I ordered a large bowl, but the portion I received looked smaller than a medium. The ingredient manager tray clearly shows the correct portion size, and what I was served didn't match that at all. I paid full price for a large, but the ingredients were noticeably short. What made the experience worse was the interaction with the manager, Trey. He was very rude and not considerate of my time. There was no apology or effort to fix the situation. He even claimed he was the one who made the bowl, but that doesn't change the fact that the portion was clearly off. When customers are paying for a certain size, they should receive the correct portions. I expect better customer service and accountability from management
Jamba Juice is one of my go to quick bite spots! I absolutely love their oatmeal, the Greens & Ginger smoothie, and their waffles. I like the fresh, tasty fruit and veggies and that you can see them make it. The machines are loud, but It's perfect when you need something quick but still want it to be good quality. It can get a little crowded at times, so I definitely recommend ordering ahead to save time. Always a good choice when I stop by!
Today I decided I needed a quick Jamba Juice run. I ordered on the app and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The staff was great and now I'm on my way to my next destination with my little drink. Thanks Jamba!
This is my neighborhood go-to! We love getting the Orange Dream. I usually order ahead on the app just to save time...... but I'll be adding a photo of their "daily deals" on drinks and food items. Quick, Delicious, Affordable, Always made right. Thank you!!
I mean it's Jamba Juice what's not to love. Haven't been here in forever and boy did this place get crazy expensive. Service was quick, this particular location seemed a bit small but the ambiance was there. Order was delicious and will definitely be back over the summer
My sister and I had a busy day taking care of my dad. It was warm outside and we were all thirsty and hungry. That's when she suggested we go to her favorite Jamba Juice location. This was my first time here. The menu has a delicious looking list of smoothies that made ordering hard to decide. We had a bit of a wait as we were behind a line of several people. Finally, I ordered the Acai Super Antioxidant with the ingredients of: soymilk, acai grape juice, blended strawberries, blueberries, raspberry sherbet, and daily vitamins + a zinc boost. My sister and her husband got the Tropical Dragon Twist: mango and passionfruit, flavored pear juice, blended raspberry sherbet, pomegranate, flavored apple juice, and blended mangos with organic dragon fruit. Our dad got the Watermelon Breeze: watermelon, grape juice, blended raspberry sherbet, strawberries, and pineapple. As you can probably tell, the ingredients of each smoothie, sounds mouth watering, thirst quenching, and healthy. Unfortunately, we had a long wait for our orders, and we discovered later, that one of our smoothies was missed during the ordering process. My sister had to go back in line to place a reorder of her Dragon Smoothie. The smoothies are good, but the wait time makes me think twice about returning anytime soon. When It's hot out and you're thirsty, patience is not my virtue.
Jamba, Starbucks and Target all in the same complex, making it the perfect trifecta! After grabbing groceries my weirdo kids always want Starbucks but I head for this Jamba for myself every time. I'm always greeted and welcomed, service is fast for the most part. During hotter months on weekends it can get a little backed up but still never too long of a wait. While the Delta Shores location is a tad closer to me, this location beats them out on both customer service and cleanliness. I'm an old school Jamba girl and never venture outside of my normal order of an orange dream machine but I do love their bowls! Definitely recommend.
This place didn't seem that busy until after we ordered. It was early Sunday morning. After we ordered lots of people started lining up. I was disappointed that their service was kind of slow since the others had already ordered when we got there. It took a while before we got out order of only 2 drinks. I can imagine how long the other people behind us had to wait for their order. There were at least three or more workers there to. Oh well maybe they were new.
They were super busy when I came in but still managed to get everything out effortlessly. The service was okay, the seats inside aren't very comfortable but I love the little decor and photo wall they had. I love seeing a Polaroid / photo wall in any establishment. It makes me smile. I haven't had Jamba Juice since I was in high school and I'll definitely come back.
Despite the fact that Jamba Juices prices keep rising, I still come back every once in a while. This location is one of the better ones. They seem quick with their orders and it's cleaner than most locations. The staff are kind and they seem to have great teamwork.
The Jamba Juice establishment was almost empty as you can see from the picture. The staff was super nice and my order came so quickly I had to write a review. When I stop for Jamba my expectation is not super high I just want you to take my order and don't take all day to get my drink to me. The experience this afternoon was above expectation. If you want a quick turns around on your Jamba order then make sure to come on a Saturday around 3pm. Don't let the line of cars looking for their Starbucks fix keep you away.
I haven't gone to this Jamba since I was in college but it was on my way home today so I stopped by. I thought about ordering ahead for pickup because the other locations take a while but I didn't even need it here! I was in and out in under 5 minutes. They were super quick to get my two drinks out AND they were perfect consistency. Other locations lately have been too watery, the cup isn't filled, or just poor/slow service. Will definitely be coming back to this location!

I wasn't expecting much from a quick run to Jamba Juice but this experience was excellent- mainly due to the lady serving me. There's a self service kiosk but she greeted me and told me if I needed any help to let her know. I didn't see the modifications I wanted so she stepped in. She was knowledgeable and friendly when taking my "special" order and even made suggestions I didn't know where possible based on my needs. For the moment I can only have smooth liquids so she suggested the double blend. All in all I got the Peanut butter mood, large, 2 whey boosters with half soy milk half carrot juice. It crowded up quickly but my smoothie was fast and when she handed it to me- she also gave me the leftover! As I earlier explained to her this is my meal- I felt cared for by this gesture. And although it was busy she wanted me to try it to make sure it was smooth enough and to my liking before I left. I saw the manager there so I felt compelled to also tell him how well service was based on today's experience. It's in the target parking lot, which is nice in order to run errands. They have a few outdoor seats available and inside is clean with a few little stools. read more

My new obsession is the Watermelon Skies. I enjoyed one at another location a couple days ago and had to have another one. Service was swift and friendly. I was raving about the new seasonal smoothie and the cashier shared it was her favorite also. read more
This is my favorite Jamba Juice location! The workers are very friendly and greets everyone! It's also clean, nicely decorated, and smells good every time I go. They make the drinks within minutes too! I usually get their classic mango or strawberry smoothies. The drinks can be pricey, with a large being $10, but I believe that is a nice treat once in a while because it's so refreshing! I tried their new chicken empanada and it's a pretty small bite, so I got the two pack. I like the flavors and how it is a good snack because it's relatively low in calories and has some protein in it. Their sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich is good as well and I like the white cheese in it. read more

I rarely get a Jamba Juice, but I decided to stop. Trey was very sweet and helpful with excellent customer service. A lot of young kids don't have good. Customer service these days and his was outstanding. Go see Tre on Timberlake. And he made my Jamba Juice delicious! Greens and Ginger read more

I spent a lot of time in San Luis Obispo, so I like how they're from there. I'm here when I want to be healthy. I like Apple N' Greens. This is exactly what you need if you want to detox. The plant-based smoothie have apple, pear, strawberry juice blend, kale, mangos, bananas, and peaches. It's so refreshing. read more
I love Jamba Juice and have always come to this location without any problems! It's always clean and the staff is friendly and fast! I ordered the Strawberry Surf Rider with Jamba's new "tapioca boba" and it was not great. At all. The boba is seriously small, tasteless, and semi-hard/dense lumps. Stick to the drinks!! read more

Normally I would give this place 4 stars, but the past few times I have come in, they have been out of ingredients for my go-to smoothie. I went there at about noon and they were out of soy milk, which they use in many of their smoothies. I said they could use 2% milk instead, (for a matcha smoothie) not knowing how much that would change the flavor of the drink. It was really runny and the milk flavor was more evident than the matcha flavor. Maybe I should have used a non-dairy milk option instead. read more

This Jamba location is my go to they are always quick and so nice here. This night I had to try the new Merry Orange Cranberry smoothie and at first I was a little nervous because I don't like coconut but you couldn't even taste it at all! It was a very refreshing smoothie but it's only here for the holidays I believe. I did get a Large split into 2 smalls and it was more than enough, definitely getting this one again before it's too late! read more

I don't know what it is, but about once a year I get a strong craving for Jamba LOL. This pairing is fantastic! The Açaí super antioxidant and the Belgian waffle -- a match made in heaven. The waffle might even be better than the drink to be honest haha. It's soooo soft and warm and the outside is perfectly crispy. I always add some whey to my smoothie just for that extra protein boost. It was raining this day so maybe I shouldn't have gotten such a cold drink haha. I'll def be back during the summer so I don't get that inevitable brain freeze! I'll probably try the peanut butter drink I saw next time...... read more

If you grew up in the area, then you were probably just as excited as I was when this shopping plaza opened up . I would often come here after my workouts, and in the mornings before work ( that oatmeal) I even rear ended someone in front after getting my oatmeal lol I was so excited I forgot to hit my brakes . This Jamba is always clean and I've never had any problems here. They offer different types of protein add ons and even one free kind of protein. I love how they've added healthier options . They also have wheat grass shots if you're into that . I never had a bad drink here until today... although they were very quick they made both drinks watery and both of my breakfast sandwiches were burnt... my bf had to throw his away. We couldn't even go back in to fix it because there was a long line. read more

I'm impressed with how quick their customer service is! I ordered on the phone and was there within 5 minutes. The second I arrived, an employee quickly walked to the register and I told her I was there for pickup. I turned around to find a space to socially distance myself from the customers before me, and they were already bringing my drink out from the freezer. They also gave me all of what was left of my drink in the little cup! Definitely made my day a lot better :) read more
