Came here a few weeks ago- I was in the area and decided to stop by! Luckily I came in right before a huge crowd of people. After looking at the menu, I wanted something custom and saw they served a drink called CoCOOlong. I asked the staff if I could have just only the oolong milk tea from CoCOOlong and add in boba and Oreo. The staff was very accommodating and assured me that they'll try to see if it can be done. The staff was super nice and kind, providing a fast service as well! The boba I ordered was Oolong milk tea with boba and Oreo with 50% sugar. It was super delicious and I wished I had ordered a large size! The boba was super soft and chewy, it was cooked perfectly. The Oreo was a good addition to the drink and the oolong milk tea tasted really really good, not too sweet. I'd definitely order this again if they still have their oolong tea available! read more

I wanted something sweet and ended up trying QTea Boba. It was what you'd expect of most boba places (powders/syrups). I ordered the Coco-Taro drink off the special menu board they had in store. Taste-wise it was fine. Still very sweet, even at an adjusted 25% sweetness due to the coconut jelly. It's a very small place. It would feel crowded with more than six people inside. Service was helpful and my drink was made quickly. (No one else was there when I ordered.) Since I'm leaning away from syrups and artificial tastes/flavors these days, it's not going to be someplace I'd go frequently, but it was still a decent sweet pick-me-up. read more

I honestly forgot this boba shop was here until I saw their post about their 3 year anniversary BOGO drinks and decided to pop in again. I've been struggling to find a good taro milk tea that doesn't mess up my stomach and this was that place. They use non dairy creamer (listed on the menu) for their taro milk teas and I was fine. The flavor is sweet and creamy like I've been wanting although I would adjust sweetness down from their regular 100%. The egg pudding is excellent and not as common at boba shops anymore. The honeydew fruit tea was also delicious with a bold honeydew flavor. I will absolutely be coming back here when I'm looking for a good taro milk tea. Thanks QTea Boba! read more

We went to the opening of this place, had amazing boba tea, and then completely forgot about it, which is sadly something that happens to many places in this shopping center. That's definitely going to change, as we've been twice in the past few days and practically everything here, from the food to the service to the cute decor, has been wonderful. We're not big into super sweet drinks, so we've stuck with the standard Classic Milk Tea and Jasmine Milk Tea at 25% sweet for now. The tea has been rich and delicious, and the sweetness level has been perfect for us. My go to is the coffee jelly, and my wife loves the tiger (brown sugar) boba. As a bonus, the cup lids are cute as hell! The second time we went, we both got the chicken strips and curly fries, and both were damn good! The curly fries were on the well-done side which is exactly how we like them. The chicken was freshly fried and while not super seasoned, went really well with the dipping sauces. I really appreciate that QTea doesn't have popcorn chicken like most boba places, as it has always tasted odd and undercooked to me at other places. Finally, on both visits there was only one person behind the counter and making the food/drinks, and both have been extremely friendly and helpful! We'll be back here to try the other food offerings, and definitely some of the more dessertlike drinks in the future. There are tons options on multiple menus so I doubt we'll run out of new drinks any time soon. Update: For some reason there is always only one person working here, even on the weekends. I showed up with three people in front of me, ordered myself, then immediately there were 4-5 people after me within 5 minutes. The employee always works really hard but I feel so bad for her, and for everyone who has to wait 20+ minutes for drinks/food while she scrambles to fill orders. It would be great if she had a partner to help during peak hours! read more

We saw on Facebook that they were having a special event fundraiser because they've been broken into. We went Saturday for their fundraiser and was pleased with their Special Sweet Rice and Sausage. We also ordered the Watermelon Slushie with Boba, Jade tea, Mango Slushie! They were friendly but a bit overwhelmed because they just opened and there was a little line. It's a great neighborhood boba establishment! read more

Such a cute spot. We stopped by on the way home from a pumpkin patch in the area. I like there is a variety of drinks and some snack options. Drinks were a little on the sweet side so I asked for more ice. read more

I was hoping for redemption after finally returning here but I was just as disappointed. Came on a Tuesday at 4pm, thought it would be a quick stop since there was nobody there. It was just one guy working. I had an order of 4 drinks but you would have thought it was a dozen! He seemed really overwhelmed. You could hear his frustration when the lid sealer wouldn't work either. I waited close to 20 minutes for all the drinks. After all that, the drinks were average. The peppermint jasmine tea was okay but not as peppermint as I expected. I wish they had sip lids for these types of drinks with cream on top. The coconut coffee had really hard jelly. I feel like they just opened fairly recently but the place seems rundown already. Probably won't be coming back again since I gave it a second chance already and it's a 30 minute plus drive from home. There are just too many exceptional boba places in town to just be mediocre or have so-so service. read more

Can we bring back the age of satisfyingly basic and straight-to-the-point boba shops? Lol. I don't remember the last time I was this greatly content with the passion fruit tea that I got. Not watered down or overly tart. Also perfectly chewy boba pearls. The Hokkaido milk tea was pretty tasty except that 50% sweetness seemed more like 25%. Egg pudding was standard. Bubble waffle was crispy albeit a little greasy (lady said that she would prepare the waffle maker and I think she put in too much oil in the machine). Small neighborhood boba spot. I'm guessing that this isn't a hot boba spot (review-quantity-wise) because it's kinda deep in Pocket-Greenhaven, but if you're in the area definitely check it out. read more

Great service, very sweet bobarista. Pictures are worth a thousand words about how pretty this place is. It is a little small, so expect it more to be a pick up and go place rather than dining in. I like their menu as it comes up with a lot of combinations at a good price. Most of the drinks are $6 and have sea foam and toppings already, which may cost a bit more if you're trying to recreate the drink at another store. I got the peppermint jasmine milk tea this time as I have a weakness for peppermint flavored things. I love the flavor to this, but was hoping the peppermint flavor would be a bit stronger. It did get my cravings satisfied though! And while I like the peppermint flavor from the crushed candy inside, the texture did get weird when you're chewing a super chewy boba and a loud crunch from the peppermint decides to be the third wheel. Overall I do like the drink and I'm interested in trying a few more off the menu like their strawberry cheesecake and OkiWow drinks next time read more

I stopped into QTea Boba to pick up a few drinks. There were plenty of spots in the plaza parking lot and a few businesses that I'm now super interested in visiting in the future. The shop is pretty small, but they have a two top table outside as well as a few seats inside. They have everything decorated inside and there are a few fun spots to grab photos of your drinks or of yourself. The menu isn't huge but there are a good amount of fruit tea, milk tea and topping options. They also have food on the menu if you're feeling snacky. It's mostly little fried things like fries and chicken tenders, but I was tempted by the spam musubi. There was only one person working when I arrived and it took a while for them to complete the order ahead of me before they took mine. They could definitely use some extra help to keep things moving. I was probably there for a half hour to get three drinks. I didn't mind waiting, but wouldn't stop by if I was in a hurry. I like that they have options for sweetness level as well as how much ice you want and I liked all the topping choices. read more

I had higher expectations coming here but I'll give it 2 stars (might need to come back and give it another try in the future). I was back in town and heard there's a new boba shop in the neighborhood so I had to come try it. Met up with my friend here because we wanted to check it out and b/c we saw the cute rabbit design. I forgot what my friend ordered but I got the guava tea drink or something and it was too sweet. It's my fault I forgot to adjust sweetness but the workers usually ask and that's what triggers me to remember. Idk what my friend ordered but we were slightly disappointed with our drinks. We thought there would be more seating but it's not the best hangout spot. I understand it's a smaller space but there were only a few stools and if it gets busy it's prbly not the best spot to be hanging out at. Besides that the interior is cute and very IG vibes and perfect for those photo shoots. Overall, it was just ok and was not impressed. Maybe I'll give it a try next time I come back to town. I saw they have a few snack item on their menu so I'll try that and maybe one of the special drinks instead. Btw I guess it's a convenient location since it's in Greenhaven and there's really not a lot of other choices besides T4. read more

The shop is very cute. But there is a young man with long hair at the counter. He is soo short in his answers and seems bothered by questions. He has awful customer service skills. Check out their menu for the mien snacks and food. . Boba - chewy, soft, and lightly honey sweet taste. . Drink - my favorite to go to drinks is the classic drinks such as milk tea. I love the Jasmine green milk tea, and black milk tea. The tea flavor is strong and they use good loose leaf tea. I really like their milk tea and it's solid drink that satisfy the cravings. I usually don't add any syrup and it's just so good tasting all the natural tea and milk flavors for the hot summer. . Overall whenever I'm in the area I come here to support small business over the big chain boba. It's located in a convenient shopping plaza too. Hope this helps and thanks for reading. We got Jasmine Milk Tea and the first thought that came to my mind was "almost". The boba was like chewing straight tapioca powder. There was literally no flavor. If I didn't have a car and this was the only boba place in the area, I would say this place is serviceable, but with a bunch of much much better boba places not very far away, this just doesn't cut it. It doesn't matter how cute or Instagrammable they make their boba place. At the end of the day people care about the strength of the tea and the taste of the boba. I hope they change up their recipe so we can have a decent boba place in the pocket, but it's not there yet. Also it was $7 read more

QTea boba is a nice spot offering boba crafted drinks and boba. I opted to get the peach perfection and tiger milk tea. Out of two, I preferred the tiger milk tea for its sweeter flavor. The boba texture was a little on the harder side but it may have been due to it being closer to closing time. They also offer unique south East Asian dishes as an homage to some of the owners' favorite foods. Give QTea a try if you're in the area and need your boba fix. read more

The menu was pretty small but there's definitely enough to suit anyone's fancy. Choose your drink, size, and topping(s). They also sell snacks like cake pop, spam musubi, waffles, etc. I haven't tried them so next time! Orders came out quick and I had a seat on the very plush and pink bar stool, I don't know where they bought it but I'm a fan haha. I don't know about boba. But my daughter does. Tea, milk tea, bubbles, winter melon, 75% this and that..huh? Ok, boomer. But I do know that of all the boba spots I've taken my kiddo, this is THE one. Both kiddos and the wifey have their favorites here. And they often try different mixes and matches, always happy with the results. Personally, I'll be at the bar at Bodega while the always friendly staff whips up my order. But I will say that all the snacks and treats they offer are super tasty. The egg rolls especially! Love the cute squishies and stuffies too. The Instagram friendly decor, the great hours they're open, etc.. Do yourself a favor and check them out. read more

Going in customer service was excellent and the place itself is very beautiful. Plenty of parking in the shared lot. Clean but small interior. The floor was a little sticky near the pick-up window, but it was hardly noticeable. Due to the limited number of seats, this place is more of a grab-and-go, rather than staying for a long time and playing games like you might in some other boba shops. Not too busy in the late afternoon on a weekend. Hand sanitizer available at the counter. The staff do not wear masks, but they do have the plexiglass dividers. The service was quick. The fruit teas were okay. I didn't make many alterations since I wanted to try their drinks as they normally are. Personally, 100% sweetness and ice was way too sweet even after all the ice melts; next time, I would try 50/50 on ice and sweetness levels. If you do no ice, the cup won't be filled all the way to the top, which one of the staff did let me know about when she was making the drink. read more

Great service, patient and kind. Adorable decor. Delicious boba and slushy. My son loved all of the cute stuffies (and I did too) :).

This hidden gem in Greenhaven is such a sleeper place for some superb boba! It is one of the smallest boba spots we've been to, walking in we knew right away we were in for quite the surprise! Everything was pink everywhere, with so many Boba plushies being set up for their giveaway they were doing at the time. The lady setting it up really put a lot of time and care into the presentation, it was really nice to see the love put into it. For a small space, they make so much out of it, which was something we admired! This place hasn't gotten crowded the past two times we were there, so we had plenty of time to take a look at their delicious menu and manager specials. We ordered the strawberry milk with rainbow jelly (manager special drink but can't remember the name), and the Okinawa milk tea with honey boba. Definitely some of the better quality drinks from the boba places we have been to in the Sacramento area! The Strawberry milk was not super sweet, and very refreshing, and the rainbow jelly was super fruity and good! A nice treat especially for a warm day. And the Honey Boba is GOOD! A good quality tea with super delicious boba, can't ask for more from here! We also tried their bubble waffles, so warm and fluffy! With just the right amount of powdered sugar. This was a good waffle! Definitely going to come back whenever we are around the area! read more

Super glad to have another boba shop in the neighborhood! Went to the soft opening yesterday. The interior is super cute with all the flowers and pink accents. The staff were very courteous. I got their taro milk with boba. Everything is non dairy (so probably non dairy creamer). They only have one size right now and it came out to over $6 which I guess boba is just expensive now a days! They need to add more ice for sure, my drink was still warm and they need to mix the taro base waaaaay more. It was very grainy and super strong. Almost undrinkable :-( I also should have paid attention to the sweetness level because it was way too sweet so I should have done 30% sweet. I ended up going hope and mixing more water and ice into it... I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt because it's their first couple of days- I'll visit later on with hope the kinks have been worked out! read more
