Despite the negative reviews, I had a very pleasant experience here! The staff were very patient with us (we were first timers) and gave us good suggestions. The cinnamon rolls were fresh and right out of the oven. I ordered the "center of the roll" & the worker even threw in a few extra pieces + caramel. My cup was stuffed!! He seemed to take great pride in his job, we had a nice little conversation, and he was just overall very welcoming. I love me some Cinnabon but I would only be able to get it when I went to Arden Mall and I avoid that place like the plague so I'd rarely get to indulge in their tasty goodness. When I saw this place pop up by my house and next to a Dutch Bro's I was so excited. I will say, I was hoping it would be a one stop shop, like I could order a coffee and some Cinnabons via the drive thru but that is not the case and you must physically go into the store. The store was very clean and we were greeted right away. I will say, there is not very much seating so it's more of a grab n go type of thing. We ordered 2 of the caramel pecan Cinnabons and one OG with extra frosting. I was busy paying and didn't pay attention to them making/bagging my items but unfortunately they did not give me extra frosting. Even without the extra frosting though, everything was delicious. Stopped by for the first time this evening. Wasn't too busy, upon arrival instantly greeted with smiles! Everything looked neat and clean. Seemed to have the assembly down especially for being a new establishment!! The customer ahead of me was talking with the young lady working and the employee seemed to be extremely friendly and helpful! She informed both of us about the mobile app to download for points and about the nearby locations coming soon! She also made sure to inform us about the utensils in the back of us to make sure we grabbed some before we left! Once I got home I enjoyed my classic roll after dinner and it was delicious as expected. I will be back to this location! Not only was the girl in the front NOT pleasant at all, I barely got any frosting on my small $7 Cinnabon! It's very disappointing you pay for something to later find out the business is cutting corners and selling crap. The layers of my Cinnabon were paper thin almost like a chip. I didn't complain last time this happened because I assumed it was a simple mistake, but it's continuing to happen and is really upsetting. The manager here treats their staff terribly! I went in about 3 days ago and this poor girl was all by herself in the morning and afternoon, and she looked like she was on the verge of tears. Nice staff at this location. The Cinnabons here are better than the mall. They taste freshly made, unlike the mall locations that you can tell the Cinnabons were sitting there for a few hours. Overall, I believe if Cinnabons were $5 max (no matter which flavor you get), all the locations would get more business. Well. I went I saw. I was less than impressed. Customer service needs a serious facelift. The young lady greeting me was at the opposite side of the store and mumbling from behind the glass something about she would help me when I was ready. That was fine. I was ready, I was redeeming my birthday reward and excited. She continued talking from behind the glass. She finally came to take my order. She sort of swiped at my phone screen and tapped the incorrect item. She redeemed my drink picture instead of my food item picture. Instead of correcting her swipe , she argued with me. She had to tell me I was wrong, that I had two food items. I was forced to pull my email showing my drink and food item offers. Way too much. Left a very bad first impression. The gentleman working told the young lady to honor the offer. It was a lot to deal with just to redeem a birthday offer. I'm used to the cinnamon rolls being warm and melty. These weren't.
