I ordered a shredded beef super burrito with everything, Carne Asada fries and two grilled chicken tacos. Total came out to approximately $37. I wasn't really tripping until I got home and checked out the Carne Asada fries. My burrito was very delicious and the green salsa that they give you is so good and the grilled chicken tacos were good but the Carne Asada fries weren't pleasing. The meat on the fries was seasoned well so it tasted good, but it was just fries at the bottom and then just like a thin layer of meat and cheese on the top. The meat and cheese to fry ratio was off in my opinion. Other than that, everything was great. You can order ahead of time and pick it up, which they are really quick about. When I was trying to figure out what I wanted, I heard the woman talking to a customer who was ordering by phone. The lady told her she could pick up her order in 10 minutes and it was ready very quickly, which is something I love. I'll definitely be back to get that super burrito and to try other things. I literally had a friend text me earlier today saying he is still "dreaming" of those incredible tacos! Carlos was warm and communicative from go, always professional and responsive. He arrived early to the venue and quickly and efficiently set up his stations and tents and got to work making some of the best food I have ever had the pleasure of eating. We ordered 3 meat varieties and each was flavorful, savory, and perfectly seasoned. There was not a single guest who didn't comment on the tacos and more than a few asked for his card hoping to hire him for their next event. They are a Taco Truck parked in the corner of a truck shop, enticing customers from all backgrounds to stop and eat their aromatic tacos and burritos waffling out in the parking lot. My friend got a seafood boil. Our food came out in less than 10 minutes, which was surprisingly fast. I cut into my steak right away to check the temp, it was extremely rare. Cut into a different part of steak just to make sure, also rare. When I showed our server she agreed it was rare and took it back to the kitchen. She comes back after talking to the kitchen and tells me the cook said its not rare, its just the marinade that makes it look dark. I'm like, "huh?" Cause that made no sense to me. Still they cooked the same steak another 5-7 minutes before bringing it back. Now it was a perfect medium. It was obvious they just threw the same steak back on the grill, the 2 cuts i made were still visible. All was good till our server came back to check on us, she asked how the steak came out, when I said it was perfect, she continues to insist it was medium well when I sent it back based on what the kitchen told her, several times she made excuses and would not once admit or own up to the mistake despite me showing her the cut piece of steak on my plate. I get it, most of the food here is seafood that's boiled in a plastic bag, but if you're gonna sell a 45$ steak on the menu, at least train your staff properly.
