A small orange and carrot juice was close to $10.00, which I found was pretty steep. After waiting for less than 3 minutes for the drink. I love my Jamba Juice, but today I was very disappointed with the service. The young lady came on and greeted us then when we started to give our order she very disrespectfully yelled over us telling us she will be right with us is a very rude tone. I'm very patient but felt very disrespected. I have worked in customer service and this is not ok. I almost didn't order because of the way she talked to us. As a former employee for Brian (owner), it's extremely sad to see one of his top performing stores exhibit such lack of skill and quality service. For some context, when my buddies and I worked here the daily job duties were always fulfilled at their expected times. For example, the orange juice machine was to be broken down for cleaning at the last 30 minutes before CLOSING..not the last 3 hours. The juicer (doesn't exist anymore) was broken down at the final minute of closing (can't risk losing money on a juice). Do you realize that false advertisement is selling "fresh squeezed" orange juice that is refrigerated? I asked the employee if they still had fresh OJ and the way he smirked as he turned around to look at the machine, and show me the refrigerated OJ proves he was fully aware about closing the machine down early. Sure it takes a couple extra minutes to clean, but that's not something the customer has to suffer over. This isn't the first, or third time. This is common behavior that has been pushed aside for too long. Brian do something about it. I can't imagine the look on someone's face that requests an orange dream machine with fresh OJ just to be told "sorry we ran out because the customer before you bought a large cup and we don't have any left". This is not common business practice even post-COVID. read more

Typical not a fan of Jamba Juice because I find most of their drinks too sweet but decided to try again since it was super hot day and this was one of the only places open. I got their Golden Turmeric Spice with soy protein. It's complete plant based. It's oat milk, banana, mango with turmeric spice mix. I was happy with it. Refreshing. And despite all the fruit, it wasn't too sweet. Maybe the spice balanced the sweet.. not sure. But I enjoyed it. Clean store. Friendly staff. Good Covid distancing set up in place. read more

It was our first time coming here in a while and it didn't disappoint! I ordered a Razzmatazz and my husband chose the Blue Sky. The Razzmatazz is very refreshing with the berry flavor mixture and orange sherbet and the Blue Sky had a very light almond flavor that my husband enjoyed. Walked in to show order and jamaba employee confirmed the order; said they would start it now and bring it out. Another 45 mins pass and I can clearly see large groups who recently walked in to order got their order in no time. I've been to other locations and most of the time they make mine taste terrible *don't know how they do that*.
