I was in the area and needed a place to chill since it was hot outside. They have extensive selections to offer. Many different types of food and drinks. I decided on mango & coconut delight. An older man took my order. I was looking at the screen and noticed he was charging me for topping when I told him I did not want any topping. He did something from his end so I thought he was removing the topping charge. I pulled out my card and then he added on additional fee instead. After I paid, there was an option to print the receipt but before I was able to select that option, he closed it and walked away. At the end, I paid for the topping I didn't want and service charge for using credit card without any notice. SMH The drink itself was alright. Tasted very sweet and artificial. It was my first time here and will be my last. If you do come here, check your receipts. read more

Just a heads up! This business was bought out and rebranded. It's not actually Quickly's; they're called "Quick Tea" but they still utilize the Quickly's supplies. The recipe for the snacks tastes somewhat similar, however the drinks are nothing close to what it should taste like. The customer service is great, very kind people. It's quiet and empty inside. I'm not sure that they get a whole lot of business. I really wanted to like this place; but it was okay at best! I'm not sure that I'd come again. read more

Service is amazing very kind and happy! Drinks are always good and food made fresh 10/10.

Very sweet people who work here. I was greeted and helped quickly and the employees were also so kind. They have a large selection of drinks (teas, bubble teas, slushies, juices, coffee and probably more I forgot) and even food! I ordered the standard peach tea and it came out so fast (: read more

Great customer service, the owners are really sweet. Drinks were decent and food was a good portion!

This is hands down my favorite boba and food spot! The drinks are always fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly every time. The food is just as amazing everything I've tried has been delicious and packed with flavor. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and provides great service. The place is clean, has a great atmosphere, and is the perfect spot to relax, grab a meal, or enjoy a drink with friends. I've been here many times and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great boba and amazing food! read more

The food is good. The takoyaki is delicious! The food is 3 stars. The customer service is 5 stars. The owners are friendly, nice, and welcoming. I would go back for the food, but I'm definitely going back because the customer service was outstanding. The prices are fair. For our meal and two sodas the total was $40.00. We had leftovers to take home. This place is for smaller groups, but if you push a few tables together, it'll fit a larger group. Try this place out! read more

BEST TEA AND FOOD SPOT IN SAC!! Their sign is now "Quick-Tea" fyi. I've tried every tea place in and around meadowview/Elk Grove/south sac and this place is my favorite. There's so many drink options, their slushes are perfect every time. I've lived here for almost 4 years and the owners have always been there, always been the KINDEST people I've ever met in Sacramento! They don't advertise their coffee or food much but their honey walnut shrimp is also the best I've had in sac!! Love this place and their prices; definitely come in for their drinks and stay for their food and hospitality. read more

The customer service was great. The old man at the counter was kind(there was a language barrier). I ordered a combo plate fried rice and sesame chicken. The food tasted like delicious home cooking and was made fresh on the spot. I also ordered black tea boba. Too sweet but I could've told them to adjust the sweetness before hand. I would come here again for lunch. read more

This is my go to spot for boba, I always order the popcorn chicken and it always taste the same. This place is quite , an abundance of parking but the only downside is that English is not their first language it I can see them trying. It's is a mom and pop shop run shop despite the name of the store . They do understand English and you do have to repeat order a few times . Mostly for accuracy but they are super friendly read more

I have been coming here from years really enjoy their popcorn chicken and I always get one of their jumbo rose tea Today the popcorn chicken was $7.50 and the jumbo rose tea with rainbow jelly was $8.81 Starbucks doesn't cost that much nor does any of the other quickly as I have been to let's just say I will be waiting in that Dutch Bros line from now on. I love the people here and seem like they are family running the business I felt good supporting them but no way will I pay 9bucks for a tea I could get the same size 2x at Starbucks and Dutch bros. Second time coming in as of typing this review, I like it. It's just a lady and a man (I assume husband & wife) running the whole store. The food is good, but they specialize in drinks so don't expect some amazing dish for the price below $8-$10 per se like a restaurant. I got the fried rice and it's just like any typical homemad cooking, you got your corn, carrots, peas, and green beans as well as your choice of protein. I came back this time because my first time my lady and I were in a rush and couldn't take in everything. Drink wise I got a Strawberry Juice. I say it's good. I tipped them more money than my total since I was feeling great and the lady gave me a free Thai Tea. The Lady and Man are great and they have the place nice and clean. The lobby is a nice vibe. I would say it's a shame they're located in an area where it doesn't get much foot traffic or attention as it's mostly to the side from the SF Market. Nonetheless it's a good spot if you want drinks and just want some peace and quiet. It's definitely not the type of boba shops where it's popular like Tea4U, Tastea, Happy Lemon etc. English is not their first language but they're happy that you came in and make an effort to understand you. read more

First time here yesterday and ordered the salt n pepper shrimp. It's amazing and delicious and the best part is it's only $8!!!! The drinks are good too. This place continues to get worse. I'm honestly surprised they're still open. Tonight (Sunday) when I came in, the lady was breaking up the ice in the ice maker with a hammer. Hella not cleanly and an obvious health code violation. Ordering is super frustrating cus their English is terrible and they don't seem to understand what you're saying so you have to repeat yourself and go back and forth with them like 5x before they maybe get it, and even after you wonder if they're really going to get it right.. Note: I've also seen a cot behind the counter a number of times, like one of the owners was sleeping there for awhile. There's always at least one or two noticeable health code violations going on that make me wonder why the heck I come back. I honestly try not to but if the bf wants to come cus it's one of the few options open in the area, then I can't help but feed my boba addiction (clearly an addiction if I'm willing to get it from this place) read more

Come here often. Truly a hidden gem. Delicious drinks and food. Staff is always friendly.

Thai tea is my favorite! It sounds simple but you would all be surprised how often Thai tea can go wrong. Anyway! Quickly's is YUMMYYYY. Quickly is an experience of its own. You can customize your drink in sweetness and ice level. Highlights: - This Thai tea had the perfect balance of ice and sweetness. I recommend! - atmosphere is relaxed and quiet Recommendation: - more boba pleaseeeee FYI if you spend under 10 bucks there is a .50 credit card soooo bring a friend :) read more

This is my first time visiting a Quickly. After a day of driving around, I decided to treat myself to a little something. I ordered a taro tea snow w/ tapioca. You can really taste the taro in the drink and the texture of the tapioca was just right. The drink filled me up and was almost a meal in itself. While I was waiting for my drink, I spotted games and a karaoke machine. I wouldn't want to sit here too long though. It's too bright for me. Next time, I want to try some of their food! read more

I came here around the grand opening. They didn't have WiFi yet. They did have a limited buy one, get one free promotion. I think the employees were not used to working, so they would forget some drinks or make them wrong. This happened to me twice. I tried the Red Bean Puff Eggs. I was expecting it to have more red beans in it. It was almost $5 for it, not worth it. The drinks are good and priced reasonable. Update: Me and my cousin decided to come here during late afternoon and the employee who was working was super helpful and nice. My cousin didn't know what to order and had questions. She ordered curry fish balls. They were kind of enough to make us extra curry sauce for the side even though it doesn't usually come with sauce. I thought the sauce was a little too salty for me. We also tried the Green Tea Egg Puffs. It was good, but didn't taste like green tea. I like how they have the most popular drinks (Thai Tea, Milk Tea, Jasmine Tea) for $1.49. I kinda think their drinks are little bland. This place is clean. It is a great place to come and chill, play some games. They provide karaoke, cards, and Jenga. read more

This place was booming when it first opened. Things have slowed down, but their take-out food and snacks are pretty solid at a decent price. Be mindful that there are only two people working at this location which is the Chef and the other worker so be patient when it gets busy. read more

We stopped by here for a warm drink on a cold night and I did not like my experience one bit! They were still open for a few more hours but it looked like they were cleaning and packing up when we walked in. We asked for two hot kumquat lemon teas and they both had a hard time understanding what we wanted, even when we pointed to the menu AND gave them the numbered menu item. Finally they put the order in and rang us up. Our drinks came out and they were iced! I wasn't leaving without what we ordered so I tried to express we ordered hot teas, not iced teas, and the guy mumbled and turned away so I tried to explain to the other lady instead. They kept saying they didn't have it so I asked what hot drinks did they have, so that we could get our hot drinks we came for. Then apparently all of a sudden I guess they had it because he said it would be an extra $1 per drink for hot. The prices are the same on the menu so I thought that was just ridiculous, but I was already annoyed at the situation and the wait so I gave them $2 cash and we waited for our hot teas. The hot teas came out and they just tasted like normal Lipton tea bags I have at home. I bet they didn't want to go through the trouble of making hot teas because they wanted to close early, but you should've said no to begin with then..even though it's clearly on the menu! read more

I only come here because I live in South Sac and it's the only place that you can get boba late at night. But I do enjoy hanging out here with my friends talking, playing cards or jenga. But truth be told; the boba is not that great. It's decent and the food I order wasn't what I expected. The sweet potatoes fries that I order one time didn't look like the picture they had on the wall and it was just basically fried yam with sugar. I felt cheated, the same drink I always order taste different every time I come here. The cashiers seem to ALWAYS get my order wrong. But then again they just open about a couple of months ago. Hopefully they'll get better as time goes by. read more

The name "QUICKLY" is DECEIVING! We arrived when no one was there. We ordered 7 Boba drinks & it took 40 minutes to get it. They have 2 blenders & 1 person running the register AND making Boba drinks. This person can only make 2 drinks @ a time. When someone would come, he would stop what he was doing, wait for the person to order. Then, go back to making drinks. Doesn't wash his hands before going back to continue making drinks... maybe to save time?!? The extensive wall menu is deceiving. My first 5 requests came with the answer: NO. May I please have papaya? No, we don't have that. Coconut? Durian? Can you blend your milk teas? Do you have any sugar-free or sugar substitute options? No. No. Uhhh... No. When I place my order, I always start by saying how many drinks I want. We wait for our 7th drink, & it never comes. I ask after a few minutes, he says we never ordered that. Ugh! That was the 1st request we made! So we wait more. Drinks are okay. It's all powder flavor, no fresh fruit. Prices are cheap but definitely had better tasting boba drinks. Definitely have had faster order production as well. Maybe it was an off day, but, I really can't say it's worth the wait for "Quickly" service here. read more

Lets QUICKLY get this over with: I Love This Place. This particular restaurant is a lot bigger than most other QUICKLY stores you will find, especially compared to the one downtown (which is run down compared to this one). The store is clean, bright, big, and very colorful in general. Ok, ok, QUICKLY is pretty much the same standard color across all chain stores, but this one is just so much more roomy and crafty in layout. I've had enough tea drinks here to feel confident that my next milk tea will be just as consistent as the previous 10 I've had. Boba is hard to cook correctly, and the store gets the consistency just right like 98% of the time. That's hard to do. The snacks I've gotten have all been very good. I haven't had one single gripe about the food. What's also unique to this store is the karaoke machine. That you can use. For Free. YEAH. Where else can you listen to "I feel it in my fingers.. Christmas is all around.", to "Black or White," to "Amazing Grace?" And for free. You can also request songs that they play on the big plasma screen up on the wall near the employee entrance into the back counter/kitchen. Hurry and get a bunch of your friends together QUICKLY and head over. You'll have a blast. They also have a lot of games at the store, and don't mind you doubling down with some cards, or other games. I've seen people play Cranium, and other fun games that they bring in. Oh. Did I mention the prices? The prices and specials they have really leave you no excuse to try this place. However, with such a big drink menu, I doubt you'll QUICKLY decide what you want to drink. So hurry, go QUICKLY before you miss your chance, it's like 10:15 PM as I write this, although, they do open pretty late. read more
