His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, showing no concern for customer service. I explained that it's not normal for a car to break down within 30 days, not to mention that the check engine light come on 2 days after i had it, which leads me to believe that they reset the code. that in situations like this, most dealerships offer some level of support. Instead, Emanuel told me the only option was to send the car to one of their mechanics--at my expense. He also tried to blame the issue on the fact that I put a thousand miles on the car, which has nothing to do with an engine failure this early. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! If you like high payments, with low money down, vehicles that don't run and management that hides. This is the place. Got the car on valentines, next day the timing chain was failing, it had to be towed. $225 out of pocket to drop it off. The dealership cleared the codes and didn't replace it. Next day same thing happens, check engine comes on and the car starts to over heat. I Took the vehicle to AAMCO. It needed almost $1500 worth of work done on the cooling system and a short in the electrical system. Usave sends me to their mechanic who found the cheapest solution for the dealership, an easy way to appease the situation. The manager JC refuses to answer his phone. Runs out of the dealership whenever approached and will not take any responsibility. Anytime I call to speak to him the receptionist acts like she's never spoke to me, and no call has ever been returned. I go down, leave the vehicle and got refunded the following day. The lack of professionalism, the absolute absence of integrity and incompetence is astounding. This is not a place you want to have any business with. read more

I absolutely did not mainly because I just wanted to take my L now and not be $5000-$6000 or more deep and they play me again. In fact I'm going to try and make what they are doing a crime! I put 3GS down on a car. Months into my payments my car gets stolen. I call The dealership (the police told me to) asking if they had gps on the car, and could they please help the police find my car. Miguel very clearly lied to me and told me "no we don't have gps and can't help you" he should have said WONT help you. Then he said "when are you bringing the car payment it's due today". I told him I'd see about getting a ride. That night I found my car by tracking a phone I had left in it. I had to wait 5and ha half hours on the side of a Stater bro's waiting on the police. The next morning I stopped at Walmart on my way to the dealership to make my payment. My payment was now one day late. While I was in Walmart guess who showed up. If you guessed the car dealership then you guessed right. They repoed my car with my dog in the flipping car. YES I SAID WITH MY DOG IN THE CAR!!!! The dealership / auction / we're our own finance company basically stole my dog snd my car! 4 hours and $800 dollars later I get my car back. Let me not forget to mention this guy was insisting that I make two payments to get my car out on top of the tow cost. That was all in December. So here we are today in January. My payment is 7 days late. I was told I could ask them to please put my payment at the end of my loan. After many conversations with this guy, who by the way does not talk to me he YELLS at me, he wants 2 payments and f me he wants to know who told me I could ask to put my payment at the end of my loan. I'm so surprised he hasn't had a heart attach from yelling all the time! Anyway I was asking who the loan company was so I could ask them to move my payments. For one I had not worked for 3 weeks. I was super sick, me and my family had COVID the first time around and this was just like it only worse. The ER said to treat it like COVID this second time around but not to go there or ANYWHERE unless I needed emergency services. basically I was quarantined for a while 3 weeks. Trust me 3 weeks off work did not help any situation in my life and especially this one. So this guy is yelling at me at the top of his lungs. I have a headache already and he just won't stop yelling at me, so I hung up on him. An hour or so later I'm at CVS getting medication and he has the tow truck come and take my car. The driver I'm sure has magical powers to find my car with no GPS on it. They all aware the tow truck is not the car dealerships but I'm sure it is because last time I paid the money to the dealership for the tow and my car payment and the receipt was all on the same page. Guys, it nay be legal but it's not right. It's ruthless. And to top it all off they took my storage key when they took my keys out of the ignition. They were in there because I jumped in the car while it was on the tow truck. If anyone sees this and has had any kind of a similar situation please contact me. I'm going to try and put together a class action lawsuit. They took the only way I had to make money away from me and left me without anyway to get home. No way to make money to get the car out or buy food or take care of my dog. I was lucky to get my things out of the car because apparently they could charge me to get my things out. Gotta love these people taking advantage of a single woman. It wasn't going to starve his family to wait for his payment like it is going to cause me to go without food. I had set an appointment for today last Thursday to come check out a car I had seen listed. This morning Emmanuel called me several times to make sure I was still coming out to check on the vehicle that I wanted . I told him I would be there around 5 like we had planned on Thursday. Came back to do yet another review because we worked with this auto company for almost two years. Miguel from finances is the worst! Literally. He is such a liar. They also lie about "reporting" on time payments to the credit bureau. They don't! It's all a lie. Our account was under my name, but due to me always getting into it with Miguel I let my bf handle the payments. They knew to call him for the payments then when our car got repossessed all of a sudden had a totally different number on the account and said they couldn't get ahold of him. They're bs as hell. They told us since we got it repoed twice we have to pay in full for our car and finish payments. Our car was getting repoed with less than 30 days late. Also, when we tried to get my DL's out the car, Miguel refused to let us know where our car was taken. Our car was repoed without any paperwork given to us. Miguel thinks he got a one up but we're glad we got rid of that shitty car that they gave us a fake report on, telling us our car only had 1 owner. When we ran it at Carmax found out it had been through so much and has had 5 previous owners. Overall shitty cars and they lie about the problems then they don't fix it! We got our 2008 Chrysler 300 repoed in Sept. and went and bought a 2020 Ford Edge with less miles and only 1 owner at Ganas the same month ! Within 5 days of purchasing the car I tried to go back and tell them that the clicking noise they assured me was because the car was cold was not going away. On the phone he kept yelling at my mother when she asked a question and i was RIGHT THERE talking to him at the same time. The license plates didn't come in until last month. Bought a SUV in Dec same experience and the last two post. Had problems as soon as I left the place. My third row did not work said their guy would take a look never got a call i called never got a call back. Front hub bearing was bad that's a safety issue my husband had to replace the next day. We are self employed last month was the first missed payment made arraignments to pay asap. Car was picked up today after speaking to them Friday. Again the same as the other gentlemen I had to make 2 payments and towing fee. Which lucky we recieved money today as we stated we would. They gladly took almost 1,000 from us within hours. We got to the place at 6:20 and they would not release the car. That department is bu appointment and closed at 6pm and no one has access to keys. They were fully aware I paid but did nothing to contact me with such information and expected me to know. This has never happened to me in my life I am not familiar such things. So now I'm still out of a car until Monday and they all just seemed like they could not be bothered still didn't give me the gentleman's name that can handle getting me my car back or even a phone number to call not even a business card. BEWARE. Buying "AS IS" could be a terrible decision if you are not financially stable and ready for the INEVITABLE REPAIRS. Test drove 3 cars and chose the one that I thought would be most reliable. Boy was I WRONG. I had the car for 4 days and the TRANSMISSION FAILED. Of course buying "AS IS" means no returns. So I paid 4K in repairs and didn't have my car for 3 weeks. Repairs included: REBUILT TRANSMISSION, CRANK SHAFT CENTER, WHEEL ALIGNMENT, OIL & FILTER CHANGE, BRAND NEW BATTERY. And I still need to take care of a few more malfunctions. Mechanic said there is no way I could have known the transmission was going to fail because these places add transmission fluid so the car runs fine for a few days and then it fails. Also, these sales men don't know anything about cars. Don't ask them questions. Bring your own mechanic for an inspection BEFORE you buy. read more

Horrible company. I bought a car here less then 3 weeks ago, they tell me how everything is legit. Not even a week later my car is stolen, and when I went to file a police report they told me that the car was not registered in my name. So I took a Lyft all the way from Los Angeles to Garden Grove to the location of the auction I told them everything that happened. they told me that it takes three months till everything switches over , then they gave me my paperwork. it's been about a week and a half now and I've been trying to call the finance part of the company I believe the man's name is Manuel and they've been screening every call. every time I call a lady answers and says Manuel won't be here today he took the day off, and they know my payment is within the next three days. I'm also not really sure why the finance company hasn't gone to work this whole week because I've called at least four times out of the five days that they're supposed to be at work. not only that but when I did have the car for the one week that I did there were a lot of problems with it I mean it would start pretty funny, the side door bumper was falling off, the key didn't have a battery, the radio would go in and out I mean it was all sorts of things but I was grateful to get a car just really disappointed in the way they're doing business. especially because I haven't even had the car for a month literally bought it less than three weeks ago. read more

In less than a month the vehicle broke down, They provided a new battery, thinking that would solve the problem, turns out the vehicle needed a new fuel pump and fuel filter. That was fixed a week ago, now they vehicle broke down again and sounds like it is choking on liquid. Asked to trade this in for something that actually runs so she could fulfill her payment obligation but of course because they sold her a lemon they are not going to take back. Jonathan also put down that my daughter works for a specific company when in fact she does not, she is a single stay at home mom who cares for her autistic son so is unable to work. Having a vehicle is a necessity to provide for her children but unable to provide reliable transportation because of this unfortunate purchase. Why can't people do honest business?
