I've been coming here for years and I have my favorite drinks here too. But over the years I feel like the service hasn't been the same. When I do pick up my drink I don't expect much other just waiting for my drink. I ordered my usually lychee sushi and aloe and my drink wasn't made correctly. A large for $8. I visited T4 Greenhaven in Sacramento, CA [1048 Florin Rd] on Thursday, 2/20/25, around 9 PM. Upon my arrival, The staff members were super kind and welcoming. As far as the drink, I decided to get the Strawberry Milk Tea. The drink was absolutely delicious. I loved the idea of strawberry milk with subtle notes of green tea. It was creamy, fruity, and refreshing. The inside of the shop was lovely and presentable. There were several tables and chairs available. The decorations were also a nice touch. Service is a hit or miss, sometimes the staff is extremely rude and one time I called to see if they could bring my order out because I had a sleeping baby in the car and they did. That young lady was the sweetest and made my day. My favorite is always their apple Royal tea or the basic jasmine milk tea which always has a nice floral flavor to it. T4 has been around for a long time. One of my favorite drinks is their green tea with mango ice cream, though it's not available at all locations. Their popcorn chicken is also very good. This time, I decided to try their strawberry milk tea. I appreciate that they use fresh strawberries, but the milk tea felt a little watered down, and the consistency was off. We picked up Kumquat with basil seeds and were in and out within 5-10 minutes. The drink was okay, and I wanted to try something new. I just discovered this location not to long ago. The birthday girl wanted boba so we checked it out since we were in the area. Like most restaurants, they are only offering to-go orders and are practicing social distancing. All employees were wearing mask and the place look tidy. Only 6 people are allowed at a time. Luckily we were the only ones there when we arrived so we were able to wait inside. I have been to T4 before so of course I had to get the popcorn chicken. I was very disappointed when we tasted it as it was very salty. It's like they always say. Location, location location. The chicken was cooked perfectly but the flavor was not there. We did get some sweet and sour for dipping ( which my niece gave 2 thumbs up) it was able to mask some of the saltiness. I requested some chili powder on the side but that was also not the same as the location on Stockton Blvd. Now on to the boba . Taro milk tea was delicious and my niece enjoyed her mango slushee. Okay there should not be this much ice in any drink. It's literally filled from top to bottom #solid. I finished the milk tea in 6 sips. Not sure if there's a change of management or new employees but PLEASE do not fill a cup with 90% ice especially for a milk tea shop. This has to be one of the BEST Pearl Milk Tea drinks I have EVER tried! I popped that boba straw through that plastic wrapping, took my first sip and BOOM! ... I was like, "WOW!" - this is really, really good and refreshing! The Pearl Milk Tea is not too sweet; it has the perfect amount of sweetness, but I would recommend to have it with light ice - otherwise the ice really waters it down. The boba pearls have perfect amount of chewyness. I really LOVED this drink and would order it again! Oh, they do have the same drink as a Taro flavor, so maybe I will try that next time *wink! For snacks, I tried the Basil Popcorn chicken. I absolutely loved the breading on these bad boys. Every bite tasted like fried chicken from Popeys. The breading is super thick and crunchy, SO GOOD! Back again after a long while. T4 now has online ordering! I'm a bit disappointed in T4's milk alternative options now. They have non-dairy creamer and soy options depending on the drink. However, non-dairy creamer isn't truly non-dairy - it generally contains milk proteins and soy, and I'm assuming T4's is no different. Passion fruit smoothie also has milk in it. I got the lychee black tea, 30% sweet. I could still do a little less sweet than that. At least their non-milk tea options are pretty good, but if I'm craving milk teas, I need to go elsewhere read more

T4 is one of our go to's for some of our favorite Boba/pearl drinks. We were over in the Greenhaven area, and discovered this much smaller location, and decided to give it a try. Each of the locations throughout Sacramento are independently owned, and all try to provide the same level of service. The owner was at the counter, and was so super sweet. During these uncertain times, they were still offering a full menu of drinks and food. We ordered the basil chicken because it's our all-time favorite, it was so fresh and tasty, I could eat it every day. They were out of the dipping sauce, which was kind of a bummer. Our drinks were delicious. I ordered the taro milk drink with pearls, with light ice. It wasn't as strong as I've had at other locations, but yummy nonetheless. We also ordered a mango tea, that I had not tried before, and it was Super tasty. Parking is fairly limited, as the store is nestled in with a half a dozen other retail stores on the side of a grocery store. You definitely need to be patient when it comes to parking in the shopping center. Parking is free. Service was great, fast, and the overall store was super clean. It absolutely is worth checking out, and if you haven't been to a T4 location, they have a fairly extensive menu with drinks that can be ordered in numerous different ways. read more

I dont write a lot of reviews, but I gotta let the people know who visit this location about some of the things I have noticed that are patterns here. First, they're cheap with their sauces (i.e., ranch). They don't give you much or sometimes they just tell you they don't have any. They have a basil popcorn chicken on the menu and it's literally called "basil popcorn chicken", but they never add basil to the chicken. As a result, there's no basil taste to the chicken and it's pretty bland. When I asked the staff how come you guys don't put basil in the chicken, they always replied in two ways: " We are out of basil" or "We'll let the owners know". This has happened multiple times and, by now, I noticed it's just a pattern. I have concluded that the owners are just cheap at this location. I have visited this location so many times because my kids do like the drinks and the basil popcorn chicken, but i'm done with it. I'm not coming here anymore. read more

She is not affable and appears that she does not want to be at work. She did not greet us nor thanked us for placing our drink orders. Wow! Lemon bomb green tea! It has only one slice of fresh lemon. This drink in other T4 most likely is done by a whole lemon ( that's why it's call LEMON BOMB and for $4.25 for the large size) This is my actually 3rd time drinking this drink at this location, normally they give about 2-3 bigger slices so It was ok but this time they actually only gave 1 slice. Hope this location can retrain better their stuff, which I think this is the problem in their consistency. I am big fan of this drink when it's made right.
