly, I believe they were confident in their service and wanted to earn the repeat business (a great sign of a quality service). I had Victory Home Services send a professional out to come deep clean my father's home. He has lived alone for a year now and has had caregivers to maintain the cleaning for him, but a deep clean was needed to turn over the fall season. Cornelia was dedicated and somehow managed to get the bathroom clean (I was about to just replace the toilet and she salvaged it!). Worst service I've ever received. I requested a clear quote upfront, which was never provided…read more Despite giving clear instructions on the work needed, they charged me extra, tried to charge for bulk pickup, and failed to paint the house as agreed. My friend, who was there in my place (since I'm stationed in Korea), made it clear that painting was required, yet they claimed she said the tenant would handle it--something that doesn't make sense given the house had to be ready before anyone moved in. To make matters worse, my realtor, someone I trust, visited the house and confirmed that the work was not completed properly. She even called the company to explain that the house needed to be finished, but they continued to disrespect me by dismissing my concerns. My friend had to purchase their own equipment to finish the work that was supposed to be done. What was supposed to be completed on Friday dragged on the whole weekend, and it's still not finished as of March 23rd. I asked for this job to be done before the 16th, and I'm still waiting. They claimed I wasn't overcharged, but the work they did was so poor that I could have done it myself for free. I'm now dealing with more stress than if I had handled everything myself. I will be attaching photos to warn future clients about this company. As a military member stationed abroad, I trusted them to handle the job, and they failed miserably. They demanded full payment before the job was done and now are blaming me. My house is still incomplete, and despite having cameras and a friend checking in, they continue to drop the ball. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They deserve a zero-star rating, but I'm giving them one only because I have to.

For the work done (seems a one-person company), in the amount of time (one day), worth the price. As far as overall quality and attention detail, things missed like dusting of airvents and hair in shower drains/leftover cleaning film in one of the tubs. But overall, very fast response, responsive to needs over phone/text considering the circumstances (booked everything 5 hour timezone behind). Was able to see photos and videos of job after and before. Quick refund for mowing services that werent completed due to weather circumstances. UPDATE: owner reached out immediately to offer to remedy minor defiencies. Appreciated the gesture nonetheless despite my mother-in-law already correcting the issues.
