I called jans towing and the guy who answered was very rude. I was trying to get a price quote to see who has the better deal. I was looking around for prices and I called him a second by accident . He answered saying in a rude tone what are you trying to do and I forgot the rest . After that I hung up. I called triple a. Triple a told me they have someone for dispatch. It just so happened to be the same guy from hand towing. Almost waiting an hr I get contacted by triple a. They tell me that he said there was an exchange of words and wouldn't come tow me. Now there was no one from triple a who could pick me up and 12 at night. Whoever that guy is who answer the phones needs to be fired. read more

I want to give a special thanks to my tow truck driver Gilbert! Truck #42 I believe ...He got to my location very fast and had me on my way within minutes upon arrival, he kept great conversation, had me laughing the whole time and even showed off some great parking skills having to back up my car into my tight driveway spot. Thanks gil!!! read more

I was helped by Rick Rocy today, he was very helpful and very friendly. Overall really nice guy.

Gil in truck 42 helped me out today. I had a flat tire and needed to be towed. Gil was great. He checked my tire and put air in it to see if it needed to be replaced, first. He explained everything he was doing. His truck was nice and clean. We had a good conversation during our 5-mile drive. He made the whole situation less stressful. Jan's Towing has been around for as long as I can remember and when I've needed a car towed they were always careful and great with my car. read more

Steve got to me in less that 15 minutes and spent a lot of time trying to help diagnose the problem with my car. He was beyond helpful!!

Our experience with Jan's towing was great. Marty was extremely helpful, trying to get information to us to assist us on The side of the freeway with a blown tire on our RV late on Sunday night...We were towed home with a big rig tow by Steve who was as helpful as Marty..We would definitely use their services again. read more

About a week ago, my boyfriend lost his only set of car keys on the metro. We had called AAA because the car was at the metro station parking lot. Originally, I was prepared to give Jan's a one star review. The first driver that showed up told my boyfriend that he wouldn't be able to get the car out of the garage. We had been waiting for a pretty long time at the metro station for the first driver to arrive and were cometely dissapointed and stuck on what to do from there. We decided to call AAA again and they sent another driver. Who I believe his name is Eduardo (so sorry if that isnt correct, my short term memory is pretty bad). This tow truck driver went above and beyond to help us get our car out of the parking garage. It was a lot of work that this driver put in and without him, we would have been absolutely stuck. I can't thank this driver enough for all the hard work he put in. read more

These guys are great. Fast response, communicative dispatchers, and efficient friendly tow truck operators.

Got a flat in a car without a spare. called Jan's and they arrived in less then 10 min. Cesar Nara was the driver who helped me. He took extreme caution with my car, treating it like his own. When we got back to my place he filled the tire with air just enough to get it in my driveway. Cesar went above and beyond to make sure my car got home safe and in perfect condition. Thanks Cesar!! read more

Great response time. About 10-15min. Daniel was great at helping me figure out my battery problem. Was back on the road in less than 20 min. All in all great time. Jan's knows how to do it. It wasn't the first time I've been rescued by them, and it won't be last. But I'll always call them. read more

My wife and I moved to glendora over 5 years ago and have had some car troubles here and there, we are AAA members and they always send out Jan's towing when we are in the area. Today I had an issue on Stephora and Gladstone and called AAA. Jan's towing came once again, this time the driver was Kevin York, he was amazing. Kevin was very attentive, positive, great conversation and insanely helpful in every way possible. He even gave me a ride home from the mechanic, Jan if you're reading this, Kevin is great. I'm a business owner and have employees myself, I appreciate a great employee and he is definitely worth a good review on yelp ;)! read more

I had battery problems with my 2006 Yamaha FJR 1300A. The bike wouldn't start. My driver, Carlos, arrived quickly. He carefully inspected the bike in an effort to locate the battery. I told him what the service person at a local bike shop told me. The battery wasn't in that location. Not to be deterred, Carlos then checked the other side. Found the battery location. Carefully removed parts of the ferring. Carefully attached the battery charger. The bike started after Carlos patiently waited for it to charge. He then put the ferring back together. I mean this was a perfect instance of professional service. Thank you so much Carlos. read more

I am being nice by giving 1 star. There is definitely someone dishonest in that company! I had a car towed there due to a freeway accident and when I went there the same day to empty my belongings from my car, several "items" we're missing from the vehicle. It a shame that a law enforcement agency has a contract with a tow company that has shady employees! read more

Car battery had finally gone out on me after 6 years. Jan's towing was dispatched and their service tech, Julio came out. Julio ruled out a bad alternator and told me I would need a battery swap. By far one of the best and easiest roadside service calls I've had. read more

Had a flat this morning, called AAA and they sent Jan's Towing. I always know once they tell me that Jan's in going to be servicing me, I am in good hands. Enrique arrived very promptly, he used logic to know the car was in the alley and was right in front of my garage when I came out. He didn't let me doing any of the dirty work, he insisted on doing everything himself even though it's in my nature to help, he assured me he had the situation under control. He was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. You can tell he had a keen sense of detail and was gentle with my vehicle. He even made me laugh a couple of times before I had my coffee. He gave me the all the important safty information about driving with a spare tire. It was the Diamond Standard of service. I am kind of shocked given how young he is. Thank you Jan's and thank you Erique. read more

Awful last experience using Jan's and it will be my last, this is not the typical service or attitude we usually get from this business. I requested Jan's tow my truck to the body shop on December 8th when someone hit the rear driver side while it was parked. While they were quick to respond and send a truck that is about where the good service ends. Myself and 2 of my coworkers as well as the party that ran into the truck watched as the Jan's worker hooked my truck up from only ONE of the two available d ring shackles and pulled the truck onto the flat bed, once the truck was loaded the worker continued to use the ONE side as an anchor and pulled the bumper down and away from the vehicle resulting in more damage to my bumper. The truck has since been at the body shop and this was the earliest I had time to go see what body work has been performed on the rear and I noticed the damages to the front bumper. When I tried to contact Jan's about the incident we were disrespected and treated poorly. From someone who has worked years in customer service, your customer service is God awful. I did not deserve to be hung up on by Steve Dougan or to be spoken to like I'm ignorant. Your company damaged my bumper, I have witness to prove it and you don't want to fix it, anyone else that is looking for a tow company needs to be warned that this is how you're treated when you point out a mistake made by them. read more

Recently I had my battery die on me. I always see Jans Towing all across town helping the community. Hence, I decided to give them a call. They answered the phone immediately-the person who took my call was extremely cool and reassuring. The tow truck driver who came to my rescue was extremely helpful and kind. He got my car running in know time and didn't try to sell me on anything extra that I didn't need-which was much appreciated being a female. I would definitely use them again, and recommend their services to anyone in need of a quick jump, tow or battery. read more

Great battery services there always on time when I need them the most and the best part is the costumer service is amazing

I managed to pop a 4Runner tire in the middle of Burro Canyon shooting range, which is up a winding dirt road and has NO cellphone reception. It was a new car, and I didn't know squat about changing the tire, so I called AAA from the front office. They dispatched Jorge Arias, who showed up ready to tow the 4Runner out of the canyon if needed. Jorge knew his shit. He was friendly, efficient, and had me on the road in twenty minutes. This dude was a miracle. He showed up in the middle of nowhere, in the middle of a PANDEMIC, and in the middle of a bunch of people who were armed with guns!! He was masked up, but I could hear the smile in his voice. Thanks Jorge, and thanks, Jans. You guys are badasses! read more

I cannot tell you how greatful I am to this company. A special shoit out yo Shelby and Susan. I got in an accident, wasn't my fault. Totaled my car and had a sticky situation going on. It was stressful enough dealing with my injuries and no car. Shelby remained calm the whole time and helped me stay calm. Susan put herself in my shoes and did something great for me that most towing companies wouldn't do. There really are good people out there in this crazy world of ours. Def use this company and don't hesitate, they actually care !!!!!! I am so greatful my car got towed to them. Thank you thank you, jans Towing@!!! read more

My husband hit a pole in a parking garage structure at Glendora. Triple AAA sent out Jan's towing to us. Steve O #37 and Jorge #22 were awesome. Did such a great job, especially with what they had to work with because the truck was in a tight spot, and with the drive shaft broken, rear axle out. However they got the truck out without any complications. We were very impressed. So professional and kind. It was a great pleasure working with both of them. Great experience. I gladly recommend this business to anyone. Great job read more
