The price is quite affordable here, and you can adjust the ice level as well. I ordered the signature cane drink with all the toppings and one for kumquat cane juice with no ice. You can add $1 for add-back cane juice, which is reasonable. The drinks are refreshing and great to enjoy after lunch. My son loves his kumquats cane juice very much. They have a kiosk to place orders, and their service is quite fast. They have a few tables where you can sit down and enjoy the drink. The plaza parking fills up fast on weekends.
I never had mango sticky rice as a drink, but it works! The mangos were abundant and the rice has a nice chew. If you like mango sticky rice, then definitely don't pass on this one! 10/10 recommend.
I'm so glad we stopped by this place on a whim after grabbing sandwiches from Duc Huong because my husband and I found it to be such a great place for drinks! We ordered the banana coffee with an extra shot and the kumquat sugarcane juice. The sugarcane juice was great! Taste exactly like what you'd expected to taste like with the added tartness and flavor from the kumquat. I found the juice to be very concentrated, and that's not a bad thing! It definitely lasted me a long time. I even found myself opening the top and adding water when I was about 2/3 of the way finished and the residual drink was still great. My husband's coffee was well priced, and in our opinion, quite worth it. Although we didn't get much banana in the beginning once we mixed our drink up, we could taste the essence of banana. And it's nice, it doesn't taste too artificial or fake or overpowering. I don't think the extra shot of coffee was needed, but it was a nice bonus for him as he enjoyed the taste of the coffee. We don't have much to say about the service, it was fine. The shop itself is like a standard Boba shop size, clean and well maintained, and always appreciate when they have a self checkout kiosk. We will definitely return to try more drinks!
I like this mini mall. It has a lot of everything. I passed this place as I was headed over Duc Hoang sandwiches, (see separate review) and I was intrigued. I decided to stop in. They have a large selection of Vietnamese, coffees, smoothies, Matcha drinks, different desserts, but as their name suggests , they specialize in sugarcane juice. I looked at the different items on the menu, and I decided to shoot the works with the A1 corner special. You can get it with coconut juice, but I decided to have it regular. It still came with. Sugarcane with peanuts, coconut shavings, jello: coconut, pandan, coconut pandan, & coffee jelly. Of course, I took one sip, and it was so good, I tore into it before I remembered to take a picture. I really have to stop doing that. It was really good. The sugarcane juice did have a very mild grassy flavor, but that's what you get with sugarcane juice. It did not detract from the juice at all, it actually added to the flavor. All of the other mix ins added to the flavor as well. It was a refreshing, excellent drink. The price was reasonable for what I got. I want to try this place again. Thanks
Been here more times than I can count and am overdue to give this place the review it deserves! This is my absolute displace to get dessert drinks! They're located right next to Duc Huong viet sandwiches so I stop by and pick up one of those too. Interior is nice and clean, cozy. On weekends it can get packed inside but I've come on weekdays and getting a table is never a problem. Service is pretty quick, you can order at the cashier or at the kiosk. Service is always friendly. Whenever I come in I see the owner Andrew, he's very friendly and welcoming. He remembers my dog ;). As for drinks, my go tos are the sugarcan juices. Not many places serve them or make them good. This place makes it fresh. I usually get the kumqout SC, coconut SC, or Lychee SC and in that order. My absolute favorite to get is the Mango Sticky rice. Theirs is the best I've ever had. If you like Thai mango sticky rice you would love this because it taste exactly like it. You actually get chunks of sweet coconut sticky rice and sweet yellow mango flesh. I try and not be greedy by ordering 2 drinks here cause I seriously love them both. Depending on how I feel I'll grab a pandas waffle too. They're pretty good here. Thick, outter crisp, with a chewy soft interior texture, and the essence of that pandan flavor. . In the same plaza as Duc Huong Sandwiches. And a bunch of other great shops to check out. We tried their pandan waffle, it's crunchy, chewy and perfect sweetness. Their sugarcane with kumquat and sugarcane with pennywort are refreshing! But my absolute fave is their pandan sago dessert. It's light and refreshing with all the great textures of pudding, grass jelly, tapioca pearls, something with a nice crunchy bite and a few other items in there. The coconut milk is perfectly sweetened as well. It's one of my faves now.
I never got around to try Cane Corner in Elk Grove. I was in the area and saw Cane Corner 2 pop up in my Yelp feed. It was kismet that I finally got to try them. To my surprise, they took over Gong Cha's old spot. Ooh, when did they happened? I guess I haven't been in this area for awhile. It wasn't busy when I arrive late afternoon on Saturday. They have one kiosk and you can also order at the counter. Shout out to them for having "Ice Separate" as an option. I have never seen that and such a great idea if you plan on having the drink later or picking it up for someone. A3. Kumquat Sugarcane Juice. I ordered with less ice and 75% sweetness. I tasted the kumquat but not so much on the sugarcane. I wonder if it's because the sugarcane was pressed in advance or not fresh sugarcane? D7. Pandan Milk Tea. I also ordered less ice and 75% sweetness. It was perfect to me. The distinctive fragrant taste of pandan blend with creamy milk. Not grassy or overly milky and slightly sweet. I would get this again. Pandan Tofu Sago I wanted to try the Mango Sago but didn't see it on the menu and a couple of people was waiting behind me so I went with Pandan Tofu Sago. Didn't know what to expect but it was shockingly refreshing. It had an assortment of jellies and pandan tofu. This reminds me of something that I had in Malaysia. Service was quick. An ample amount of tables and chairs to sit and enjoy your drink and food.
Such a cute little spot! They have so many options to choose from matcha, smoothies, juices, and specialty drinks. I tried the Ube Matcha, Banana Matcha, and the Sticky Mango Rice drink, and every single one was delicious. It was my first time trying ube, and I loved how vibrant and beautiful the drink looked.Staff was fast and friendly too. The only downside was that the shop was really hot inside. It wasn't very comfortable if you're hoping to sit and enjoy your drink, and seating is pretty limited as well. Overall, the drinks were amazing, and I'd definitely come back to try more from their menu!
Went today 8/12 because I have seen multiple videos on my tik tok of the matcha drinks and I love matcha and wanted to give it a try. It was not busy just a table with a few people and I came in with my husband and twin toddlers. First went to front counter no one was there so used the kiosk to order our drinks, a guy came in after and walked to the counter and I guess an employee was there at the time and took their order. I ordered a banana crème matcha 75% sweetness and less ice and my husband and ordered the mango smoothie. Our drinks came and we headed to the car since we parked right in front if the 15 mins sign. My drink was delicious I loved it but after 3 sips it was practically gone and as I look down my cup of FULL of ice. I wish I had paid attention when I grabbed it off the counter but again I was with two busy little toddlers. The picture attached was taken 15-20 mins after I finished my drink so the ice was melting and still filled damn near to the top. Although delicious for 7.50 if I come back I will be making sure it's less ice before leaving the store. Owner response in my inbox: Hello Michaela, Thank you for the feedback! We also have posted signage letting customers know that if they request less ice, the drink will have a lower fill level, since the proportions are designed around taste and quality rather than simply filling the cup with more liquid. If you prefer a different preparation, we may simply not be the best fit for you, and we encourage you to find a shop whose proportions better match your preferences. I'm normally not a fan of banana/most flavored matchas, but their banana matcha is amazing. My friend and I down it within 5 minutes every single time. I usually get it with house milk and 50% sweetness and it's consistent. The pandan waffle is also good, I'll have to try their sugar cane drinks sometime! There's also limited seating available but it's not the most comfortable if you're looking to study or hangout.
Couldn't stay away because I needed my fix and didn't want to go to Elk Grove. Waffle is still a bit too crispy for my liking but better this time. I was really impressed with the gal working, she was doing it all, taking orders and making drinks. She really deserves a raise.

Drinks: Cane sugar drink - 5/5 - the standard classic that all must try or start off with Kumquat cane - 5/5 - a FAVORITE that Vietnamese people in Vietnam, loves us the enhanced version Hanoi egg coffee (cafe kem trung) - 5/5 - a very tasty iced coffee Pandan coffee (cafe la dua) - 3/5 - the pandan flavor wasn't what I expected in fact there was a little bit bitter, not in a good way Pandan milk tea - 3.5/5 - this was all right, but I wouldn't get it again Mango sago - 3.5/5 - this was less impressive than I was hoping for Avo-coco - 3/5 - literally avocado puree in coconut milk, really NOT impressed Purple rice avocado - 4.5/5 - this was a lot more impressive and delicious than I thought it would be; I would definitely get this dessert drink drink again Ambience: Small shop with a few tables and chairs. Decor mostly is advertisement of their drink drinks. Service: Fast and reliable.
Ive never tried sugarcane juice before and my interest was piqued when I happened to stop by. I decided to try the passionfruit sugarcane drink which was good. Ive always worried that sugarcane would be way too sweet. But after tasting it I am happy to report it is not super sweet. The passionfruit actually add a good sour contrast to the drink. I'll be back to try the kumquat one next time! The people at the cashier were helpful. Also the inside was nicely decorated with minimalist themes and some space to sit and catch up with friends.

Cane Corner might have officially changed my mind about banana matcha! I haven't been able to find a good banana matcha that doesn't taste like straight-up banana laffy taffy. Thankfully, this was nothing like that! We ordered two drinks: Banana Matcha 5/5 Banana cream top was creamy and sweet. The matcha balanced out the sweetness really well. Enjoyed this drink very much! Mango Sticky Rice Drink 3/5 This one tasted just like its namesake (sweet tropical flavor) I enjoyed it, but I think I would rather eat mango sticky rice than drink it haha. Not bad at all, but it was a bit chunky going up the straw so I probably would not get it again. Really cute spot with some fun and creative drinks! The interior is also really aesthetic, so perfect for photos and catching up with friends. read more

This is my second time going to Cane Corner since last time I got the Banana Cream Matcha which was really good. So this time I got the Double Matcha Latte and the Mangonada Smoothie. Double Matcha Latte w/ Oat Milk + 50% Sweet - 8.7/10 They definitely use a higher quality of matcha which makes the latte itself not too bitter. Also, the oat milk definitely gives a creaminess to the drink. Even though I usually get 50% sweetness since I want to taste more of the matcha itself, it has the right amount of sweetness. The price is pretty on par with other matcha spots since it's $7.50 but it would've been a 10 if they filled the cup a little bit more. Mangonada Smoothie + Extra Sweet - 7.7/10 I didn't get this for myself but you can tell that they use actual mangos. It's definitely a refreshing drink to get and it didn't taste too sweet for me. Overall, I ordered my drinks through the kiosk so there wasn't much interaction w/ the staff but the guy who gave me my drinks was nice. The place is quite spacious and has a bunch of seats. It's also pretty clean and well organized. So I would definitely try this place again if I happen to be nearby. read more
My husband and I love this place! The place is clean and the staff very nice and friendly. You have the option to order at the counter or the kiosk. You can't go wrong with most drinks here - my husband is obsessed with the Avo-Coco and I really love the sugar cane options! The pandan waffle is also a must get. I live next to the Elk Grove location but because I was in the area I decided to stop by! Not only was the location super cute it was easy to locate and park. We ordered a double matcha, a coconut cloud matcha, pandan tofu sago and a tamarindo drink. Can we also talk about the prices I was so happy and so satisfied with the quality of the match and how beautifully mixed it was! They were all so insanely great! I'm already planning on coming back in a few days! read more
Finally got to try cane corner and it really satisfied my matcha cravings! My friends and I all got different drinks so we can try as many as possible. My double matcha was a little too sweet but it didn't overpower the matcha taste and cream which I appreciate. The strawberry matcha was delicious as well since it didn't taste too artificial. Im not a big fan of coffee but their coffee is really strong and has great flavor. Drinks came out very quick as well. Seating is a little bit limited but definitely still options for you to sit down with friends. A lot of parking and great service, would recommend! read more

Yum, we took a pit stop here and were pleasantly surprised! The place itself was nice and cozy, plenty of seating, you can order at the counter or on the kiosk. The service was good considering how busy it was. The sugar cane with kumquat was nice and refreshing and perfectly sweet. The pandan waffle was also soooo good. The outside was crispy and the inside had a mochi chewy like center. The avocado purple sticky rice drink was also so bomb, we had to double back after lunch to get it on the way home. The crunchy bits on top, the smooth avocado, and the creamy coconut milk on top of the purple sticky rice was heavenly. I will definitely be coming back when I am in Sac again :) read more
I stopped by Cane Corner on a weekend afternoon with friends, and we got several drinks to go. I tried one of their matcha drinks with oat milk and boba. I wanted to try their Pandan Milk Tea, but there was no milk substitute. The matcha flavor was smooth and not overly bitter, and I liked the chewy texture of the boba. I was too full to order one of their Pandan waffles, but I've heard great things about them and saw many customers come in and out of Cane Corner with one. My friends who tried their various sugarcane juices, including the original and kumquat, stated that the drinks were classic and good. read more
Decided to give Cane Corner a try after my friends from the Bay Area heard good things about it and were in town. I never had Sugarcane Juice and I was a little hesitant to try it but I was also given good recommendations as well. I ended up just getting the plain sugar cane juice because I wanted to try it first before trying the other variations of the drink and the drink did NOT disappoint. It tasted very refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness that isn't overwhelming or too bland at all. I would like to eventually revisit this place to try more on their menu. Their Watermelon Sugarcane Juice as well as their Coconut Sugarcane Juice look really promising, I definitely can't wait to be back. read more

Before meeting up with my parents, I wanted to buy some drinks and a quick snack. I ordered 3 sugarcane juice with kumquat (less ice), brown sugar milk tea with boba (half sugar, less ice) and 3 pandan waffles. Since the waffles were cooked to order, it did take a while for everything to be ready but it was well worth it. The waffles were crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The sugarcane juice was quite refreshing due to the hint of kumquat juice. As for the brown sugar milk tea, it had the right amount of sweetness and the boba was slightly sweet with the perfect amount of chewiness. Ordering was easy. You can order through the cashier or through a kiosk. The store, along with the restroom was clean. We were here on a Friday during lunch time and there were plenty of parking available. read more

Want authentic Vietnamese desserts??? Come here if in the area!! I love Cane Corner! So yummy!!!! I love going to the one in Elk Grove, and so happy there's a second location. The South Sac location has their own special dessert that is EXCLUSIVE to this location, their avocado purple sticky rice coconut milk dessert. Decor is definitely much cuter here. Their furniture is so cute and makes it much cozier lounging. I went in a Friday mid-day and it was pretty quiet with a consistent flow of customers. Snagged a seat with my friend and we sat for a while enjoying our desserts and catching up on life. Pandan waffles are the best here. Ever since the other Pandan waffle spots in sac either closed or stopped making them, I haven't had a good panda waffle until Cane Corner ripened in Elk Grove. I am very happy that both locations seem to be consistent with all of their menus and the preparation of their menu items. It tastes exactly the same!!! Please don't ever change! Pandan waffles- thick, crispy in the outside, chewy in the inside, not oily, and perfect Pandan taste. 110% rating. Decor- 110% love all the furniture, love all the cute live cactuses at each table, clean bathroom!!! With cute decors inside also. Customer service- nice employees and attentive. Parking- park further back for more spacious parking spots. There are lots of parking, so don't worry. It is in a very busy plaza with Duc Huong Sandwiches and Asian Pearl Dim Sum in the front of the plaza off Stockton Blvds entrance. I will be a forever customer here as well when in the area. Similar to the location in elk Grove on Laguna, this one serves up good sugarcane. I would go to the elk Grove location when I'm in that area. Now that this one is open, I will come here. The inside is still new and there's plenty of seating. A LOT of costumers come in to get sugarcane to go along with their banh mi from duc Huong down the sidewalk, me included. I did order a pandan waffle to go the first week they were open and there was no sweetness to it and barely any pandan flavor. It tasted just likes plain bread. So I would double check before heading out when ordering this. You can self order at the screen kiosk or go to the counter where a worker can take your order. Service is nice and they work quickly. My only cons are the hours. The elk grove location closes at 9 pm, and this one closes at 7 pm. I don't blame them, but I wish we had a sugarcane spot closer to downtown that opens later. read more
Cane corner never disappoints me. This review is for their new mango sticky rice desserts drink. It is so delicious! It's not too heavy, and there is a perfect ratio of all the ingredients combined. Their service is super fast and friendly. I do think that the ice should be replaced with shaved ice rather than cubed ice, and it would make the drink even better! Cane Corner just became my new go-to treat spot in Sacramento. I ordered the iced Tiramisu Coffee with coffee boba, and wow--instant favorite. The coffee boba is a genius touch--chewy, flavorful jelly that actually tastes like coffee, so every sip stays interesting from start to finish. Service was fast and super friendly. The team walked me through the menu, helped adjust the sweetness and ice, and had my drink out in just a few minutes after using the restroom. The shop itself is spotless with a cozy, modern vibe--plenty of seating, good lighting, and a chill playlist that makes it easy to relax or catch up with friends/family. Pricing feels fair for the quality and customization. I appreciate the little details: a secure lid, consistent texture (no watery last sips!), and the espresso flavor staying strong even with ice. Parking was easy if you avoided going during peak times, and the location is convenient enough for a quick pick-me-up on non-busy days. The second location of Cane Corner. There are now three drink places within the same plaza, which all opened this year. Their sugarcane juices are refreshing. I went with the pandan milk tea (50% sweet) this time, which came with jellies. I enjoyed it and finished it quickly. I went back a few days later and ordered the mango bango. I tried to ask the cashier what was inside, but he had to ask another employee. The drink is coconut based with pieces of mango and different jellies. It was good, but I wish it had more liquid and less ice. I had to use a spoon to get all the jelly and the ice was in the way. There was also no price listed anywhere for the dessert drink. *Soft opening is until 8/29- enjoy 30% off all drinks! read more
Four stars mainly because my "sea salt coffee" drink was delicious! It was strong, creamy, and sweet, just had too much ice. They had a lot of drinks to choose from that all sounded worth trying. I ordered at the counter since I was paying with cash, but there is one ordering kiosk for use. It's a small space but perfectly convenient if you're getting a banh mi next door and need that sugar cane juice, coffee, or milk tea to go with it. The guy at the register wasn't too helpful or personable, but my drink came up pretty quickly, so no real complaints. I do wish they offered larger sized cups (I feel that way about most boba spots too). I definitely will go back to try more things off the menu. read more
I got the pennywort sugar cane juice and it was pretty good. I see them juicing fresh sugar cane in the back, but I asked if they use artificial or real fruit for the flavors, they said they only use real fruits so that's bonus points from me! I'd come back and try the durian one next. Their coffees all look so good too! The ambience is nice, there's a couple tables and seating. And there's a bathroom in the back! read more

Cane Corner really grew on me when I'm looking for a sweet, refreshing treat that's not as sweet/artificial as boba can be. Located in the same plaza as King Palace and Duc Huong Sandwiches, if you're local you know how busy this parking lot can be along with the spaces being very tight. I came on a Thursday early evening (around 5pm) and there was no traffic/line and lots of spaces to park. For drinks I usually order the Sugarcane Juice with Coconut milk (not pictured), it's a nice creamy, refreshing drink that's sweet but you can rest assured it's all natural sweetness from the fresh squeezed sugarcane juice. I highly recommend, the only negative is it's only a 24 oz cup for about an $8 drink, it's so good you wish you could have more. Today I ordered the Mango Sago (pictured, $8) and it's one of my favorites. It's a mix of different jellos from soft grass jelly to a chewy green one, and a giant piece of mango pudding. There's a clump of sago, the tiny, clear tapioca balls. And at the bottom is a mix of soft, almost pureed mango with chunkier mango bits. Usually, there's crushed ice to keep it cool but today where some ice cubes. Served in a bowl of coconut milk creamer, I relate to this dessert as like a Mango/Jello Cereal. It's definitely got more liquid than solids so if you're looking for something less liquidy maybe try the Mango Bango (not pictured). Overall, 5/5 have ordered before and will order again. The service was quick and friendly, they explained the menu items well because the menu itself doesn't contains restrictions nor too many pictures. As a brand new location, the furniture is very nice and aesthetic all throughout the store. The music was on the louder side but I think it varies on the day. As a small location, there are only 3 tables (2 chairs each) and one large couch area, but I think they utilize what little space they have well. The chairs are made of this wicker material, sturdy and wide so comfortable, 4.5/5. There is only one gender-neutral bathroom (pictured) that is decorated very nicely and clean. Paper towels only (no air dryer, but I prefer none). There is only one bathroom as it's a small location, but I give it a 5/5. Overall, 5/5 for this local, Asian-owned business! If you like sugarcane or coconut or mango you'll definitely find something you like. This place offers something unique from boba or coffee so give it a try if you're looking for a new dessert place! read more

Restaurant 5/5 beautifully decorated with lots of item images, plants, nice seating and clean Great customer service every time I go The ambiance is great there. This place here is one of the best places to get your sweets from their pandan waffles , sagos to varieties of drinks. Just be careful because you might become a regular there. The young gentleman's that work there will pick up your face real quick Don't say I didn't warn you. Nevertheless if you're searching to quench your thirst or craving a treat. First time visiting the newer location! It has the same great menu as the original one. But the drinks took way too long! Also the interior is always so dark and dreary in this particular spot even for past businesses. Needs more livening up! Banana matcha is popping up everywhere now, and this one was actually a solid contender! It had a smooth creamy banana topping and nice quality matcha underneath. Wasn't really a fan of the salted hazelnut coffee though. It was so bitter and almost felt a bit basic with the canister whipped cream on top. Would come back for the matcha or the sugarcane but only if I'm in the area, I prefer the original location for sure! read more

Egg coffee is my go-to. The best egg coffee--perfectly balanced between creamy richness that enhances the coffee without overpowering it. I also love how consistent the quality is every time, whether I order from the Elk Grove or South Sacramento location. I came in on Easter Sunday, and even though it was a full house, the service was smooth and efficient. The turnaround time was about 10 minutes, which was impressive. the purple rice avocado is absolutely bomb--so so good. 10/10 overall. read more
I missed the soft opening for cane corner and couldn't use my coupon, but that didn't deter me from coming. I occasionally visit the elk Grove location, so I was super ecstatic when I saw that there was a cane corner coming to South Sac right next to my favorite sandwich store. So far, I think this location is doing better than the gong cha that it replaced. The only grip is the parking is so chaotic during the weekends because this is a popping parking lot. You can order at the counter or on the kiosk and inside is very cute and chic. This place does have an avocado rice drink that is different from their other location. Cane corner recently opened up a new location right next to the best banh mi spot in Sacramento! Best believe I'm going to visit for a sugarcane drink every time I'm in the area! It was very clean and organized inside. They have accessible seating as well. There was one kiosk that was being taken up by a customer for a long time, so we lined up for the actual cashier instead. The person helping us was on the older side and took a while to punch in the drinks correctly, but we are patient and did not mind at all. I love how their menu utilizes big fonts so that it's easy to read and some of their drinks have nice visuals displayed on the wall! My go-to drink is either a pennywort sugarcane or kumquat sugarcane. Since I love both equally, I got one of each! It was so refreshing and good. I had to control myself to not chug it all. We asked for light ice and it was the perfect amount, but they also give slightly less drink because of that, which is understandable. We didn't want too much ice because it dilutes the drink and flavor. Next time I want to try their matcha, coffee, and waffles because it all looks amazing and smells delicious! read more
