Average Mcdonalds. Location: Just off Bradshaw in the Lowe's Parking lot. This place can be pretty dingy but the McDonalds itself from the outside looks relatively clean. The real issue I have with this place is that sometime I feel like I am going to curb my wheels coming out from parking lot Service: Service was fast and quick. They do have two lines which usually works pretty well but when it is busy sometime it can get pretty bad with drivers trying to cut in line. We used the app and have not had any issues. Food: Food was standard. Nothing to complain about and they got our order correct. As others have noted this place can be hit or miss depending on the people around. Came by to redeem my birthday reward which gives you a list of options that are eligible. I chose the 6 piece McNuggets and ordered on the app to redeem my coupon. The app lets you choose if you want to go thru the drive thru or walk in to pick up your order. I chose the drive thru and it was a long line but didn't take too long to get thru. You then give your 4 digit/numerical code when you pull up to the order and they confirmed my name and order. Do you need a quick pickup of Big Breakfast with Muffin and Pancakes after a long night shift? Say no more fam, you will pay for the whole thing but when you arrive home, the pancakes are missing. Or maybe your kid wants a Happy Meal after school? They got you covered, once you arrive home, you're missing the apple slices or fries or both. If you're lucky you'll miss some chicken nuggets too. Sadly enough for me, this location is the most convenient so I kept dropping by every now and then. I have been getting orders messed up for curbside pickup and I decided, hey, I will rate them with how many times they got my order right on the last five orders. It's sad that there's no way in the app to report missing orders to hold someone accountable. To give credit where it's due though, dine-in experience is pretty average and the staff are friendly if you see them. I visit them 4-5 times a week and I would have to say the people here are not efficient at all. I always find myself having to wait 10-15 minutes before someone even comes to the counter. I'm just about fed up with this location. Please learn to wear some f***ing gloves!!! Every time I come here, they never have gloves on. I'm not trying to be those people who always rant about "oh I worked at a fast food place before" but I have and I know it's really important to always wash your hands and wear gloves when dealing with food. I'm not blind but I can definitely tell that's blood on my cone. And what's also upsetting is that I have seen numerous employees' fingers touch the cone then the paper part! I think people over react about this location. Although 80 percent of the time there is homeless outside the building, the food service isn't the worst. There are many middle schoolers there after they get out to school and it is very loud and packed. Nearly all of the people are minors when they get out of school. I ordered a couple of Holiday pies a few days ago and when I got home I realized they gave me the wrong order, so I called the number one the receipt to tell them about my concern (I believe the number on the receipt was to general customer service and not the local restaurant I went to) so they said I would be reached out to in 48 hours. Today, I've never been reached so I tried to call the actual restaurant, which is what I tried to do that day by the way, and I kept getting screened, it said I was inputting the wrong key when it came to trying to leave a voicemail or it simply went straight to voicemail. This has got to be the most toxic work place McDonald's I have ever encountered. I had an order that was picked up 30 minutes after the fact of being ordered. Because of no salt possibly, with a cheese burger with no salt and an item with extra pickles. You'd expect this to be a fast order but there was a giant to go order in front of me. To be fair items made fresh takes time. Meaning no salt grill etc etc. No big deal after seeing the two large bags for the delivery order. But the problem was a cashier, openly blaming a person who just clocked on about messing up an order he did not take. I know cause I was standing there for 30 minutes, not doing anything but wondering where my order was because it's usually instantly from the parking lot to counter ready. Getting back to the point, the person was possibly being blamed for my order. Reference the 30 minute wait. But it gets better, the employees are so loud and annoyed about extra pickles they mentioned it, loud enough for me to hear from the other side of the room with a wall as a sound barrier, then the toxic employee who blamed the guy clocking in was openly saying special order special order, this is a special order. Guess whose order came up. Mind you this was an app order. All I said was that i was picking up an order. The toxic dude never asked my order number. I'm guessing he assumed I was the grub hub guy ignoring his yelling grub hub order! Now the guy who got blamed was a model employee after I asked if there was no salt, and with a line building up due to the toxic co worker laying blame. Told it was just fresh, which was true because the fries were oily, but you can see salt flakes. Which may because the fries were loaded onto the scoop used for fries with salt. No big deal. The no salt items were for my toddler. Who can't have much salt yet. Someone in the back made sure I had fresh fries, but no controllable action was taken for toxic behavior possibly due to someone being unable to be fired. Really toxic behavior, and something new when they harass good employees because they can't get fired. I hope that good employee survives, no one needs to deal with that at all. For twenty bucks a hour, someone should get reprimanded that much faster. read more

About the Chicken Nuggets (8/10) I got some chicken nuggets this visit, cooked to order (makes all the difference), with ranch and sweet & sour sauce. I ordered a Happy Meal from the Mobile App and picked it up at the drive-thru. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. Everything was quick and efficient, no complaints there. The presentation wasn't the best when I unboxed the Happy Meal (hamburger wasn't wrapped neatly), but the food was the tried and true Mcdonalds. I don't want this post to be a criticism since usually this location is usually good but I guess this morning was an off morning for them because they got orders mixed up-- so at the first window the lady said the price of a soda. I'm like ?? So I told her I didn't get that I got the big breakfast with hot cakes. At the second window they said there are two bags for me? First bag had the pancakes but not the muffin egg and sausage. So I'm like hm maybe they separated it. Second bag was the smaller one they usually put the condiments and hashbrown in. I looked inside and there were two McMuffins and I looked confused saying "I didn't get this". So I give it back and the girl says "I need the order bag too. That's the wrong order" They gave me the correct bag and I thought they were going to give me the smaller one w the condiments but when I look in the bigger bag, the condiments and the hash brown are all on the BOTTOM -- UNDER the pancakes.... Where to begin? This by far is the worst McDonald's you could go to they suck so bad. One day went for breakfast with little ones ordered a EGG McMuffin with no sausage and 2 hash browns once received food checked out the hash browns and they were so dry and brittle is was horrible so I kindly asked for fresh ones went to window 3 and waited 20 minutes.
