The only reason why they get a 4/5 stars, is because of how expensive it is ($10 for a medium). Prices aside, EVERYTHING else was great. The worker (I believe her name was Zariyah) was very respectful and kind. This individual provided an amazing recommendation for my boyfriend, who had never tried Jamba Juice prior. Jamba has recently become one of my favorite places, so it kinda hurts me to write a bad review for them. Today I went in to get my usual Caribbean Passion smoothie. It tasted a little more watered down than usual, even though I always order it to be thicker. Anyway, that didn't bothered me too much. All was fine and I went home and that's when I noticed there was a hair in my drink. I know it's not my own because it was actually INSIDE the cup. I'm super disappointed and absolutely disgusted that I couldn't finish my drink after that. I'm usually not one to complain but finding a hair in my drink is really not okay and I didn't want this to happen to someone else. I always go to the Jamba next to Raleys and nothing like this has ever happened. This gotta be the smoothest and velvety smoothie we ever tasted. Young lady (just herself made over 6 smoothies on her own) made the smoothies with LOVE. Cashier was very kind and sweet. Soft spoken but, I can hear her clearly. It was lil wait but, I don't mind because there are only two people working. One cashier and one drink maker. The drinks were made pretty quickly despite 3 other people in front of us. I wish we had another dollar for tip. So they can split it among themselves, not only they provide great service but, the smoothies tasted so refreshing and so good. Young lady apologize for the wait, we understand so..... no worries. I love this location. Although the parking lot is usually busy, you can still easily find a spot. The staff are efficient and friendly. If I'm hungry I usually get their strawberry & banana bowl. For smoothies I enjoy basically anything with strawberries such as the strawberry wild or strawberry surf rider. I also enjoy razzmatazz, green tea matcha, and amazing greens. I've always stopped at the Jamba Juice right off the freeway when in Elk Grove visiting family, but today after leaving my brothers home I realized there was one right here next to Sees Candy. I got my usual Matcha Green Tea w soy milk shot and an Oreo protein smoothie for my children. The employees here were FAR more friendlier than my usual store in Folsom, and they even told me I could have been earning points for the last million years by typing in my phone #, something my Folsom store has NEVER once asked me to do or told me about. Ever since there has been a Boba phenomena, I have yet to go to a Jamba Juice. I finally after years returned. I bought a small Berry UpBeet. I have to say it was good and delicious. Not bad. I have a gift card thats stacked up and I guess Ill be coming in often. I know if you go often you can really add in the calories so be careful. Other than that....this was a clean place and well maintained. The workers were helpful to make a decision. They have other stuff to eat other than only drinking their juices. Parking is usually fairly easy to find in the large parking lot accompanying the large business complex they're located in. They're always clean and well maintained. Service has always been great at this location. I have needed an helping hand on an few occasions with my toddler daughter as I recover from spine surgery and Benny is an terrific young man. He's been wonderful with my daughter. He's personally handed her the smoothie she's chosen and has inquired about my well being multiple times. Some might say customer service is an lost art but he's truly special. I've really appreciated his assistance and encouragement. The smoothies are always made well and taste fantastic. My only small gripe is while they're slightly more environmentally friendly, the smoothies melt considerably quicker in the plastic cups versus their foam cups of yesteryear. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program. It's quite easy to use and the rewards are fair, three dollars off for every 35 spent. If you'd like to further capitalize your savings, do as I do and purchase their gift cards from Costco. It's $59.99 for $75 worth of gift cards that are issued in the form of five $15 cards. read more

Wasn't going to write about the Mango A-go-go I got earlier. But I think I should let others know. I went into the store around 6:30 pm or so to get a drink. Man, it was hot inside!!! One door remained open since the airco was down. Imagining how hot it was inside. There were like 6 people working in there, I can tell they were pretty hot without airco or even a fan. There was like 6 people working in a small store!!! The cashier was pretty friendly when I walked up to order my drink, but before I can ask about the "Jamba Juice Reward Card," she turned away to join the other staff who was already too busy entertaining a former co-worker. Ok, fine. Then I will check it out myself on their website instead, no biggie. I still like Jamba Juice. While I was waiting inside the pretty warm store (although it was breezy outside), another customer kept the other side door open cuz it was too hot inside. Again, one staff was still entertaining the former co-worker, while another too busy making the "perfect drink" for that guy. As I was waiting by the desk in front of the blenders, I saw one female worker, who was putting fruits & stuff into the blender, wiped her forehead with her right arm sleeve (sweating in there) right above the open ice spot, then continued to put ice & stuff without washing her hands or anything. Well, she never did wear gloves at the 1st place! I prayed that blender thing wasn't for my drink. Finally got my drink. Left and drove to my 7 o'clock appointment. Then guess what I found? Tons of pretty tiny green things that was mixed in with my Mango A-go-go (see uploaded pic). I swear I didn't add any extra boosts in there. Hopefully it wasn't anything moldy from the fruits they put in. They probably too busy being entertainers, so I doubt they will notice anyway. But I am scare!!! This is the 1st bad experience I had with all the Jamba Juice I ever been to. Maybe they didn't wash the blender well after the last blend? I hope so. The least I can do is to convince (or trick) myself into believing that it wasn't green molds I got in the drink, else I may never go to Jamba Juice ever again. Too far to drive back, so I ended up throwing it away. Too early to turn green before Halloween. So better double check drink before you leave. Rating: Price: No complaint. The staffs here are friendly, but they need to work on improving their knowledge on the drinks (both regular and hidden menu items). I came here with a buddy and wanted to try this drink off the hidden menu, I tried to do ample research before hand to see what goes in it and such, but no one seem to even post what a penis shooter has... And yes, I believe it's a real hidden menu item LOL. So.. I ask her for one and the young lady blinks her eyes and goes.. "You want.. what?" and then I go "Oh, I'm so sorry, I found it off the hidden menu selection that a lot tend to speak of". She asked if I knew what was inside of it, sadly I did not.. So I asked for a purple dinosaur. Same result... she had no clue what it was. Then I requested a PB&J, and to my disappointment again no clue what it was. I'm sure the ingredients for the latter two drinks were available online but I did not want to waste her time any more than my time. So I finally went with a kale orange blend.
