Came here a few weeks ago- I was in the area and decided to stop by! Luckily I came in right before a huge crowd of people. After looking at the menu, I wanted something custom and saw they served a drink called CoCOOlong. I asked the staff if I could have just only the oolong milk tea from CoCOOlong and add in boba and Oreo. The staff was very accommodating and assured me that they'll try to see if it can be done. The staff was super nice and kind, providing a fast service as well! The boba I ordered was Oolong milk tea with boba and Oreo with 50% sugar. It was super delicious and I wished I had ordered a large size! The boba was super soft and chewy, it was cooked perfectly. The Oreo was a good addition to the drink and the oolong milk tea tasted really really good, not too sweet. I'd definitely order this again if they still have their oolong tea available!

We went to the opening of this place, had amazing boba tea, and then completely forgot about it, which is sadly something that happens to many places in this shopping center. That's definitely going to change, as we've been twice in the past few days and practically everything here, from the food to the service to the cute decor, has been wonderful. We're not big into super sweet drinks, so we've stuck with the standard Classic Milk Tea and Jasmine Milk Tea at 25% sweet for now. The tea has been rich and delicious, and the sweetness level has been perfect for us. My go to is the coffee jelly, and my wife loves the tiger (brown sugar) boba. As a bonus, the cup lids are cute as hell! The second time we went, we both got the chicken strips and curly fries, and both were damn good! The curly fries were on the well-done side which is exactly how we like them. The chicken was freshly fried and while not super seasoned, went really well with the dipping sauces. I really appreciate that QTea doesn't have popcorn chicken like most boba places, as it has always tasted odd and undercooked to me at other places. Finally, on both visits there was only one person behind the counter and making the food/drinks, and both have been extremely friendly and helpful! We'll be back here to try the other food offerings, and definitely some of the more dessertlike drinks in the future. There are tons options on multiple menus so I doubt we'll run out of new drinks any time soon. Update: For some reason there is always only one person working here, even on the weekends. I showed up with three people in front of me, ordered myself, then immediately there were 4-5 people after me within 5 minutes. The employee always works really hard but I feel so bad for her, and for everyone who has to wait 20+ minutes for drinks/food while she scrambles to fill orders. It would be great if she had a partner to help during peak hours!

Such a cute spot. We stopped by on the way home from a pumpkin patch in the area. I like there is a variety of drinks and some snack options. Drinks were a little on the sweet side so I asked for more ice.

This is one of my favorite spots to go and so glad they're in Pocket. I like that you can customize the sweetness and add toppings. It's got a cute aesthetic and photo opportunity. The staff are always friendly as well. Come and check it out!

I was hoping for redemption after finally returning here but I was just as disappointed. Came on a Tuesday at 4pm, thought it would be a quick stop since there was nobody there. It was just one guy working. I had an order of 4 drinks but you would have thought it was a dozen! He seemed really overwhelmed. You could hear his frustration when the lid sealer wouldn't work either. I waited close to 20 minutes for all the drinks. After all that, the drinks were average. The peppermint jasmine tea was okay but not as peppermint as I expected. I wish they had sip lids for these types of drinks with cream on top. The coconut coffee had really hard jelly. I feel like they just opened fairly recently but the place seems rundown already. Probably won't be coming back again since I gave it a second chance already and it's a 30 minute plus drive from home. There are just too many exceptional boba places in town to just be mediocre or have so-so service.

Can we bring back the age of satisfyingly basic and straight-to-the-point boba shops? Lol. I don't remember the last time I was this greatly content with the passion fruit tea that I got. Not watered down or overly tart. Also perfectly chewy boba pearls. The Hokkaido milk tea was pretty tasty except that 50% sweetness seemed more like 25%. Egg pudding was standard. Bubble waffle was crispy albeit a little greasy (lady said that she would prepare the waffle maker and I think she put in too much oil in the machine). Small neighborhood boba spot. I'm guessing that this isn't a hot boba spot (review-quantity-wise) because it's kinda deep in Pocket-Greenhaven, but if you're in the area definitely check it out.

Great service, very sweet bobarista. Pictures are worth a thousand words about how pretty this place is. It is a little small, so expect it more to be a pick up and go place rather than dining in. I like their menu as it comes up with a lot of combinations at a good price. Most of the drinks are $6 and have sea foam and toppings already, which may cost a bit more if you're trying to recreate the drink at another store. I got the peppermint jasmine milk tea this time as I have a weakness for peppermint flavored things. I love the flavor to this, but was hoping the peppermint flavor would be a bit stronger. It did get my cravings satisfied though! And while I like the peppermint flavor from the crushed candy inside, the texture did get weird when you're chewing a super chewy boba and a loud crunch from the peppermint decides to be the third wheel. Overall I do like the drink and I'm interested in trying a few more off the menu like their strawberry cheesecake and OkiWow drinks next time

The Tiger Milk Tea was delicious! I only had one person in front of me (order two drinks) and took me about 10 mins to order my one drink. There isn't any seating except three barstools inside and one table outside. So expect to take your drinks to go unless you're lucky to get a seat. Otherwise very yummy!!!

I stopped into QTea Boba to pick up a few drinks. There were plenty of spots in the plaza parking lot and a few businesses that I'm now super interested in visiting in the future. The shop is pretty small, but they have a two top table outside as well as a few seats inside. They have everything decorated inside and there are a few fun spots to grab photos of your drinks or of yourself. The menu isn't huge but there are a good amount of fruit tea, milk tea and topping options. They also have food on the menu if you're feeling snacky. It's mostly little fried things like fries and chicken tenders, but I was tempted by the spam musubi. There was only one person working when I arrived and it took a while for them to complete the order ahead of me before they took mine. They could definitely use some extra help to keep things moving. I was probably there for a half hour to get three drinks. I didn't mind waiting, but wouldn't stop by if I was in a hurry. I like that they have options for sweetness level as well as how much ice you want and I liked all the topping choices.

I have been so excited to check out this new Boba spot and finally we happened to be on this side of town to stop in! The place is so cute and perfect for grab and go yummy drinks and scrumptious snacks! My son and I ordered a Pineapple Tea with Lychee Jelly and I had a Taro Milk Tea with egg pudding! We also picked up 2 Spam musubi's to enjoy as well! Our drinks were so yummy and I had fun taking some pics with their cute backdrop! Definitely a must try, you won't be disappointed!

I had higher expectations coming here but I'll give it 2 stars (might need to come back and give it another try in the future). I was back in town and heard there's a new boba shop in the neighborhood so I had to come try it. Met up with my friend here because we wanted to check it out and b/c we saw the cute rabbit design. I forgot what my friend ordered but I got the guava tea drink or something and it was too sweet. It's my fault I forgot to adjust sweetness but the workers usually ask and that's what triggers me to remember. Idk what my friend ordered but we were slightly disappointed with our drinks. We thought there would be more seating but it's not the best hangout spot. I understand it's a smaller space but there were only a few stools and if it gets busy it's prbly not the best spot to be hanging out at. Besides that the interior is cute and very IG vibes and perfect for those photo shoots. Overall, it was just ok and was not impressed. Maybe I'll give it a try next time I come back to town. I saw they have a few snack item on their menu so I'll try that and maybe one of the special drinks instead. Btw I guess it's a convenient location since it's in Greenhaven and there's really not a lot of other choices besides T4.

New boba shop in greenhaven pocket area is a yay and it's solid good. . If you love pink, it's your picture perfect place to visit. I love their cute simple boba decor too. . They have snacks and food too. I have not tried it yet but does look good. They have Klang Feng which us refreshing and opens your tastebud and it's authentic too. Check out their menu for the mien snacks and food. . Boba - chewy, soft, and lightly honey sweet taste. . Drink - my favorite to go to drinks is the classic drinks such as milk tea. I love the Jasmine green milk tea, and black milk tea. The tea flavor is strong and they use good loose leaf tea. I really like their milk tea and it's solid drink that satisfy the cravings. I usually don't add any syrup and it's just so good tasting all the natural tea and milk flavors for the hot summer. . Overall whenever I'm in the area I come here to support small business over the big chain boba. It's located in a convenient shopping plaza too. Hope this helps and thanks for reading. Have a yelptastic day!

The roast duck was very good, incredibly flavorful. The crispy pork was tasty as well, though I was a little disappointed that the skin wasn't crispy at all. The vegetable of the day complemented the meal nicely and balanced everything out. I also tried their mango pomelo sago drink, which was refreshing, delicious, and just the right amount of sweet. Service left a lot to be desired. They prioritize the to go orders over the diners. Got the 2-item rice plate with duck and crispy pork. The duck was all bones, the back part near the tail. I asked the server if that was normal and she got so angry and said we'd have to pay extra for a different section. I told her we'll pay extra and she took our plate away. They replaced those pieces with 1 cut up drumstick. The crispy pork was really good. The vegetables were completely cold. The table next to us ordered the same thing and specifically asked for duck drumstick or duck wing pieces and they weren't told they had to pay extra. The beef brisket clay pot came in a steel hot pot type pot, not clay pot. Full of tendon and ligaments, some cooked lettuce and daikon radish. This was underwhelming and not worth the price. The pork intestine clay pot came on a cast iron pan (like fajitas come on) and was stir fried with onions, bell peppers and red sauce. This was pretty good, but for sure needs to be eaten with rice. The crispy tofu is actually heavily salted and tossed with chopped jalapeños, red chilis and garlic. All you taste is salt. I would not order this again. Another table got the mushrooms/tofu/vegetables dish and that looked really good.

I always get the all-mozz corn dogs wherever I go (idk what it is but the half + half at any corn dog spot gives me the ick). Here, the dogs are always freshhhh and the cheese pulls are incredible. Even though they said a 10-15 minute wait, I waited maybe 5. Enough time for me to eat a donut and take a few sips of my drink. Speaking of, recently I learned that Vietnamese coffee is meant to be sipped slowly so that the cream and ice melt it down a little and the flavors marinate. Idk if that's true or not but I'm a member of the Slow Drinkers Club and, by the time I got home about an hour later, my Viet Coffee Cloud was at its best: perfectly creamy and delicious. It's now 4:30 in the afternoon and I'm going to save the rest for tomorrow which, usually, would gross me out. But CM Rachel (or is it CD now?) told me that's how it's supposed to be done!! Back to the food... I'm obsessed with the corn flakes corn dog topping: it makes the coating so crunchy and mixed with the sugary sweet... omg... 12/10. Plus, I haven't seen that topping option anywhere else! The potato topping is also great. At other places, the potato chunks are larger and can sometimes be overcooked, but here the dog was fried to perfection. In the spirit of St. Patrick's Day, they had a Lucky Charms Donut and it was honestly the best flavor I've ever had. I know, I was shocked, too. The frosting had a very light berry flavor (maybe raspberry?) and the cereal on top added a nice crunch. It was gone before the corn dogs came out :D There was more seating than I recall from previous visits: a few tables and chairs inside and a few outside. There was also a selfie donut wall and a toy claw machine. Very cute! I regret not getting the Happy Meal (Drink + Donut + Corn Dog + Toy for $16) but... next time. To wrap it up, the location is great and parking is easy, so if you're with a group there are TONS of options: Chipotle, Jamba, Pieology, Greek, Crawfish, and much more!!

We usually go to another boba place off Florin, but this one caught our eye right away. It's super cute and has that whimsical, bubbly vibe the second you walk in. We went on a Saturday afternoon and were actually the only ones there, which made it easy to take our time. Since it was our first visit, we asked the cashier what she recommended, and she pointed us to the Strawberry Cloud. We ended up getting the strawberry cloud, and my daughter loved it. It definitely satisfied that boba craving she had. The space itself is small and quaint, but in a good way. One of my favorite parts was that you could actually sit inside a giant mochi for pictures, which, of course, we had to do. They also had a claw machine filled with Hello Kitty and Pokémon plushies, which added to the whole vibe. The only thing I noticed was that the claw machine handle looked a little worn and was missing the cover, so it was just the metal piece, but everything else felt clean and well-kept. Helpful tip: If it's your first time, ask the cashier about their favorites. It made ordering a lot easier, and we ended up with something we really liked. I'm already looking forward to going back to try the mochi donuts and another boba flavor.
