Initially when entering the girl in the Orange was rude when taking my order and Hebe asked for my I'd when showing my debit card my ids fell and I was on the phone so I was a bit fidgety and the lady just stared me down when I apologized and I couldn't reach for them cuz they fell behind her computer. Then the 2 ladies helped make the drinks for everyone else and I was ahead of 1-2 people but they made about 5 items for everyone and mine was the last one. They announced everyone's drinks by name like acai bowl ect. Then the lady in the green just placed a purple drink on the counter and said nothing. I figured it's mine maybe but didn't want to reach for somthing that may not be mine. Then a couple min passed and the girl in yellow laughed and said "she's just waiting for us to say her order" and the girl in green laughs and I'm like what in the world did I did to them. And then the girl in yellow a few min later says your drink is there... I'm like oh okay why didn't you announce it and she says "I didn't make your order" .. so how do you know it's mine lol and then I asked the other lady in green and she said " we don't announce orders we just leave them there" and when I said that's a lie you announced everyone's orders but mine and she said " no I didn't" and she walked away and I asked the lady in yellow for their names and her response was " we don't give names unless management is here for you" so I said thank you and walked out with my order. Don't even know what order it is cuz when they made it for me they kept looking at me and laughing and rolling their eyes. So what did I do to receive this treatment?? That was really messed up like child like immature. Now I guess I see why all the reviews are bad at this location. Honestly most employees I've interacted with were rude but I dismiss it until this went to far. I sent a review on when she gave me a email receipt and she said she couldn't give me paper receipts when o asked for it so okay I guess? These ladies need to be retrained or find a position where they don't interact with people it's like they found a job where they think it's okay to play the customers like we're children. You ladies were embarrassing and I don't appreciate your demeaning Attitude and child like behavior towards me when going in to order a drink after I dropped off my son with his dad all o wanted to do was relax with a fresh beverage. So I checked my phone no evidence that they did. I received no call from the time I ordered the drink to when I arrived to the store. I replied to the employee I didn't receive a call. She refuted saying they attempted to call. I ask for blueberries instead. As my order is being prepared. I see another employee cutting up fresh strawberries. I walked in at 6:30 when they opened, I asked for the açai Primo the island Pitaya and chunky strawberry. I was told it would take about 5 to 10 minutes to make the base of açai Primo, that's fine. I was told they don't have the base for the Açaí Pitaya so if I would like to chunky strawberries instead, I ended up ordering one chunky strawberry and two açai Primo bowls. I wasn't told they were out of anything else. As I'm waiting for my bowls I'm told there are no strawberries that are fresh only frozen would I like frozen strawberries , I say yes. Next I'm told there are no ripe bananas would I like blueberries instead. I wish I was told they were out of fresh strawberries and bananas before I ordered bowls that have fresh fruit on top. I know it wasn't that girl's fault but her customer service skills were very lacking, to top it off she gave me my bowls tossed on their sides in the bag. I really wanted to ask for a refund but I actually felt a little bad for the young lady working because it's not her fault they're out of all those things however it would be nice to know before I order them and spent $30 on three bowls. This is the best branch ever . Always stocked with fruits and all ingredients needed to make their smoothies and bowls as it should be. Their machine works, prints receipts as it should be! Also the point crediting machine also works. Staff works fast and is friendly. Parking never an issue. And they close at 10 pm. After going to Chino Hills too many times and always getting disappointed and frustrated with non--receipt-printing machines, not getting the points I'm supposed to be credited for my purchase, no bananas strawberries or peaches usually even in the middle of the day, I'm just grateful to have found this Rancho Rio branch, only about 4 minutes from Chino Hills. This is the second time we have been to this location and the first time was great. Even before we left they asked for us to taste our drinks to make sure they are perfect and they were! First time we went was during the afternoon. Tonight we arrived at 9 pm and didn't look to busy when we arrived. I will say that an employee went on break and that's when they lost it. I waited 20 minutes for two bowls and one mango a go go. My pitaya bowl was so skimped out and I didn't go back to complain because I didn't want to ruin everyone else's night by making wait more for a couple of smoothies. The smoothie tasted fine but this review is gettin one star bc of the customer service I received. I went in This morning (march 22) to order some breakfast. The girl working in the store this morning either woke up on the wrong side of the bed or hates her job. She never smiled, never showed any customer service skills what so ever actually. I ordered my smoothie and then I saw $2 off a breakfast sandwich with smoothie order sign in front of the cash register so I asked her where the sandwiches are listed and she said right there and pointed to the sign. They were not listed there, but there was a picture of a sandwich on the sign. and so I pointed up to the menu on the wall and said, I can see the pictures of the sandwiches up there which ones are those, the ingredients and names aren't listed. She sighed, rolled her eyes, and listed them off as if I was totally putting her out and there was not one single person in line behind me or waiting for their order. I ordered the spinach and feta. It came out to almost 9 dollars so I doubt she gave me the $2 off but she was in such a bad mood I didn't want to ask. I paid and was waiting for my drink and sandwich. She never called out my drink or told me that it was ready just put it on the counter so eventually I saw it and went over there and grabbed it and she was slamming doors shut waking back over to get My Sandwich... she grabbed the sandwich slammed another cabinet or door to the dishwasher maybe? And walked it over to the counter. I was standing at the end of the counter and she set it there and walked away. Never looked up at me to say here is your order, never said thank you, and never said have a good day. She came off very rude and short and I didn't leave feeling good about it. I almost said something to her but I thought even better for Me to yelp it and let people know this is the demeanor of this store. I have always enjoyed Jamba Juice 1- for the taste of the smoothies and 2- because of the vibe; healthy, positive, friendly environment. This employee doesnt match up with Jamba Juices mission statement saying the reason you are successful is because of the passion employees and customers share for the product is the same. Your employee had no passion for the product or for providing good customer service. Extremely disappointing. Please teach your staff how to make someone feel welcome. Won't be back. I've been to many Jamba locations but this location stood out the most to me. They were so kind even when I asked for so many subs in my vanilla sky bowl. They spoke loud enough for me to hear but not enough to sound angry towards me. Great customer service and great quality smoothie bowls. The others in line, like me, were all so prompted to give the workers at the time a generous tip because we all mutually experienced a great Jamba service. Came here a few days ago in the morning and the place was closed with a sign that said "on my break, will return in 10 minutes" however I'm almost positive it was there longer than 10 minutes because I waited 15 minutes outside. So I called the place a couple times and no answer, and the employee shows up finally and asks if I'm there to pick up an order, I say no and proceed to place my order. I see that there are free boosters and ask her if I can get the vitamin one in my drink, and she says " that's fine but next time tell me that when you're ordering at the register, but I'll do it for you this time" I was thinking "excuse me!? Rude much?? Just make me my drink sour puss!" Of course I actually have manners and said "oh yeah ,of course no problem" lol anywhoo I'm pretty sure she felt brave because no one else was there and she's lucky I was in a good mood and didn't tell her off. Anyway after all that she gives me my drink in 2 separate cups because she "ran out" of the large ones. Yeah right, early in the morning and you have no supplies? Who's in charge of this place? But whatever, this is my review on my experience at this place, bad customer service, and management of keeping up with ordering their needed supplies. I was so excited they made a jamba in Pomona and right next to my gym. But this has to be the longest wait time experience I've ever had at jamba. This is my 4th time here each time it's been at least a 30 minute wait, mind you not busy. One of those times it was only me waiting and it still took that long. I also just witnessed a girl go off for waiting 45 mins just for them to tell her they didn't have one of the ingredients. The Jamba Juice girl was arguing back. Bad customer service.
