We came here a couple Saturdays ago before our walk at Lake Chabot. Clean, airy location in Bayfair with plenty of staff. We ordered two half shots with orange slices, and we split the green tropical juice (they kindly put them in two separate cups for us). The drink tasted very healthy, and the pineapple definitely helped mellow out the four cups of greens. I've also tried their green smoothie with apple in it and if you kind of want that balance between sweet and green, that's a good option. I think Jamba's attempt to actually provide less sugary, dessert like drinks on their menu is awesome and much appreciated for us folks that don't want to consume 100 grams of sugar at 9 am. read more

I came here today to refuel after a nice late morning run at Lake Chabot. I ordered the Mango Mantra (16 oz.) and my friend ordered the Aloha Pineapple (16 oz.). It was pretty busy, especially because it's such a nice day outside. After waiting in line and ordering, we waited another 5-10 minutes to get our drinks. My friend's Aloha Pineapple was actually a Original Size (22 oz.) because they made too much! Kind of a nice surprise! I read one of the previous reviews about their drink not being filled to the top and I know mine definitely wasn't filled to the top. Probably missing about a couple ounces in there, but it's not a big deal to me (I rarely get Jamba Juice, so this was a treat in itself!). There were seats inside, but of course, with all the customers and blenders going, it's really loud inside. We found a nice table and a couple chairs outside, but they were also in the shade. After sitting down for awhile we decided the location of the patio area wasn't the greatest and decided to go for a walk and explore the small farmers market that they had going on in the parking lot nearby. I like Jamba Juice for their tasty smoothies, and this location did not disappoint. Service was also pretty good, but nothing out of the ordinary. Came here on a Sunday afternoon and they were a bit busy. There were a small wait to order and a small wait to get my drink. I ordered an ORIGINAL aka 24oz Orange Carrot Karma. When the server called my name, I went to pick up my drink but only to notice that it was in the 16oz cup. I acknowledged the server I ordered an original, and I was sure I ordered it correctly since I paid for the amount for 24oz. He said sorry, and then he poured the smoothie in the 16oz into the 24oz cup and then he hit the blender to get the rest out into my 24oz cup. This is fine consider it does take time to make it all over, BUT it's NOT fine when it does not fill up my cup! I swear I got like an 18-20oz smoothie or something, (and btw, I'm very good at estimating fluid oz because I work with measuring cup a lot). I think food and service can do a better job at this store. While I've noticed that my drinks taste a little off every now and then, like not enough peanut butter in my Peanut Butter Moo'd or no peanut butter in my Chunky Strawberry Bowl, the way the employees carry themselves towards the customers can use a little more work. They act polite when they approach you, but when you don't interact with them, or when they're busy doing something else, they don't bother to look friendly. I don't expect them to say hi or give me a big smile, but don't look like you're annoyed at my presence, like the shift manager who saw me come in, looked at me and then continued his closing duties at the cash register. They don't really bother to say thank you for coming in or say have a great day when you say thank you to them. There are other, more lively Jamba Juice locations I can frequent. read more

I ordered a kale-something breeze but it's just too watery. Almost tasteless. The staff seemed indifferent. The location was borderline clean. The bathroom door had a hand-lettered sign that stated that it was out of order....but only in English. The speed of service was below par.....usually I'm in & out before I realize that I've even waited. If i could give this place no starts i would. My problem with this location is that the juice matchine is always broken according to the morning staff. Been going here for months never had that problem and all of a sudden the matchine breaks 2 weeks in a row. I'm going to give Jamba Juice 2 stars, I knocked 3 because of customer service and because of the food quality. I went to Jamba Juice with my sister and friend because my friend was craving a bowl. We were not being disrespectful at all, but once my friends order was ready, we received a smoothie and we politely said we wanted a bowl not a smoothie and they said no problem. Three stars because the clean cut dark-skinned young man (no name tag) was the only person that was friendly and smiling despite the conditions and most of the other workers seem to be working hard to pump out the orders quickly. Cashier was okay but obviously he is over it since today is like the hottest day ever and the line keeps on forming. I saw one of the doors was propped open and asked if they wanted me to close it and they said no and when I mentioned letting the AC out the young man said there is none. WTF??? It's 115 out and customers are sweating more inside than standing outside. The sign on the door tells you the wait will be 20-30 mins unless you download the app and place a mobile order. I tried doing that but since you have to enter your birthday and there is no drop-down menu so you literally have to scan through however many years of your life worth of calendars to get to your birthday. I've never spent 17 mins in a Jamba Juice between the time I ordered to receiving my smoothie... Until now. I was there yesterday. Sure, it was a little busy, but there was only one person in front of me at the register, and it took at least 5 mins to order my drink because the cashier went to the back for a few mins. There were about three people waiting for a drink before me. The two ladies making the drinks, I swear they were moving in Slloowww Moottiionn the entire time.
