They do have two lines which usually works pretty well but when it is busy sometime it can get pretty bad with drivers trying to cut in line. We used the app and have not had any issues. This is just terrible service and your customers having to get out of their car and approach another customer to clarify if just terrible service. Food: Pretty Standard.
