Always love their service. Tip: order from the app for a quick pick up. Store looks sooooo cute. Parking can be challenging since it's a shared parking with Target and other businesses.

Hard to give a better rating when the door was locked and no one was there. Literally lights off and no one home at 5:50pm on a Friday.

New to neighbhood and Yelped this place of course!! and i found it near my house. Download the app to scan ur rewards code you get 3 points per drink and sometimes they send you rewards for like $3.00 off or BOGO which is worth it! Only thing u cant do is cancel ur order which kinda sucks if u like change ur mind or something. In in a nice plaza plenty of parking which is nice.

If you want to pay with cash, you have to wait a very long time. Today, my friend and I were excited to go to T's and order something they had posted on Instagram. I wanted to pay with cash, so I waited patiently because there were a lot of people waiting. While I was waiting, I kindly asked one of the employees if I could pay with cash. She told me, "No, there is a machine right there." I replied, "But I want to pay with cash." She looked at me, walked away, and proceeded to help other customers who were also paying with cash and picking up orders. I then asked another employee, and she helped me right away, even though she was multitasking. I finished placing my order on the tablet, but neither employee helped me complete the checkout process. I waited again, and although they saw my friend and me standing there, no one offered assistance. I asked one of the employees for the name of the older blonde haired employee, and she told me it was Angie. T's, please consider having a dedicated cashier at the front instead of having employees in the back juggle several different jobs. The service used to be so good. There was usually a manager or another employee helping customers at the front. Now, it seems like everyone is stretched too thin. What is going on? T's was never like this. The food is great, but the customer service needs serious improvement.

The BBQ chicken was very tender with no fat and cooked with delicious spices. Just incredible. The veggies were also very fresh and crunchy. With every bite it just kept getting better. It's a pretty big-sized Bánh Mì--you can easily eat half and save the other half for later. The mango cane drink was delicious and very refreshing. I enjoyed every sip of it. Food: 10/10. The service was excellent! The young ladies working there were very welcoming and sweet. One even grabbed me a stool to sit on while I waited for my order, which was very thoughtful. The wait was not long 5-10 minutes. Not many customer around 12pm on Friday. Customer service: 10/10. The ambiance is cute. It's located in the heart of downtown Hayward near City Hall. The establishment is tiny, but they do have stools where you can sit and enjoy your Bánh Mì it's almost like being in Vietnam. There's no outside seating. Parking can definitely be challenging. You can park in the Lucky's supermarket lot, across the street in the parking structure, or if you're lucky, find street parking right in front of the establishment. It was unclear if it's sold out at 10am or if they no longer sell it. On my 2nd visit: I opted for just the original sugarcane (without additional pureee or other ingredients) it's not listed on my menu, so you just have to ask for it. It definitely tasted better than the calamansi sugarcane. Considering they were not busy at all, I expected this to be made fresh but they poured it directly from an open container from their refrigerator... Tried their banh mi this time, both the chicken and pork. Both tasted like quality meats. But the daikon and carrots were cut way too thick! Never seen such a thick cut of carrots. They need to julienne or even fine julienned cut them! I think if they were to make this change to the sandwich, I would be a happy return customer.

It was $8.50 before tip, which is very steep even with today's rising boba prices. It's sour and acidic but still sweet; I do wish in hindsight I'd asked for the lime to be removed, which is part of the drink customization settings, because the lime really overpowered it and it's harder to make out the pineapple. It had a rigid cup though, seems to be decent enough quality to reuse the cup. Overall, the drink was decent, but I took off a star because of how pricey it was. Still, I appreciate the premise of all the drinks containing lime and that they have some less common drink flavors.

I'm a big fan of this particular location due to their many food options (not all iTeas offer food) and how creamy their milk tea is. When ordering food, the wait is understandable given the preparation time but drinks are usually ready within 5 minutes (I recommend ordering ahead of time through the app). My go-to order is Signature boba milk tea, 30% sweet and 30% ice. Their milk tea is on the sweeter side so I strongly suggest 30% sweet max. They go heavier on the creamer compared to other locations, which I think gives the drink a well-rounded/not watery profile. The boba is always QQ and sweet.
