Arrived at this location at 7:30am the lights were off and they were closed. Highly disappointed because google and yelp mention this location opens at 7am. My son wanted a Belgian waffle to start his birthday morning and a white gummi but due to this inconvenience we left and went to Starbucks I should have known this location is not reliable in terms of hours of operation. This location is 4mins away from us but believe I will be driving to Walnut Nature Juice for my future juice/smoothie/açaí purchases because they are the best! read more

I love fruity beverages and Jamba never fails. I usually do the white gummy, mango a go go, my husband does raspberry, or I'll do anything watermelon during the summer and none of those have every disappointed me. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the customer service is blah. They're there to do their job and get paid but not go out of their way to give exceptional customer service which is what would give them five stars in my book. No complaints on anything else though so def. grab a drink here if you're nearby. read more

I believe they fixed these issues. I finally went back and they had a competent employee, very friendly too. My drink was great, and my wait time was as expected. Nothing to complain about. It's nice they gave me the excess in another cup, even if it's a small amount, it's better than letting food go to waste in front of paying customers. This store consistently out of products. They never have any products either. They're out of milk or they're out of yogurt. This is a juice place. These are essential items to make their smoothies and they're never in stock. I highly suggest going to another place. I don't even know why they're in business. read more

Stop in for my usual mango a go go and four other varieties for my kids . From a small to medium is 30 cents difference might as well upgrade to medium size . We are about to order and there are 3 people working and they are trying to fix the screen they have. They are unsure of what ingredients they have and one of the workers has an AirPod in their ear after trying to ask him about something he responds on the 3rd time I ask. One lady gave me a bad look but the other lady was really nice. Don't know how I feel about this place. When I got my drink, I looked inside and there is pink stuff in it and I know that a mango a gogo does not have strawberry in it so I'm guessing they didn't wash the inside of the blender. Ordering Strawberry Surf Rider with Energy Boost was a surprise! Unfortunately, I also received a 'boost' of ROCKs with my drink. Large pieces were at the bottom, and smaller ones were scattered throughout. No wonder I got full after drinking halfway. The customer service sucks, whatever two girls worked Feb 21st 2025 at 4:30pm, came in for a pick up and they were rude from the intial greeting. I just simply asked for my pickup and I waited an extra 20 minutes to get my drink and no one was there. My only complaint is that this location is a little understaffed. Most locations have 2 or 3 people working this place always seems to have 1. I always go to this location after I work out. MOST of the girls are really nice and good with service However, there's always one girl that has a bad attitude. She has red hair and bangs. She is the only girl to always make my orders wrong and is very rude. When I go to other locations (and even this location) the staff will upsize the drink IF you order any protein in your drink. However, this particular worker always has a bad attitude. Today, I ordered a medium size white gummy with whey protein. Normally the other workers will give me a large (since the drink upsizes with the protein powder) The girl with the red hair and bangs proceeded to argue with me and made excuses as to why she didn't want to upgrade my drink (as the protocol should be). Idk if she's damn lazy or just has a bad attitude. Love this location and the other workers at Pomona, but the girl with the red hair is awfully rude please reach your workers the right procedures and how to treat the customers better. read more
