One of the only Jamba locations in our area. Service is friendly, and our kids always enjoy coming here. They have a seating area outside. We will continue to come back. read more

Tasted delicious. I always ask to make my drinks "thick" so it doesn't get watered down so fast. It was a like crowded but it was lunch time. Ambiance was quiet from humans but you have three plus blenders going on at once. Not complaining. read more

Service is always fast and kind despite busyness. The ambiance hits with good taste and volume of music. The smoothies are usually pretty solid read more

Grew up on Jamba and glad they're still around! This Jamba typically has a line as it's a very popular choice. Caribbean Passion is my go to since decades ago, and it's still so good. The workers here are always working quickly and are super attentive and nice. read more

Decided to grab a small drink and a free snack while I was waiting around for box lunch's gold ornament search. Was helped by an associate who was sweet. A small orange and carrot juice was close to $10.00, which I found was pretty steep. After waiting for less than 3 minutes for the drink. I noticed the drink was not even filled up but was less than the full line. A bit disappointed how I paid close to $10 for a small not full orange carrot juice. Great service though. read more

I always order on the app for pickup and never have had an issue with quality, they are always consistent :)

Was waiting to be helped to order since screens were turned around and guy with wavy hair passed by twice and didn't acknowledge us. No one else was in line or standing around. Once he seen me looking at him, he came back and turned the screen around without saying a word. Found this to be rude and unprofessional when working in a customer service environment, especially while wearing AirPods read more

I normally go to this location opposed to the oakridge mall one as the overall service and quality is better but I was disgusted to see someone sitting on the counter where drinks are served and prepared. Absolutely not sanitary at all and I am led to believe she does not work there as she was on her phone and chatting with one of employees in uniform. Very disgusted. read more

Wanted to shout out Celina for the excellent customer service in helping to correct it and make it right for us to make the large order stress free and right. I love my Jamba Juice, but today I was very disappointed with the service. The young lady came on and greeted us then when we started to give our order she very disrespectfully yelled over us telling us she will be right with us is a very rude tone. I'm very patient but felt very disrespected. I have worked in customer service and this is not ok. I almost didn't order because of the way she talked to us. I might drive all the way to Modesto next time because this service. Madison N work on your customer service. Also those really long nails carry so much bacteria I felt grossed out when I saw them resting on my spoon. They should not be allowed in food service. read more

Maria thank you for your excellent customer service and helping me access my account / rewards. Thanks for being good to my friends.

As a former employee for Brian (owner), it's extremely sad to see one of his top performing stores exhibit such lack of skill and quality service. For some context, when my buddies and I worked here the daily job duties were always fulfilled at their expected times. For example, the orange juice machine was to be broken down for cleaning at the last 30 minutes before CLOSING..not the last 3 hours. The juicer (doesn't exist anymore) was broken down at the final minute of closing (can't risk losing money on a juice). Do you realize that false advertisement is selling "fresh squeezed" orange juice that is refrigerated? I asked the employee if they still had fresh OJ and the way he smirked as he turned around to look at the machine, and show me the refrigerated OJ proves he was fully aware about closing the machine down early. Sure it takes a couple extra minutes to clean, but that's not something the customer has to suffer over. This isn't the first, or third time. This is common behavior that has been pushed aside for too long. Brian do something about it. I can't imagine the look on someone's face that requests an orange dream machine with fresh OJ just to be told "sorry we ran out because the customer before you bought a large cup and we don't have any left". This is not common business practice even post-COVID. read more

One of my favorite Jamba Juice locations hands down. They are always consistent and efficient! I feel like I'm never having to really wait for my drink (mobile app ordering is amazing). The location is always clean and the staff provide a welcoming environment by greeting customers when they enter! Keep rocking it! read more

Typical not a fan of Jamba Juice because I find most of their drinks too sweet but decided to try again since it was super hot day and this was one of the only places open. I got their Golden Turmeric Spice with soy protein. It's complete plant based. It's oat milk, banana, mango with turmeric spice mix. I was happy with it. Refreshing. And despite all the fruit, it wasn't too sweet. Maybe the spice balanced the sweet.. not sure. But I enjoyed it. Clean store. Friendly staff. Good Covid distancing set up in place. read more

Every time I come here, my experience is excellent. All of the associates are nice and easy to talk to, especially when taking my order. The person who was working on 5/8/25 was all alone today and she was so over worked. She was doing her best to accommodate new orders while working on online orders as well. People were getting impatient and she did great at making sure everyone was taken care of and the quality of the food/drinks was still at par. S/o to her for being great under pressure. read more

OKAY OKAY... 5 stars a little much.. but I have a good reason! I'm not joking when I walk into this place it's heavenly, it smells like a fruity sensation and the food is so good it melts in my mouth when I taste it. When I take a bite I'm craving for more! And the drinks oh the drinks so refreshing like if you ran a mile and cold water comes down your throat it's so heavenly. My favorite food and drink to get there is the waffle, and the aloha pineapple definitely recommend! Okay enough with the food the service is next the workers are fast at moving and getting the food made and are nice. Next the Ambiance when I walk in I feel a bright light it like wakes me up and I love the fruitly smell as I walk in. Hope this will change your complete understanding of Jamba ~Sincerely TheloverofJamba read more

Love the smoothies here! I usually get the Orange Dream Machine. The customer service here is really good and is very helpful.

It was our first time coming here in a while and it didn't disappoint! I ordered a Razzmatazz and my husband chose the Blue Sky. The Razzmatazz is very refreshing with the berry flavor mixture and orange sherbet and the Blue Sky had a very light almond flavor that my husband enjoyed. The staff members were friendly and our smoothies came out quickly! We live nearby, so I'm sure we'll be back again soon! read more

I know this place is a Jamba juice but I didn't expect a rude employee. I think her name was Heidi she was cussing and was unprofessional.

I enjoyed the cocoa shake they had here. I thought it was only fruit at this store but this was good

I've always enjoyed Jamba Juice growing up especially on a hot day. So Sunday, I decided to get Jamba as it was a warm day and I had just finished a hike. I always get a large because I always say go big or go home when it comes to drinks. Now I know that Jamba filled up a majority of my drink, but I was disappointed to see how much space there was between the lid and what they served me. This is nit picky but I am one of those people who like to get as much as they want for the price as Jamba Juice is not exactly cheap. Overall I like their menu and variety; it's just sometimes they don't fill up your drink all the way which I get disappointed about. read more

Don't come here at 8:00am (when they open) if you want oatmeal! On several occasions, I have went in at 8:00am, on the way to work, to grab oatmeal for breakfast. Not one single time has their oatmeal been ready when they open! Really? I don't know why I keep trying:(. read more

Placed an order at 11:40. One guy was making drinks. One guy was washing blender containers One girl was pressing juice. And that guy who was the only one making smoothies? Not only was he slow, he stepped away from making smoothies to ring up a guest... WHILE 6 PEOPLE WERE ALREADY WAITING FOR THEIR DRINKS! Horrible. Never coming back here if I can help it. BTW, it's 11:54 and I still am waiting for my drink. EDIT: after seeing two guests who came in and ordered after me get their drinks, I asked about the status of my drink. 20 minutes...and counting... I can say it officially now. Avoid this place. read more

I had a really bad experiences here today. The management must not be here today. I have to scream to get these kids attentions to get my order. Two girls and one guy(Chris) at the cashier chit chatting and completely ignored me. I had to repeated myself many times that I would like to order. It's comes to the point I have to yell at the girl with the red hair/ hair tied up. She's responded give us a moment and continue to chit chat. Than tell this guy Chris to take my order. read more

Do not try to get a drink made 40 min before closing. There were so many problems. Where do I even begin?

I don't care how close this Jamba Juice is to my house, I am never going to this location ever again! First off when I first came in there were already about 5 people waiting for their purchase, 2 people complained. One saying that the guy working @ the register was talking too much when one of his friends came in (I'm assuming he was waiting a very long time), & the other complained about her drink not being made correctly. I spent a good 15-20 minutes at this Jamba Juice only to get a "smoothie" that lives to its name as "juice". I ordered 2 large banana berry with whey protein, the first one they made there was no extra, which mean they made it less than what it should be (whey protein expands, which means there's always extra!) the second one they made they forgot the whey protein so the guy added it in the end which made my Jamba Juice taste like shit! Overall I left with two shitty watered down smoothies that tasted chalky. If I wanted chalk, I would've bought a box of it to munch on & it would still cost me less than the $12 I paid for this crap! Never coming back! read more

Came in today and their POS system is down. That's ok, stuff happens. Got cash and ordered 2 drinks. I've been standing outside for ten minutes with a group of over 10 people waiting for our drinks. They are slow!!! I wouldn't have even come here if I'd have known. There are still 3 groups ahead of me. I won't be back to this location. This all after I have a 20$ tip because the lady in front of me was rude to them. read more
