They're usually pretty friendly here and know how to make the drinks right. Even things like the white gummy bear they make right. I"ve ordered the white gummy at other places, and it did not taste like the white gummy I adore. I know I'm talking about the white gummy a lot....it's good...and I use it for comparison to other Jamba Juices. Jamba Juice has great customer service! The staffs are super friendly and nice. They greet us as we walk in. The atmosphere is calm as the music goes along. Came here for my usual smoothie and the experience was nothing less than perfect. I was helped by Angel who was very knowledgeable of the menu and the ingredients and helped me to make a decision on what to order (since I am usually a very indecisive person) and then proceeded to make it very quickly and efficiently. If you want the best drink ever, ask that tatted Asian guy for anything he recommends. I went on a rainy day and he noticed I was taking a while at the menu so he simply asked me if I would want his recommendation. His name is christopher and he suggested the orange dream machine substituted with fresh orange juice would actually taste like one of those orange creamsicle ice creams and it really tasted just like that! This is probably one of the more professional Jamba juices I've been to and the customer service was absolutely great. I overheard a customer talking to the management and said he should get a raise and that he was a good salesman. The space there is cute and they have a few tables and they also have this amazing new peanut butter banana toast that I ordered. Have you ever walked in an establishment and felt like the people that worked there really don't want to be there? I can think of several establishments and institutions where such mannerisms and attitudes are appropriate (DMV, government offices, Walmart, etc), but at a Jamba Juice? I was always under the impression that customer service was a priority in the [fast] food industry. On several occasions, I given attitudes and expressions from the staff like they either just woke up (at 4pm) or really hate their jobs. The customer service policy and training at this store seriously needs to be revisited and revised. read more

Being a chain, I would expected everything thing here to taste the same as other locations. And this one is no different. Only reason I'm giving this place a 2 star is because of the service. Everyone here is very friendly, but the wait for my drink, it's insane. I thought maybe it was just that one day, but seems like it's..everyday. He seemed to be in a bad mood and bragging to his coworkers that he will be off the clock in half hour. No greeting whatsoever. I had to say hi to him twice to even see if he talks or if he's mute. I have been to this location twice to order oatmeal this week. Both times they told me it's not ready yet. It was a little after 8:00am. This Jamba Juice location is located in a large plaza with other restaurants and some large stores like Target and Bed, Bath & Beyond. There is plenty of parking available. The service was fast and the staff was courteous. They made my smoothing exactly how I wanted it and made sure to sub the sherbet for sorbet in order to make the drink vegan. read more

What I like about this place is the convenience. It's in the Rosemead plaza where Target, Starbucks, and RadioShack are at. I generally come here to order the fresh squeeze for breakfast. Occasionally, I also order the mango smoothie when it gets super hot in LA. What I would suggest is to drop by over here when Jamba Juice gives you the two for one deal. I visited this Jamba Juice location on the night of Friday, October 12th at around 6:15 p.m. with my sister. We ordered two drinks: a small Caribbean Passion and a medium Citrus Kick. Both drinks were disappointing for different reasons. As for the Caribbean Passion, my smoothie was not filled to the top at all. There was a good inch or so from the lid of my cup to my actual smoothie. Now with the Citrus Kick, it was completely overlooked. The drink we got was a Caribbean Passion, in a medium cup... This is just unacceptable and disappointing on so many levels. I do not visit this Jamba Juice location often, and when I do something proves why I don't. I do not plan on returning to this Jamba Juice location for the total disregard, care, or consideration of my drinks. Staff needs to be re-trained to be more attentive and to put a little more care into every drink that is made. read more

What an unpleasant way to start the morning. I traveled about 8 miles to get to this particular Jamba Juice. On our way to the county fair. We were so looking forward to our typical order from this amazing restaurant chain of healthy fruit inspired drinks and bowls that make you feel good even though you're eating something sweet. No one was in line so it looked like it would be a quick order. I asked for the usual açai bowl with the substitute almond milk instead of soy milk. However the attendant seemed to be new and had to go ask somebody in the kitchen to confirm what he thought was fact - that there could be no substitute for soy milk. The Voice from the kitchen said no everything is pre-mixed in there was no way to substitute. Upon return to inform me what I had just heard the attendant said no we cannot provide a substitute for soy milk. Everything is pre-mixed. I said "really? this would be the only Jamba Juice that does not allow or provide for a substitute of all of the Jamba Juice is I have ever visited. Why would that be?" Once again the attendant explained that that was because everything was pre-mixed. Then the voice from the kitchen yelled well if you want to wait I can make them for you but you will have to wait whatever it takes. I let her know that I was on my day off and that I could stay all day if necessary. I said wow it's amazing how something can go from no to yes. Then the attendant at the cash register said "yeah you know she's the boss. She's the manager.". I said no I'm the boss, I'm the customer. I felt disrespected by this interaction and the lack of care for and attention to an insignificant customer request. read more

I come here whenever i feel a little under the weather and look to get a quick Coldbuster fix. When i feel like getting a treat i would order the white gummy bear or red gummy bear. The employees are friendly and relatively fast. Only downside to this location is the nagging inconsistencies when it comes to their drinks.
