Came today to try the tea here. Ambiance: small, a few tables to the left to work/study and a bench seat to the right to sit and wait for drinks. They also have a few chairs past the register to sit and wait for your drink(s). Right by the entrance there's a water station and I heard the barista say there's syrup there as well if you decide your drink isn't sweet enough. A very cute cafe. Service: very attentive and nice. Super helpful barista when I had questions regarding their drinks. Food: I love matcha. The earthier the better. You won't usually catch me ordering a flavored matcha because I like more matcha than flavored/sugar. I want to taste my matcha. That's how you know if it's "good" or if you actually like matcha but that's my own personal preference. I ordered the French earl grey matcha with oat milk and 0 sugar. It has a sea salt cream at the top. I also ordered an iced oat matcha latte with 25% sugar syrup. I say sugar syrup because they offer sugar syrup and vanilla syrup for their matcha and condensed milk for their coffees. Lastly, I ordered the royal black milk tea with brewchi (like boba/grass jelly textured topping) with 25% sugar. The matcha latte was very very weak. The earl grey was good to me because I can taste the floral earl grey tea but could not taste the matcha. I liked the royal black milk tea, it was weak and not sweet. I could do without the topping. Matcha: Color: it was a good color. Not forest green but a nice green. Umami: none. Natural sweetness: 1/5 Balanced bitterness: 2/5 Aftertaste: not bad after taste. Hint of matcha Overall it's your everyday matcha. It was a good balance between matcha and oat milk. No flavor overpowering each other. And That's why I say it's a good everyday matcha. But definitely come to try one of their flavored matcha because they have an abundance of flavors.
Another addition to the growing coffee scene in Elk Grove, and I'm impressed with their matcha! I've seen them popping up but never got a chance to try them until they opened their storefront. They have quite a selection of different matcha variations, along with other specialty Vietnamese coffee drinks. I tried their Mango Sticky Rice Matcha, and everything was well-balanced. I'm not sure if they use real mango purée or if it's artificial, but it still paired well with the cream and matcha. As for the matcha, it's earthy and strong. I also like how they use real sticky rice as a garnish. think it would've been good if the sticky rice itself were sweet, but the barista explained that it's meant to be mixed into the cream of the drink. I got an Ube Swirl Milk Tea for my kid but he thought it was just okay. I'm looking forward to treating myself again and trying more drinks from their menu!
So delicious and perfect sweetness level at 50% typically I will still order a 50 and it's super sweet still. I got the Bangkok Thai Brewchi and it was delicious! Ordered fresh I've taro swirl for my daughter and a salted something for the husband lol. Line looked insane but they had total control and it went super fast along with the wait time! Place is super small enough for maybe 14 to sit and enjoy their drink at a table. Not sure what the jellies were in my Thai tea but it was so delicious!!

Nothing made me more happy than Brewtik opening an actual location! I was looking forward to my sweet treat ever weekend and now I can have it everyday! The matcha is great quality and I have been to many places in the area! The place is so cute and beautiful and I can't wait to spend more time coming to this location and watching it continue to grow!
My new go-to place for matcha drinks! Brewtik is still in their soft opening but I've been there three times already. Don't sleep on the soy tofu matcha - it's prob my fave one out of all the ones I tried. It tastes like the Asian tofu dessert and it's so good! I've also enjoyed the ube banana pudding matcha, the strawberry matcha supreme, and the French Earl Grey matcha. Can't go wrong with any of the drinks. I'm also very impressed with the professionalism of the manager and her staff. A gal ordered a coffee drink and it was made perfectly fine, but she had the gall to ask for a new matcha drink since she didn't like the taste of the coffee. Maybe this is a hot take, but if you ordered a drink and didn't like it, that's on you sis! The Brewtik team did their best to make her happy but they were definitely nicer than I would be if I were in their shoes. Kudos to you, Brewtik.
My daughter was very eager to try this matcha place because she kept seeing instagram posts about their drinks. Upon walking in, I was hit with the most intense scent of sandal wood, coming from the biggest candle I have ever seen that was sitting on the register counter. The music was very loud and the sound system was very crunchy. The customer service was good and I was thankful they were helpful, but the overbearing scent and the blaring music made it impossible for us to stay inside, which was not very fun because it was raining outside. We ordered the cookie butter matcha which was advertised to have a Biscoff cookie on top. Upon receiving the order, there was a glob of "cookie butter" on top of the matcha, and no biscoff cookie. It did not look as advertised. We tried the matcha together and enjoyed the matcha/milk mix but the cookie butter was bland and grainy. I'm not sure what ingredients are used to make the cookie butter, but it only tasted like butter and separated inside the drink leaving powder consistency throughout the cup. I had to put the cup down. We're not sure if we want to return due to not knowing if we will receive what's really advertised on the menu.
Brewtik might be the best matcha in the area! Each drink is hand-whisked so you'll have to patiently wait for your drink. I arrived at 8am when they opened at their pop up location by Bodybar Pilates and my brother and I waited about 10-15 minutes for our drinks to be made. They use high quality matcha and each drink is made with care. The drinks are presented beautifully and more importantly, delicious and creamy! My double matcha was fantastic and my brother was absolutely obsessed with his pistachio matcha. He finished it in 5 minutes!
We got the cookie butter pudding matcha and the jasmine matcha. I was surprised to see that their automatic settings for the drink came with oat milk and 50% sugar. I changed mine to whole milk due to preference and I recommend keeping the sugar level at 50%. The drinks were pretty sweet for being 50% sugar. The cookie butter pudding matcha didn't really taste like cookie butter. The texture was more on the thicker chunkier side. The matcha itself was pretty good though. The jasmine matcha was also quality. There was a prominent jasmine flavor and the matcha cream was strong. The service was quick as our drinks came out fast and ordering was easy. The restaurant is kinda small but there is seating.
New boba shop that opened up in Elk Grove! Sounds like they've been doing a few pop ups over the past year so I'm happy for them that they were able to open a storefront! The shop has a handful of tables and it's pretty bright and open. Service is kind and pretty fast. Menu is mostly matcha but they do have a few milk teas and coffee drinks. The oolong milk tea was fantastic - strong roasted oolong flavor and 25% sweetness was perfect for me. The honey boba was chewy and not too soft and the oolong brewchi (a chewy jelly topping, like the mochi jelly at Yifang) had a great texture. The matcha flavor had a good strength, wasn't astringent, and felt balanced. The tofu pudding had a good soybean flavor. I got that 25% too but would probably get it at 50% since I felt like I'd prefer the tofu to be a little sweeter. Overall strong start and I hope they continue on! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu out.
Came back today for their Pilates pop up! Lan was very prompt with responding, and addressed quality control issues and was very attentive. The day I went was really hot so she explained that it affected matcha quality. I tried the double matcha and matcha latte this time around and I could definitely tell that the quality was better. They started storing their matcha in ice to keep the taste, color, and quality up to standard. It didn't taste super astringent and the matcha itself had a nice balance of flavors. If you like a more creamy matcha, I would highly recommend their double matcha. Come earlier in the day! When I came in the morning the drinks were great. Lan talked about how they source their matcha directly from Japan and she was very knowledgeable with her products. I can tell she is really passionate about what she does. She went into detail about the cultivars they use and just hearing her talk about her drinks and how she's open to feedback made me excited for what's to come for Brewtik. The matcha itself is pretty strong and earthy, which I really enjoy. My only thing is that the matcha flavor can sometimes get a little overpowered by the other flavors, depending on what you order. Been wanting to go to this place since I saw a tik tok video about it. My family and I used to go the Vietnamese restaurant (before it changed ownership and name) all the time. The drinks were so good & delicious. The ambiance was so nice. The service was very helpful on what to try. I got the banana pudding matcha while my sister in law got the mango sticky matcha.

We've been following Brewtik since their pop-up days, and their brick-and-mortar spot is just as good. The space is small but bright, all white with green accents, and you order up front, then grab a table, chair, or bench to enjoy your drinks. The matcha is their own house blend and comes out a vibrant green. You pick your sweetness level, so it's easy to get it exactly how you like it. The banana pudding and mango sticky rice matchas are customer favorites for a reason. The mango sticky rice one even comes with a little rice cake skewer on top, and the banana pudding has a crunchy topping that makes it feel like dessert. On the coffee side, they use a Vietnamese coffee base that's smooth but strong. The egg foam coffee is a must: a creamy, sweet topping over that bold coffee, finished with a dusting of cocoa. The sea salt coffee is another crowd favorite. A huge bonus: they offer different milk options with no upcharge, which is rare and very appreciated. The staff is always great and hospitable, happy to answer questions or give recommendations. Brewtik has quickly become one of our go-to spots in Elk Grove. Great drinks, beautiful presentation, and a cozy place to sit and enjoy them. Highly recommend! read more

visited the brewtik popup around 11 yesterday. greeted by friendly staff and was able to pay with zelle or venmo. we ordered the mango sticky rice matcha and banana pudding matcha. both are recommended to be 50% sweetness with oat milk. they came out pretty quickly as there was maybe 2-4 people waiting in front of us. a complimentary treat of dango was provided and staff was very smiley and appreciative. both drinks were delicious and definitely up there for best matcha we have had in terms of quality and flavor. for 8.75, the price is a bit steep for elk grove and we did feel we drank the drinks pretty quickly but the dedication to flavor and quality is very apparent and i would definitely recommend and continue to support this small business! read more

All their fruity flavor drinks run sweet like their Mango Sticky Rice matcha and their Strawberry Matcha; however all their drinks are 50% sweetness w/ oat milk to balance it out; If you aren't into a super sweet matcha I would recommend the Double Matcha and if you're a banana pudding matcha lover you'll love their take on a banana matcha; their banana pudding itself is absolutely heavenly; on top of the delicious drinks it is a beautiful atmosphere to have a matcha date with some friends and loved one and even when it's busy they tend to not take too long with making the drinks; and all the workers are pretty nice, friendly, and helpful when you're a first-timer feeling indecisive on what they should get; 10/10 I come here pretty regularly read more
I was going to wait until their physical store opened to try the matcha, but I couldn't wait anymore. I arrived early on Sunday to their pop-up. There was a short line and a small crowd waiting for their drinks to be made. It took about 20 minutes for my drink and I think there were a few others who came after that got their order before me. I went with the mango sticky rice matcha. The sticky rice skewer on top was nice. Overall the drink was great, but I kind of wish the sticky rice was incorporated into the drink itself. I'll have to try more of their menu when the store opens. read more

Stopped by yesterday and service was great. I noticed it was busy but the line moved fast. It took quite a while to get my drink but the wait wasn't too bad. The interior was well decorated and looked very cute. Very Instagram worthy! The woman at the register was friendly and asked me what kind of milk, sugar, etc. I got the supreme strawberry matcha and it was good. Even the strawberry whip was delicious. Perfectly sour and smooth. Will return to try other drinks. Every drink is so pretty too. read more

We went to their pop up at Body bar Pilates. Took about 15-20 minutes for our drinks. Hubby got the banana coffee and I got the strawberry Matcha. Hubby thought the banana coffee was a bit too sweet, but the coffee was good. The strawberry Matcha was tasty-just wish there was a little more strawberry purée since you couldn't taste it as much once it was mixed. Prices are slightly higher than normal at 8.50 each. read more

Good prices, sizes and they don't charge for oat milk. My kids like their non-caffeinated drinks too like the strawberry boba milk. Service is always great and the shop is cute. read more

I've been wanting to trying Brewtik for a while so I finally stopped by when they had their pop-up yesterday at Sephora. The wait time was quite long but it gave me some time to think about which drink I should get. Also, shoutout to the lady who took my order since my Zelle wasn't working due to internet issues and she let me pay in cash. They made my drinks really fast which only took like 3-5 mins so I appreciate their fast service. I only got two drinks which was the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha and the Ube Banana Pudding Matcha. Mango Sticky Rice Matcha (50% Sweet + Oat Milk) - 8.9/10 The sticky rice wasn't too hard to chew and tasted really fresh. Also, the mangos weren't too sweet and gave a fruity flavor without overpowering the matcha. Also, the matcha didn't have much astringency and was overall very smooth in terms of taste. This drink might be one of the best mango sticky rice matcha lattes that I've ever tried. Ube Banana Pudding Matcha (100% Sweet + Oat Milk) - 8.75/10 According to my friend, the matcha was very smooth and paired well with the oat milk. Also, the ube banana pudding itself wasn't too sweet and didn't overpower the matcha. Both of the drinks costed $8.75 which is quite on the pricier side for matcha lattes but regardless the quality was TOP NOTCH. Overall, I'm definitely coming back to their pop-ups and will try other drinks that they offer!! read more

Made the drive to Old Elk Grove to try Brewtik, which was at the HomeGrown Inc Farmer's Market (on 9120 Elk Grove Blvd) on Sunday, Jan. 25, 2026. Payment Method: Venmo or Zelle I ordered the Jasmin Coco Matcha. This is Jasmine tea with coconut jelly, topped with matcha foam. Quite good/balanced, not overly sweet. I also ordered the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha for my mom. I tasted it and personally preferred my drink to this one, but it has a beautiful presentation. Friendly service. There was a bit of a wait. There was also a long line that developed closer to 9:30. They'll eventually have a storefront, but it'll be a bit as it's currently under construction! read more
Delicious and refreshing matcha! They use real everything for their flavored/special matchas. My favorite was their flan-tastic matcha; used a real piece of flan which paired so well with the drink. Their mangos and strawberries were also muddled fruits, so it wasn't just jam. The banana pudding matcha also amazing, with real banana pudding. They put good quality toppings into it. Just tried out Brewtik at a popup in Elk Grove today! We showed up right at 9:00 but unfortunately they weren't ready to go yet. Got our drinks by 9:17. Seems like they may still be figuring out a good system to make orders go smoothly and efficiently! Loved the salted cream coffee. It was a hit with my husband too and he's picky with his coffee! I liked the cream a lot and the coffee wasn't too strong for me! The mango sticky rice matcha was also really tasty, and great quality matcha too. I liked the little sticky rice balls on top, which made for a cute presentation too. I appreciated that they didn't use too much ice! But the cup size is still a bit small for my preference, we both finished our drinks so quickly. If they can offer a larger option in the future that would be great! The matcha was good but a little more pricier than usual. I noticed I finished my drink much faster as compared to other places but drank at the same speed I usually so so it felt like my drink was mostly ice hence one reason for my lower rating. Brewtik is worth giving it a try though as the 50% sweetness + oat milk recommendation may be more your style (unfortunately I am allergic to oat milk so I had to get whole milk and would have gotten 75% sweetness instead). The inside is cute but small/not a place to study but rather grab your drink and go. The workers are friendly as well and drinks come out fast. I have been twice so far and although it isn't a go to place for me personally, I would visit again in a social setting with friends if ever. read more

I came across Brewtik at their pop up at 9120 Elk Grove Boulevard on a Sunday. They offer high quality matcha and vietnamese coffee. Their matcha is unlike other matcha drinks that I have tried, neither grassy nor bitter, their matcha is balanced with the perfect sweetness, and from this you could tell the difference in quality compared to other places. Most recently, I tried their mango sticky rice matcha, and I was pleasantly surprised since I usually don't go for fruity matchas. The mango purée is perfectly present and balances out with the matcha and the seasalt foam on top. The coffee gives the perfect kick of caffeine to start the day and the seasalt cream enhances the experience! The owners are super nice and helpful, and they provide upmost experience, creating an atmosphere I want to revisit every Sunday! :) read more

Absolutely loved this place! I had the French Earl Grey matcha (right), and the flavor was perfectly balanced and delicious. My bf doesn't typically get strong coffee but he loved their sea salt coffee. The service was wonderful, and the seating area had such a calming ambiance. It was so good that I came back the very next day to grab a sesame coffee and their mango sticky rice matcha, which were great additions to the experience. They also recommend 50% sugar for most drinks which was great for those watching their sugar intake! Definitely a 10/10. Can't wait to come back! read more
Matcha Please!!! Brewtik is a new coffee and tea business, currently doing catering and pop-ups...however, they will be opening a shop soon in EG....so exciting. I'll definitely be the first in line. I have tried a few items from Brewtik and I'm a fan. Their mango sticky rice matcha was utterly delicious. I've never image having sticky rice in my matcha, but it was weirdly good. However, what stood out was the matcha. I haven't really found a good matcha place I would call my regular matcha go to; however, I think Brewtik will be my go to once their shop opens. Their matcha retains the authentic strong flavor with a bit of nuttiness and slight hint bitterness that compliment the sweetness of mango. I'm still able to taste the matcha without the mango overpowering it, which I love. The sweetness of the mango was enough sweetness I need, which was great because everything was natural and basic flavor. Definitely give it a try and be on a look out for Brewtik's opening!!! read more

trust me when i say this.... this is by far THE BEST MATCHA PLACE IN ELK GROVE. i know there's plenty of good matcha/coffee spots in eg but nothing beats brewtik the quality and the way they perfected each drink is so unique and overly good. im obsessed. i came here with my sister last monday (10/19) they had so many good options but we ended up getting mango sticky matcha, strawberry matcha, and banana pudding matcha. all had its own unique flavor, but my FAVORITE is banana pudding matcha! i love how creamy and strong their matcha quality is. i cant wait to go back and try all the other amazing flavors! if you're reading this what are you doing just go already!! ambiance is soo cute and super detailed perf way to catch up with friends/ have a little study session, service is welcoming/super friendly! read more

I'm usually hesitant with matcha in Elk Grove since most of the newly open places (except for Ca Phe Haru) have just been moderate to underwhelming, but Brewtik was a very pleasant surprise. Went midday during their popup and got myself the banana pudding matcha. Wait wasn't too long and they got the drink out pretty quick for being a popup canopy. The drink itself was really good. Banana pudding was obviously the highlight. Perfect sweetness and a really nice fluffiness to it. The matcha was also pretty good and had a nice color. The taste reflects the quality in their prep as the flavor wasn't weak/unexpected nor was it completely washed out by the dairy/any other form of sweetening. My only "issue" is I wish there was more drink to it, but I understand that the banana pudding takes up space in the cup. Overall, this place will definitely become a go-to for me once they officially open up. read more

Their banana pudding matcha was really good! The sweetness was balanced perfectly and complemented the drink well. It tasted even better once everything was mixed together. The flan drink was also good. I'd say the raspberry was a little too tart for my taste and kind of threw me off, but I loved the caramel syrup with it. The caramel syrup added the perfect touch. The balance between the matcha and flan was decent. Apple Pay users, they're only accepting Venmo and Zelle atm. Overall, I was sad to see my drink disappear in just a couple of minutes. Their matcha is good. It was slightly powdery, but not in a bad way at all. I'm looking forward to becoming a regular customer here! read more

Absolutely love Brewtik! Everyone is so nice and helpful. All the drinks I've tried have been amazing! Wanted to shout out this drink in particular because it was so lovely, loved the jasmine tea, it was very fragrant and flavorful. The presentation is also aesthetic.
