Old Soul Co. is a great coffee and breakfast spot with a relaxed, welcoming vibe. I had the chai latte, which was full of flavor and perfectly balanced--not syrupy at all. For food, I ordered the veggie sando on a house-made biscuit, and it was really nice--fresh, satisfying, and well made. The kids had the grilled cheese, which was absolutely mouth-watering and a big hit. Overall, a solid spot for quality drinks and comforting breakfast food. During busy times hard to find a table. We have also tried another location in Fairoaks which was equally good

Was working close by And wanted to grab some breakfast. The place was nice and staff was fine. Ordered biscuits and gravy. The food was pretty good but I would have expected maybe a second biscuit or a little more food for paying over $15. One biscuit and egg and a piece of bacon seems more like a snack

Carnitas breakfast sandwich

First time in my life that I've had a breakfast sandwich served on a biscuit. Feel like I've been missing out. I had their carnitas breakfast sandwich - biscuit was flaky and very tasty, carnitas very flavorful and the aioli not over powering. My wife loves their coffee and this time had a vanilla latte with oat milk. My chocolate croissant was served cold (should have asked them to warm it up). Great service and food. Fantastic neighborhood coffee spot.

The last time I did a review was in 2015. A lot has changed since then. My husband used to stop in regularly and get pastries for his office. He'd literally buy them out. We really enjoyed their pastries for years. Since then we've moved and it's not on our way to work and home any more. They are located in a back alley and if you don't know about them you may not see them. Lots of people have discovered them as there is always people milling around inside. It used to be mainly a coffee shop. Now they sell lots of lunch like foods such as salads, sandwiches, and pizza. Pizza is defiantly a new addition. They have a separate sign for there pizza selections. They also sell beer now. I'm not sure if that includes wine too. I'll look next time for you. They also serve root beer floats and coffee over ice cream. We always walk so parking isn't an issue for us. There is a lot next to them so I'm thinking you can park there for a fee. They don't have there own personal lot. Or Street parking as they are in an alley.

I'm obviously late to the party, but I'm just now realizing the blessing of coffee shop meet ups. Yes meeting over drinks can be fun, but there is nothing like having a clear mind and chatting over a nice cup of Jane with a good playlist in the background. That is the exact experience that I had when meeting up with a friend/colleague to discuss career options. For years I have heard great things about and wanted to visit Old Soul Company; therefore, I was elated when she suggested that we meet at this location. Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted by the sounds of 90's-early 2000's R&B and Hip Hop (my favorite), the sounds of laughter, and a barista waiting to take our order. Since I had a caffeinated coffee earlier that day, I elected to order a decaffeinated cappuccino with brown sugar. Five minutes later our orders were ready. I'm not a coffee enthusiasts by any standards; however, I will say that this cappuccino tasted like it was made with love (flavorful)! My wife swears by their food and was slightly disappointed that I did not try it. However, being that the establishment is in close proximity to my office, I will definitely make a return visit in the near future!

Old Soul is one of those cafés that nails both the coffee and the community atmosphere. Located right downtown, it has a warm, local feel that's perfect for a morning pick-me-up or an afternoon catch-up session. The coffee was rich and flavorful, and they offer a solid selection of breakfast sandwiches and pastries, everything is always so fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Service was friendly and fast. I loved the relaxed vibe...people chatting quietly, catching up on emails, or reading. They also offer beer and wine later in the day, which adds a fun twist to the usual coffee shop scene. If you're looking for a spot with charm, great drinks, and a real sense of local community, Old Soul is a top pick.

Great, Fast, Friendly!!! Loved the coffee - I will be going back , this was a quick stop for me as I was headed into work a few blocks away but I'm glad I stopped in - lots of choices but busy little joint - they serve food too

New Iced Citrus Mint Matcha with a mocha mix base.

Love Old Soul! Drinks, food, and service is always impeccable. I walk to this location usually, but ample parking, lots of seating, and good vibes all around. Today I tried the new iced citrus mint matcha with the mocha mix base and it was quite tasty! I also tried the monkey bread pastry and that was delicious. Sorry I ate most of it before taking a picture lol. 10/10 recommend coming here!

Came here super early and got an amazing hot matcha. Got an americano for my coworker which she really enjoyed. It was a bummer that at 6:40am their kitchen was not open yet but the blackberry scone was pretty good.

Tasty food, got their quiche and avocado toast. Good presentation. Some seating inside on a Sunday afternoon

Pastry case - favorite was orange muffin

This coffee shop has such industrial red brick charm. I wouldn't have expected anything so cool in the back of the alley parking lot, which charges parking btw. There was a lot of open space and tables on a Saturday morning. We thoroughly enjoyed the drinks we chose and our favorite thing was actually the orange muffin with a glaze on top. I learned all the pastries are made in house and is the main location servicing all which is wonderful. I would note customer service could be improved as it felt unfriendly and dismissive. Because of that I would never come to this location again. I'm surprised I wasn't able to add lavender syrup to my latte since it's part of the seasonal drinks. Such an easy profit margin charging a $1 for 3 pumps of syrup. I decided on vanilla for my drink. Drinks: - Cappuccino w/ vanilla - artfully crafted and light and was heavenly with vanilla - Banana Cream Latte - dried banana chips on top was a nice touch with a small cream top - Oatmilk Latte - oat milk always gives a nice taste and balance to the espresso acidity Food: - Orange muffin - this was a surprise hit we are in love! - Quiche w bacon - giant slice and easy to share with salad on the side, meat was not mixed throughout - Breakfast sandwich - hubby ordered this and I think it came with carnitas meat inside which overall was delicious with the sauce inside

Rochelle S.

The quality and pride the folks put in their work and food is beyond. The food is great and fresh, service is quick and the ambiance and energy is such a mix of industrial and art combined. Total vibe. Love starting my weekend here and just gather my thoughts before I take on the crazy week ahead or do nothing. find an excuse to go and make it a part of your weekend.

I also ordered a Croffle with Nutella. Our server added bananas and whipped cream. OMG. It was sooooooo tasty!!! She ordered an order of "Dirty Fries" that she had seen on Instagram. It was like a decomposed crab roll on top of perfectly cooked French fries. They made a non-meat option for people celebrating Lent. The service was amazing and the owner of the store even took the time to come chat with us. It sounds like they are opening up an outside seating area soon as well as offering a brunch menu. As for the food, the bacon and onion croissant really stood out, very tasty ( though I imagine it would be even better warm ). The caramel apple cheesecake was also incredible, delicious and not overly sweet, even though the name might make you think otherwise. It's perfectly serviceable for a cafe, but the ambiance isn't on par when you compare them. The service, however, was superb. I found the baristas there to be very friendly and warm. I got the Pink Chai and my friend and i took our drinks to a park down the street which really set the scene: spring day in the park with a friend and a great beverage. The drink was very hot, which ended up being perfect because I had to enjoy it slowly. The flavor profile was subtle and well balanced, not overpowering or too sweet. I'm a big fan of cardamom and pistachio, so getting both in one drink felt like a win, and they worked beautifully together. The pistachio added a nice, nutty finish. I don't distinctly remember tasting the fennel, but it may have been part of what made the overall flavor feel so smooth. I guess I'll just have to come back and order it again. All in all, Qisa was a treat. Im planning on moving in a few months and started looking at apartment listings near by that would allow me to come to Qisa more often. Highly recommend!
