Worst service I've ever received. I requested a clear quote upfront, which was never provided…read more Despite giving clear instructions on the work needed, they charged me extra, tried to charge for bulk pickup, and failed to paint the house as agreed. My friend, who was there in my place (since I'm stationed in Korea), made it clear that painting was required, yet they claimed she said the tenant would handle it--something that doesn't make sense given the house had to be ready before anyone moved in. To make matters worse, my realtor, someone I trust, visited the house and confirmed that the work was not completed properly. She even called the company to explain that the house needed to be finished, but they continued to disrespect me by dismissing my concerns. My friend had to purchase their own equipment to finish the work that was supposed to be done. What was supposed to be completed on Friday dragged on the whole weekend, and it's still not finished as of March 23rd. I asked for this job to be done before the 16th, and I'm still waiting. They claimed I wasn't overcharged, but the work they did was so poor that I could have done it myself for free. I'm now dealing with more stress than if I had handled everything myself. I will be attaching photos to warn future clients about this company. As a military member stationed abroad, I trusted them to handle the job, and they failed miserably. They demanded full payment before the job was done and now are blaming me. My house is still incomplete, and despite having cameras and a friend checking in, they continue to drop the ball. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They deserve a zero-star rating, but I'm giving them one only because I have to.

Requested a moveout cleaning for my Mother-in-law. Got quoted for carpet cleaning, blinds,…read morekitchen/major appliances, mowing, bathroom. For the work done (seems a one-person company), in the amount of time (one day), worth the price. As far as overall quality and attention detail, things missed like dusting of airvents and hair in shower drains/leftover cleaning film in one of the tubs. But overall, very fast response, responsive to needs over phone/text considering the circumstances (booked everything 5 hour timezone behind). Was able to see photos and videos of job after and before. Quick refund for mowing services that werent completed due to weather circumstances. UPDATE: owner reached out immediately to offer to remedy minor defiencies. Appreciated the gesture nonetheless despite my mother-in-law already correcting the issues.

We bought a brand new couch on Saturday, and got it dirty when we were moving it to our house so we…read morehired K&M to help us clean it. As a result of their cleaning, they left a huge neon green stain on the front that was not there before. The employee cleaning the couch assured us that this was normal and when it dried we wouldn't be able to see it. Now that it has dried, the stain is actually worse than when it was wet. I called and asked the owner if there was anything we could try to get the stain out. The response left me shocked and in tears. Ken yelled at me, told me I was a "young little girl" that didn't know what I was talking about, that it was my fault and then hung up on me. He also denied the entire interaction from his employee even though I have the whole thing recorded and sent it to him. Leaving the stain really wasn't that big of a deal had we been able to just try and get it out somehow, but the response from the owner was truly like nothing I've ever experienced. I would really hate for this to happen to anyone else so I highly recommend Deep Eddy Cleaners instead, who graciously helped us when I explained to them what happened.

All we asked for was a quick second wipe down of surfaces, vacuum, mop, and full bathroom cleaning. This is much less than a full normal cleaning. She walked through the house and said she thought it was dirtier than she thought it would be and quoted us $450 for just these things! Completely unacceptable! We instructed them not to clean the house for this price, and will have to find someone else. She was also extremely unresponsive and took over a week to nail down a time she could clean. This was an extremely unprofessional and disappointing company.
