Man, oh man, I wish we lived closer! This was our first time at this location. The set up is super cute and rather spacious inside. There is an adorable phone booth you can take pictures with, a hanging chair, tables, couches...tons of seating in general. There is a kiosk to place your order and they are also there to answer any questions you may have. We ordered quite a few drinks which were ready rather quickly. We decided to sit and stay a while to enjoy them before heading out. My egg coffee was just the right amount of strong and sweet and creamy. Pure perfection! My daughter enjoyed her tiramisu Matcha and my other daughter loved the cookies and cream smoothie. We will definitely be back to try a few more drinks on the menu. 10/10 read more

Next to the cashier/order counter, there is a deli ordering kiosk available. We ordered a Phin coconut taro, cookies and cream smoothie, passion guava oolong fruit tea, and an apple lychee green tea. Beverages were great! We all enjoyed our beverages! We look forward to coming back and hope they made the changes noted below. Deducting stars: I did not love that my name and my phone # is fully printed on each cup's order label. This should be changed to a name only or last 4 digits kind of thing. With identity theft and spam calls on the rise, there is a need for keeping phone numbers private to avoid unwanted or solicited calls from dumping these cups. Since I ordered from the kiosk, bypassing entering my # to allow them to text me when my order was ready was not possible. Maybe we'll order through the cashier next time to avoid this privacy issue. The straws provided are not long/tall enough for the fruit tea cups. It does not allow you to sip without holding the straw from falling into the taller cups. read more

Still, the mellow music and quiet atmosphere make it a great spot to focus or unwind. Ordering is super easy. You can place your order with a staff member at the counter or use the self-serve kiosk. Once your drink is ready, they call your name, and that's about the extent of the interaction. Aside from a friendly greeting when you walk in, there isn't much communication, which I personally don't mind. I always go for the C3: Phin Rich Milk. It's my go-to whenever I need a solid pick-me-up. It's a strong/classic Vietnamese coffee, but the creaminess balances out the bitterness perfectly. It's fragrant and has some spices (might be the type of tea they use). I was definitely interesting and I liked that the flavor profile was pretty dynamic. As an original customer from the original location, I think that this location has been open long enough to maybe do better with efficiency. They are pretty slow on service. We walked up to order and the employee told us that he would be with us. There were only two employees in the front and both were making drinks. Waited for about three minutes and realized there was an ordering screen so we ordered there instead. Three customers after us and they all had to order on the screen. It took us maybe 15 minutes at least to get our drinks. Then a third employee came out from the back. The shop is over double the size of the original location. It wasn't that busy. The decorations are nice. Flowers, telephone booth, like a boba shop. The food- all Costco pastries. It clearly says it on their unopened boxes with the Costco Kirkland labels on there still. Would I come back? Sure. I just need more time to waste and not in a rush. I am sure they will hopefully be more efficient and quicker in speed sooner than later. read more

I've gone to the Sheldon location and liked that they offer boba in the early morning as most boba places do not open until noon. I got to try the Gerber location today for the first time. Came in at 9:30am on a Sunday and not very busy. More people came in right after I placed my order though. There wasn't anyone at the cashier but they do have a bell you can ring for assistance but I saw they had a touch screen next to the cashier that you can use to order so I used that. It allows you to choose a sweetness level although it's not in a percentage format like other boba places so I chose "less sugar". They charge over a $1 for tapioca pearls and have two sizes, regular/medium and a large size. I got a medium jasmine milk tea with boba and it came to $6.69 which I find a little pricey but inflation is hitting everyone! The screen asks to enter your name and phone number and it says on the screen they'll say your name once your order is ready but that didn't happen. They just said the drink that was ordered. Would be nice if they say your name or text you. I enjoyed my jasmine milk tea as I like getting the actual taste of the tea. Lots of seating inside and very modern decor. It's bigger than the one on Sheldon. I'll probably be back for an early morning boba run! read more
