Waited for 35 minutes for our order, then approached one staff member to inquire. Order hasn't even started, and 5 other people behind us got served first. I live in San Leandro and it was my first time coming to this location. I'm born and raised in San Leandro and I feel that 99% of customer service in this town is CRAPPY! However, Taylor the cashier at this location is very nice, friendly and pretty damn funny. I came here after a workout and had a great experience. I noticed that Taylor greeted each customer with a hi and a smile and actually made small but fun conversation with everybody. You know a location is awesome when a place has regulars and the workers recognize them. Although it got a bit busy she was able to multi task and Rafael the other Jamba worker was quick to get the orders out. I'll be back at this location soon. read more

I come here just about every Saturday...when I'm on my way to Kids Footlocker and they normally have me in & out quickly. I always get the same thing but this past Saturday I was feeling like letting my hair down a little. Poulima was working the register and there weren't many customers. After telling her that I wanted something different but ordered a Strawberries Wild she told me that she recommended the Acai something. I told her I'd try it but I didn't want any soy milk. Slower than slow. 20 minutes to get a 24 oz juice drink in which I was told that the original one that I ordered wasn't even available after 15 minutes of waiting. The drink cost over $8 (!) but at least I had a $3 discount. Man, avoid this location if you can. read more

So I visited this Store last Monday at around 5:15 pm after I left work. This used to be one of my favorite spots because the employees there were extremely nice, fast, and made THE BEST energy bowls! So this day I walk in and there was a whole new crew and the small store was PACKED with customers. Thinking nothing of it I stayed anyway because it was a hot day and I figured they just were having alot of business that day. I ordered my usual Chunky Strawberry energy bowl and waited for my order. 20 minutes later... Yes! 20 minutes! And why? Because the young man that was fixing all of the orders was moving extremely slow! He refused to move any faster. All of us customers were getting agitated and were very unhappy. Even the "supervisor" was a young girl, who put no effort into helping or telling her employee to speed up his pace. I even went to the website that same day and let then know about my experience... With no response back as of yet. The energy bowl was soupy with little fruit and granola on top. I WILL NOT be returning back to that store until they change employees and training! I came here after a work out session on Saturday. I was looking forward to a healthy drink but unfortunately they were out of kale and OJ. They were about to close up but Iggy immediately welcomed me and my girlfriend in and was really helpful in informing me of other drinks I might like. I ended up getting the strawberry protein shake with soy and even though I never had it before jay made it delicious. Now I know what to get when they run out of kale. I know what it's like to work in this type of environment and running out of inventory is something the workers are not in control of. Shout out o Iggy, Nicole, and Jay for providing us with great customer service! Iggy brought our drinks to us when he really didn't have to ! Nicole packed our chuncky strawberry bowl ! We use to come here mostly every sundays for our evening treat day but This is our 3rd time coming to this location within the last 2 months and their smoothies have been so watery its pushed us away. Theirs drinks were always good in consistency, refreshing and just in general what the typical jamba juice drink should be. But lately i don't know what has been up with the drinks man. This was my favorite location! Sadly, this is the second time in three weeks that they made my drink incorrectly. I've been here a handful of times and this visit I was really wanting a pumpkin smoothie, you know 'tis the season! But no, the ENTIRE company ran out of the stuff to make the smoothies, which totally bummed me out. So I ordered a mega mango for the boyfriend and a strawberry something-or-another for me; I'm sort of over Jamba at this point. I received my drinks quickly but they weren't full like they should be, like since they were busy they rushed measuring everything out. Super Disliked this! Sorry but it didn't meet my standard the flavor and how they prep them. We get there and no greet for 4min while we were just the ones in the store fail in costumer service. We ask for three smoothies we get one kid size happy and waiting for our smoothies while waiting the guy with his ugly hair falling all over; he did not handle food service with safety he handle cash scratches his nose and hit the lady in her hat, then server kid smoothie that was left over from whatever time is had in the blender but the worst part is that he use the one hand he scratched his nose nasty nasty my kid smoothie all flavorless they don't take pride sorry but this place is no meeting food handler standards if he did it how many more employees are doing the same thing. Terrible terrible service here. 2nd time in here and even though the 1st time they got my order wrong I decided to give it another try. Nothing has changed. I walked in there and the cashier, Aujane, just stares at me. I don't even know if she's ready to take my order or not. When I go back to ask for a receipt because she didn't give me one she just looks at me then just hangs her hand off the register waiting for me to reach with my 8 month pregnant belly. I eventually get one of the drinks I ordered and 10 mins later she tells me they don't have the carrots for my juice. Wtf, any other Jamba I've been to checks to make sure they have them before charging me. I really hope I get the refund for it because the "manager" was just as dry as the cashier. I come here after the gym quite often. The staff is friendly each and every time I like how they are no longer just about the old smoothies but have updated their menus. I like that they now do fresh juices. They even have oatmeal which is one of the reasons my girlfriend and I stop by after our morning workouts. read more
