We had a horrible experience with this company. The cleaners did not leave surfaces clean and for…read moreover $300 I expect surfaces to at least be wiped down. Additionally they damaged one of our lights and did not say anything to us about it. The nastiest part though was their total unprofessional behavior. They made nasty comments about the state of the house to each other. If I am hiring a cleaner it is because the house is dirty and I need help. It is not acceptable to make comments about the state of things. The company did not call or email me back addressing my concerns after I emailed them.

They did not clean a two bedroom apartment correctly and had to be called back to fix what they missed and still didn't clean to the rental agency's standards. we had to clean behind the two guys after they said they were not doing anything else. Needless to say they were an hour late for both appointments and did not offer any apologies. Their supervisor absolutely refused to come out in person to check their poor performance and our concerns. He was very arrogant and argumentative over the phone and made excuses for his workers poor performance. He refused to offer any compensation in the amount that was charged. Big red flag! When looking for a physical address for his business, I found it's actually a post office box. Not a single person would tell us their name. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE!!!

WARNING: Avoid this cleaning service. Take it from me…read more Here's what happened when they came to my house: * They stated they were only coming for a walkthrough and quote but insisted on staying to clean right away once they were inside my home. They are pushy, be careful. Just don't deal with them. * That shattered my tempered glass tv stand and tried to not take the blame. Their story of how it happened changed a couple of times and they refused to replace it or reimburse me for the price of buying a new one. * Did not clean the bathroom but did leave a sink full of bleach water so the house would smell fresh * They stated they would treat the rug for stains but didn't and I noticed a new stain when I walked into the living room after they left. Maybe cleaning isn't their strong suit. I do not recommend this cleaning company because they caused more problems than I need to deal with and I wouldn't wish them on anyone. I'll take down the review and not write others on any other site once fair reimbursement is received to replace damaged property.
