The next morning I started calling businesses until I was able to get on someones schedule (not easy on a Saturday) The owner and office at All-Star Trade Pros had me scheduled first thing on Sunday morning (I agreed). Service tech (Justice) arrived and diagnosed the issue and fixed it immediately as well as performed a series of inspections on our unit along with providing feedback on future maintenance. I was pleased to see that a company has knowledgeable technicians; as well as, functions without gimmicks and over-charging customers. I ordered a custom shelf on Etsy that came in many pieces with heavy shelves. We figured we'd see if Dan could install and while he was at it, fix an outlet, fix an outdoor light fixture, hang an irritating heavy photo collage, and fix our bedroom door that keeps pulling apart at the hinges. We later hired a licensed plumber to inspect and correct the issue. Overall, the quality of work did not meet our expectations. Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation. This project did not go as smoothly as anticipated, and I would not choose to work with this company again.
