Worst customer service, I was assisted at the cashier from Andrew order amazing greens (large) two people came after me at the first 5min the worker in the inside (Kevin) called out my name for a wrong drink I asked if it was for me he said no. 10min pass the other two people have their drink and I'm still waiting like wtf. Then Kevin tries to give me a MEDIUM amazing greens I said large so they had to make another serving for my large. Then I asked if I can have the first order he yelled with my name for free because they messed up and Kevin said it's someone else's when to go ask Andrew and he said it was indeed for me they just messed up but usually the company gives it for free if they messed up aside from making wait more anyways Andrew said no but it in the fridge idk who drinking that but horrible service never coming again to this bullshit jamba, STEP YOUR GAME UP. waited 15min for my drink that's dumb. Ordered online through app hoping to reduce wait time, went up to the counter to ask for order, said they forgot will make it right away. About 10 minutes later, went back to counter, they forgot again & started to make it this time finally. Finished making the order, it was the wrong drink. Zero stars if I could for the ignorant, rude, gossiping, judgmental, and disrespectful workers at this location. My aunt has been coming to this location for years for Açaí bowls because this is the only food she could tolerate, as she has medical problems. She of course became friends with the workers because she was a regular customer. A worker named VANESSA became friends with my aunt and started charging her cheaper and even giving her three bowls for the price of one. My aunt, being 51 and old fashioned, thought it would be nice to give small gifts like chocolates or pies to thank her for always giving her discounts + they had become friends through the many times she visited the store. Rude comments from employees in front of other employees and customers about my aunt such as "your stalker is here" and "maybe she'll get the hint next time" were overheard by my aunt humiliating her unnecessarily. Please instruct your employees the difference between gratitude and romantic affection WHICH THIS CLEARLY WAS NOT. So don't get it twisted VANESSA and all the other RUDE employees that humiliated my aunt and called her a stalker. My aunt is an elderly women with three kids and grandkids, don't mix up her attempts of gratitude into something totally different. If at any time VANESSA had felt uncomfortable with my aunt showing friendship and gratitude by the sharing of simple inexpensive gifts which she does with all of her friends/family she should have spoke up as mature adults do instead of living in a fantasy land and misconstruing kind behavior as romantic overtures. read more

I had never been to a Jamba Juice before, but this location seems ok. I don't really have anything else to compare it to. I went here for the dollar deals. I had a red gummi bear and it was delicious. It was pretty crowded because of the deal, so I had to wait but that didn't bother me since it was crowded. With all those blenders blending drinks it was pretty loud in there and that would probably be my only complain. It was hard to hear the cashier. I made a phone order and was told it would take about 10 minutes for my order to be ready so I arrived after 10 minutes, when I arrived it was not ready but I paid the cashier for my order.I thought to myself maybe another 5 minutes more and it should be done but no I waited an extra 17 minutes then finally another woman in the front asked me did I already place an order I told her yes and my items were in a bag in the back it seemed an employee just left it there when they were done wow really. Update: December 22, 2018 I finally returned to this jamba and again was utterly disappointed. I clearly ordered a great greens juice and then a greens and ginger smoothie was made (no problem). I reminded the girl that I ordered a great greens juice and I wouldn't have ordered ginger because I do not like ginger and she says she can only make a smoothie. I ask if she can just make the juice and refund me the remaining balance and she says that only a manager can do it and there is not a manager in. Then someone else arrives (I am assuming a manager) and returns my money which I should've gotten 6.99 and I ONLY RECEIVED 6.48! ALSO, I didn't receive the drink I asked for! I then again have to wait in line to order the drink I ORIGINALLY asked for. And had to pay for it again. By this time it has been 40 minutes since I've been there! At the end of the day I wasted time, didn't get the right amount back, didn't get my drink for free (which I absolutely should have) and I left angry. I work for Starbucks and we would have given the customer more than just a free drink after all this trouble. NEVER AGAIN read more

Tasty drinks and decent prices. My favorite go-to drink is mango go go, which is absolutely marvelous. With hints of passion fruit and pineapple, the mango go go is an interesting blend of fruits, but delicious nonetheless. The drinks are very refreshing but the food is alright. I once ordered the pb toast, but it was toasted too much for my liking; the bread became really hard and not all all chewy. As for the store itself, the space is quite limited and not meant to seat a lot of people. The staff at this particular location is amazing! They are super nice and helpful, which made the whole ordering process very smooth and easy. I've gone to this location and the one on Fremont many times before but they always seem to have trouble when I want to make my smoothie chunky (despite the name, I do like when my 'smoothie' isn't completely smooth). They either make the wrong drink chunky or, in the most recent case, made it super runny whilst the receipt on the cup distinctly said 'chunky.' It makes me feel like they weren't very well-trained. I had Robeks for the first time the other day and even though I was feeling under the weather that day, the Robeks Banzai Blueberry perked me right up; the opposite could be said of Jamba Juice. Rather than ruin a perfectly good day, I'd suggest going to Robeks instead for a drink. read more

There was a coupon floating around the net for a buy one get one free at Jamba Juice. So I decided to give it a try. No, I did not have two for myself. I invited my girlfriend. Shh! She didn't know I used a coupon. It was really crowded and the lines were long. Maybe it was the coupon. Who knows? The line moved pretty quickly though. The wait for the drinks wasn't long either. Big fan of Jamba Juice and have tried many different locations. Most of the Jamba Juices I've been to are consistently good but for whatever reasons this location makes their smoothies bland.
