Classic and consistent place to get quick boba! Been coming here since 2017, and they have always been great. We doordashed t4 for our shift and it definitely hit the spot. I get my wintermelon milk tea with grass jelly 80% sweet; sooo good!!

I've always loved this spot. Although the parking is tough, I feel as though it is great for late night trips for a treat! Perfect ambiance to gather. The drinks are amazing, snacks are a must and the more friends the merrier! I used to come here more often during my college life and it never changed. I love how much light they have, perfect for photo op. My husband always drinks so quickly! He loved his red bean milk tea! I'm basic and always get jasmine tea, it's always been one of my fav go to. Their service here is definitely college workers, but they still get your orders done right! I never expect anyone to do too much at a customer heavy jobs. They were lovely anyway! They're open until 11!

Have the option to order by cashier.

I definitely would recommend T4; it's great. Parking, not so much but would not heavily rate them down for the inconvenience of not being able to find parking! That said, I would still go here on a nice brisk day if I am ever in midtown, just casually walking/biking/scootering around. They offer an array of all things Milk Tea, and you can also customize how icey, Sweet, milky, or Boba-y you want your tea. Pros: -Inviting and clean upon walking in. -Friendly Staff to greet you and gives you input on what their go-to flavor is if you are super overwhelmed with the selections. LOL! -You have the option of directly ordering with the actual paid Cashier if you don't want to touch the nasty screen of the Self-Kiosk. HAhaha.. Con: -Self Kiosk, unsure if those things are ever cleaned after each use. I despised using self-kiosk at every Boba/Yogurt establishments as I am unsure if the person before me has washed their hands after using the bathroom or sneezing, etc. GROSS! -Parking is hit or miss on availability at this specific location. If you are casually walking around, biking, or scootering around then this shouldn't be an issue. The milk tea will redeem you of how good it is and not as pricey as other locations I've gone to.

The customer service it truly great, but holyyyy cow the flavors and quality are really bad ): I got the taro milk tea and it was sooooo watery, boba wasn't bad , but it tasted like I got flavored water seriously. Chicken wasn't even fully cooked. Didn't get a pic unfortunately but it was still a little raw.... The inside and bathroom are well kept though. Although for customers only.

This spot gets the job done. The location is convenient as an entry point to Midtown, parking is limited, service is okay but a bit impersonal (also with a self ordering system), inside is nice but oddly humid, and the menu options are robust. I had a strawberry lemonade smoothie - it was good! I may be back, but primarily for product versus quality of experience.

This is the drink they made they forgot the boba, pineapple, and basil seeds! They also messed up twice on my friends order this is not okay! Need new people that makes the drinks note this is the second drink and still.

My jasmine milk tea was good, but the takoyaki wasn't. The sauce was watery, the flavor was off, and it was basically all batter.

What are the ingredients of the creamer? We used to love the okinawa with soy hot but now can only get it with the creamer. Is it corn syrup?

The okinawa has never been made with fresh milk. It has always been made with a non dairy creamer. Creamer is well... creamer. It's comes in a powder form and is not corn syrup which would be liquid.

What's the best way to make your order non-dairy using t4togo.com?

Most milk teas are made with the non-dairy creamer. But drinks with topped cream don't have that option. If you're choosing drinks made with fresh milk, there should be a drop down option to make it soy. (Matcha latte, amber pearl, grass jelly fresh… Read more

It was like a decomposed crab roll on top of perfectly cooked French fries. They made a non-meat option for people celebrating Lent. The service was amazing and the owner of the store even took the time to come chat with us. It sounds like they are opening up an outside seating area soon as well as offering a brunch menu. The gals behind the counter were awesome. They were busily working the whole time. The cafe was a little busy when we got there (10:22) and by the time we left (11:45), it was HOPPIN'! One thing I especially appreciated is how they treat pets. It's clear they care, every dog that came in got a treat, which was a really nice touch. As for the food, the bacon and onion croissant really stood out, very tasty ( though I imagine it would be even better warm ). The caramel apple cheesecake was also incredible, delicious and not overly sweet, even though the name might make you think otherwise. A cute outside patio and plenty of room to sit inside. I got the Pink Chai and my friend and i took our drinks to a park down the street which really set the scene: spring day in the park with a friend and a great beverage. The drink was very hot, which ended up being perfect because I had to enjoy it slowly. The flavor profile was subtle and well balanced, not overpowering or too sweet. I'm a big fan of cardamom and pistachio, so getting both in one drink felt like a win, and they worked beautifully together. The pistachio added a nice, nutty finish. I don't distinctly remember tasting the fennel, but it may have been part of what made the overall flavor feel so smooth. I guess I'll just have to come back and order it again. All in all, Qisa was a treat. Im planning on moving in a few months and started looking at apartment listings near by that would allow me to come to Qisa more often. Highly recommend!

You can either order with the staff or they have a kiosk to order from as well. Staff is super friendly! They let me taste their teas to see what I would like for my tea base drinks. Coffe drinks I tried: 1) Durian coffee -this was one the THE BEST variation of durian coffee that I've tried - liked that the blended the durian flavor in the cream foam and included pieces of fruit -the smell isn't over baring and just enough flavor mixed into the coffee where you don't feel duped, but has a well balance coffee to durian taste 2) Egg coffee -a solid egg coffee!! Would recommend 3) Coconut coffee -this is a blended ice drink -I typically like coconut Vietnamese coffee, however this wasn't the best variation I have as I did wish it was a little sweeter 4) Taro coffee -rather than a cream top like some of their other drinks, this was more of taro paste with bits in the Vietnamese coffee -it wasn't too sweet so had a stronger coffee taste Tea bases: -was told they seep their tea for about 8 hours to give it that strong flavor ! -green tea - usually not a green tea person when it comes to boba drinks (only by itself) since at times the fruit flavor over mask the tea but this place makes it potent -black tea - they say this one it not popular which is a bummer cause I love black tea -herbal tea- good flavor -jasmine - didn't get to try this tea base but I am sure it taste just as good as the others 1) Peach green tea -beyond refreshing! -loved the fruit bits and peach sliced in the drink 2) Lychee green tea -lychee fruit and lychee jelly included! -Loved the strong tea taste with the fruitiness Pandan waffle Durian waffle -both of these were delicious, good flavor and best right away while it is hot!
