The good: I've been coming here since they first opened when I was in high school. At that time, my go-to was Razzmatazz (still on the menu!). My mom's favorite is the Caribbean Passion. My new favorite is the orange dream machine because it has soy milk and has an orange creamsicle-like flavor. They'll split a large into two cups for you if you need. I like that they have seasonal flavors and an occasional change in their menu. I had a fun and tart cranberry seasonal flavor with cool whip scooped into the cup to appear like clouds. I've come here over 30 times and have tried most menu items. They have outdoor seating. I've been craving Jamba Juice during my 2nd pregnancy and it's something my family often gets when we are feeling sick or when we get teeth-work the prevents us from chewing regular food. The bad: Most of the drinks are pretty sweet and jammed with lots of high calorie things like juice, sherbet, etc. I don't think their matcha drink is very good. I wish they had more acai bowl options. They don't have indoor seating. Drinks are very expensive. The interesting: I don't see the free boosts advertised but they still do them (ex: protein, energy, immunity, etc boosts). read more

We had a very nice DoorDash experience with this location today. My wife ordered the Mega Mango and seems happy with it, although she's mostly just looking at instagram reels, so it's hard to tell... I ordered the Go Getter and it's delicious. I'm very happy with this drink. Now, I did order a large and the cup was not full, so I don't think I got the full value of my purchase, but it got delivered and I had minimal effort involved in this order so I suppose I'm happy. Oh, Jamba Juice! It was a hot day and I visited this location after a hike for a well needed refresher. I haven't been to a Jamba Juice in literally years, and I've been missing out! I've forgotten how refreshing a smoothie can really be, so I'll be definitely visiting again and trying out more drinks. My go-to was usually the strawberries wild growing up, but I tried the peach perfection which was literally perfection. I was expecting a very sweet drink, but was surprised on how calm it really was, and packed full of fruity flavor. The only downside was the price. Businesses do what they gotta do, though! I came here around 7am right before starting work. I really wanted to try their cold brew drinks! I was helped right away when walking in and placed my order right away. I was the ONLY customer there but for some reason, the girls who worked there took a while to get started on my drinks. After a couple of minutes of placing my order, I see two of them starting to work on my drinks. One of them was new and was being trained on how to make my drink and how to heat up a sandwich I ordered. Honestly, it didn't bother me too much that she was being trained because every new person needs training. But they are lucky that I wasn't on a time crunch or that I was in a rush to get to work. They took a LONG TIME to make my drinks. I can only imagine if anyone else who came in here before work would feel if they were kind of in a rush due to them needing to get to work on time. Oh I love Jamba Juice specially for their cold press juices. I don't know why they stopped selling my favorite drink "citrus kick". Anyway the staff at this store has been really nice and kind enough to accommodate this order on multiple occasions even though it's off the menu. I also eat their açaí bowls pretty regularly and love them. I took one star off because a lot of the times I have had to walk back empty handed from the store on multiple occasions because either the juicer wasn't working or they ran out of oranges. Ordered through Uber Eats. They didn't have one of the items I ordered and yet the Uber Eats app shows it as an available item. The Uber driver called me to inform me that one item wasn't available. The order also arrived with a torn tamper seal. Honestly don't know if this was an Uber driver issue or if Jamba didn't seal the items properly before handing them over. So im going to be real here I go to the place all the time. However, as a jamba juice place they suck. Their drinks are terrible, and they constantly mess up- i get a large mango a gogo chunky and its like a 50/50 if they remember to make it chunky. Their customer service is terrible, and im saying this as a starbucks barista. i tip 20% each time cuz i get how it is but they havent been able to do things right. Reason im writing the review today is cuz something that honestly pissed me off. Im go pretty often and tip full, yet they messed up my drink again. Ok thats alright. However, the worst part is the guy who messed up my drink tried to cover it up by blending extra ice in. It doesnt taste remotely the same. He added so much ice i had two cups full and usually they dont even fill the cups (recipes got downsized probably to avoid waste). He knew he messed up but instead of telling the customer tipping him a lot- he faked it giving me a pretty shitty drink. Overall, if it isnt based on convenience dont ever go here. This is an over due review and honestly, I hate writing negative reviews especially when the staff that works there are great...Anyways when I was getting ready to order my Matcha drink and a Cinnamon Apple Pretzel during my first and last visit to this Jamba Juice I was stunned at the sight of roaches actually inside the food/snack container between the two cash registers. One baby roach was actually crawling all over one of the pretzels. I know now I should have said something when I was there, but I was so stunned from what I saw that I'm here yelping about it now. I didn't order the pretzel anymore, but still got my drink...all the while keeping a keen eye and confidence that the staff least wash the blenders right before they use it make drinks. They'll give you a gift card or something to make you understand that they appreciate your time, value you, and want your return business. Jamba Juice, on the other hand, does not do any of that. Made a mobile order so I don't have to wait but ended up having to wait anyways. My order didn't appear on their screen, however I was still charged and have the receipt showing my order was complete and at the correct location. This must be the worst Jamba Juice in the country. My last 2 visits here had been extremely disappointing. I had vowed to not return to this particular location, but many months passed and I was already in the same shopping area for something else so I thought I'd give it another chance. Mistake. There were only 4 other customers when I entered, so I thought "it couldn't be too long a wait", right? Literally 30 min wait for 2 drinks. I suppose a bunch of online orders had come in, and there were only 2 employees (one of whom didn't seem to know how to work the register). By the time I picked my drinks up, the place had ~20 increasingly frustrated customers. And the drinks themselves were terrible: mine was icey and watered down passed the point where I couldn't drink it, and had a gnarly aftertaste. My son reported his drink "tasted funny", and he subsequently found a tiny piece of plastic in it. Both drinks went in the trash. I don't blame the 2 teenagers working there. The fact that they were profoundly understaffed and undertrained, and the fact that this location is consistently bad over time means this is a problem with management not an individual employee. read more
