Thorough is an understatement; their attention to detail did NOT go unnoticed. Being conscientious in the execution of the cleaning service one pays for is expected, I know, but I'd like to add that not only did Ana and Brenda do an awesome job cleaning the whole house, but they were super friendly to me and my two very curious kittens. Of course, I asked if they wanted me to put the kittens in another room, but they both stated that was not necessary and worked and played with them as they cleaned AND they were mindful of the door if they needed to go out, now THAT was not expected, but much appreciated. If you have four legged littles, those two (Ana and Brenda) are your go to cleaning team. While I have the highest praise for Team 60, I would be remiss if I didn't mention that every team this Molly Maid has sent out over the past year that I've worked with them, has done a great job. Thus, I highly recommend this particular Molly Maid branch.

First they came in walking all over my home with no shoe cover or taking shoes off, I messaged the company and asked them to remind the cleaners to wear shoe covers as my child and spouse both have extreme allergies and they went out to the car to grab them, came back in and only one cleaner proceeded to put hers on while the short haired woman said she didn't understand why they would call to bother her about that and proceeded to walk my entire house without the shoe covers. Next, the short haired woman was dragging the vacuum into the primary bedroom and slammed it against the wall and peeled a piece of it off. Lastly, I mistakenly left my wedding band on my bathroom counter as I was rushing to get out of the house and the short haired woman stole it. I contacted molly maid and instead of asking for proof they said they spoke with the cleaner and she said, "she doesn't recall seeing a ring." because yeah she would just tell you she stole it. What makes it worse it I just got it back from being repaired, I hate thieves and liars. This is so disappointing, I was hoping to use their service and promote it in this area but knowing the caliber of people they hire I will not be using this service. Please avoid this company at all cost!

I believe I originally spoke with the owner of the company to get the quote and I asked if we could communicate by text as I was coordinating this service from a different state/time zone. The pricing was right for us because of the seasonal discounts and more importantly, I believe they were confident in their service and wanted to earn the repeat business (a great sign of a quality service). I had Victory Home Services send a professional out to come deep clean my father's home. He has lived alone for a year now and has had caregivers to maintain the cleaning for him, but a deep clean was needed to turn over the fall season.
