Mike came out and determined that the valve was indeed faulty and quickly replaced it and at a reasonable price. The water pressure was better, but still wasn't really the way it should be. This is where Advanced Plumbing really shined. Mike came back out and took his time to correctly diagnose that the pressure issues that I was still having were all due to my water softener system having some kind of a internal issue. He bypassed the softener to be sure and immediately the water pressure was fixed. He all of this all at no extra cost to me, which is really amazing, especially since he knew I still had a warranty on the water softener and thus wouldn't get any more business out of this job if it was indeed the water softener that was faulty. I got the water softener fixed a few days later and everything is back to normal. Mike and Sarah showed outstanding customer service and just as important, got the problem figured out in a timely manner and at a great price. They definitely have all of my future business and my wife and I will be referring everyone we know to them. Thanks for the great service!!
