Orange Dream Machine!!!!! has got to be my favorite drink at Jamba. I recently visited this location and a young gentleman by the name of Dave or David was very helpful and friendly. This location will now be my go to since he made this visit very welcoming from the moment i walked it til the moment i walked out. he was also very knowledgeable about all the drinks on the menu. The last two times I've gone it's been in the evening, around 7ish - it's been empty (if you can believe that!) and the service has been great and fast - in and out - no mistakes. Worst customer service from any Jamba Juice I've ever been too. The Young teens who took my order complained about my order being "too difficult". They also closed a half hour early, rushing customers out. read more

I'd like to start by saying that I've loved Jamba Juice ever since my freshman year of high school. Now 22 I still love it, but this store has had a negative impact on the entire brand. First of all I visited march 30th at about 9pm and there were about 6-7 workers there which seemed like too much since it was about an hour until closing. It seemed like they weren't even working... Maybe they were cleaning up for the night but still the smoothies coming out were sub-par at best. My girlfriend and I placed our orders and the girl at the register was very friendly and professional as we ordered two smoothies; not very complicated, but still my first one came out and it was too watery and the taste was off. My girlfriend had to wait about 10mins afterwards for hers to come out in which I had almost finished my juice(not smoothie). In this time I saw about 4 improper measurements of drinks, smoothies being left for a while as they were finished blending and more watery drinks coming out. It seems like the employees were not properly trained and were overstaffed because this has happened to my girlfriend and myself a few times before. The problem seems to get worse because the drinks are still not being prepared properly. Finally we've both have been fed up and decided to leave a review in hopes of having something done about the store. My final thought is this. I go to the Pavillion's Jamba Juice in Arcadia on Naomi and surprisingly this one isn't even a full fledged Jamba Juice... yet it's still on a whole different level compared to this disgrace of a store. It should be the other way around. Sorry to say this, but unless they can properly train these employees in making a decent smoothie I will not be returning to this store anytime soon. read more

I love jamba juice. And since there isn't one by my place I'm forced to get it when I'm closer to my destination. It just sucks that THIS store does not take phone orders as if the 10 day isn't packed enough, it'd be ice with how much of a regular I am to put in a phone order in for my smoothie. I came here to order a drink and there's wasn't that much people and everyone seem to be in panic mode. It also seemed like nobody had a clue of how to make smoothies (only the cashier). Well I waited a while which wasn't the problem. The problem was the smoothie was gross just horrible. I was going to go back but I don't think they couldn't of done better. After a good workout at UFC gym, I was craving Jumba. I was not too sure exactly what to order since I wanted everything on the menu . I go here only because they are the closest to me. Around 8 oclock PM when I ordered 2 Peach Pleasures, the juice had spilled out around the cup, making both of them sticky and dirty. This would have been OK, but the staff were extremely rude and gave me an attitude when I asked for them to wipe it down. 1 star for rude employees and bad service. read more

i love love love jamba juice! i'm sure i can make smoothies and drinks at home but it's just not the same!!! everything is so spot on, refreshing, tasty, thirst quenching! i just wish each drink wasn't soo pricey! if they offered more BOGO i would be super happy! don't forget to try some drinks off the (not so secret) secret menu! this location makes our drinks really fast and there's always a line in summer or during BOGO offers! but parking is a breeze! you can also walk around target nearby with your drink after you order :) read more

holy crap this place is a complete disaster. i ordered an orange carrot karma and all i got was a drink filled with chunks of carrot. At first i thought it was only at the bottom but later at home i found out it was 90% of the drink was bits of carrot. when the menu says "carrot juice" they really just mean put carrots in a blender and blend it up. i got home and sifted the drink, a large, and only got a shot of actual juice, everything else was chunks of carrot. undrinkable, 0/10 never again. read more

Seems like the customer service and enthusiasm is a bit lack luster. My wife's smoothies always seems to be a bit off compared to other locations. The customer service was perfect! They made me and my girlfriend feel welcomed. We are out here El Monte to pick some car parts for my car. We LOVE Boba so we decided to try this place out. I ordered a mango and banana smoothie and my girlfriend order a strawberry and banana. They give a good amount of boba here. We walked out to the car I tasted my smoothie and it just didn't taste good like the flavors where not good at all. It's seems like the syrup they use is not good quality. read more
