Brenda was soooo amazing she made our day even brighter with her cute bubbly persona! 10/10 customer service would absolutely come back again! The music playing was a vibe and the place was spotless!

I love me some Cinnabon but I would only be able to get it when I went to Arden Mall and I avoid that place like the plague so I'd rarely get to indulge in their tasty goodness. When I saw this place pop up by my house and next to a Dutch Bro's I was so excited. I will say, I was hoping it would be a one stop shop, like I could order a coffee and some Cinnabons via the drive thru but that is not the case and you must physically go into the store. The store was very clean and we were greeted right away. I will say, there is not very much seating so it's more of a grab n go type of thing. We ordered 2 of the caramel pecan Cinnabons and one OG with extra frosting. I was busy paying and didn't pay attention to them making/bagging my items but unfortunately they did not give me extra frosting. Even without the extra frosting though, everything was delicious. I'm pretty sure Dutch Bros and Cinnabon will be my morning routine from now on, which my waistline will not appreciate, but my taste buds will.

This Cinnabon is a hidden gem. It's not crowded like the others. It smells so sweet and delicious when you walk in. The service is good as well.

It was like eating a noodle instead of a BUN. Horribly made. The ones in the mall are way better and the customer service as well!

If I can give 0 stars I would! This is the smallest, thinnest rolled out Cinnabon I've ever received! Not only was the girl in the front NOT pleasant at all, I barely got any frosting on my small $7 Cinnabon! When I asked for extra frosting, with an attitude, she said, "You gotta pay for that" ummmm DUH!!!! Just tell me how much It is geeeez. PLEASE, I ask you guys to look at the pictures of the Cinnabon from the Bruceville location, THEY'RE HUGE! I ended up not even getting the side of frosting I just took my little Cinnabon home because I did not want to deal with her anymore. Read the rest of my reviews, I barely EVER give bad reviews. Only when it makes sense! If you don't like your job, find a new one!

We usually like coming here. We went around 5pm last week. First time they microwaved our order, nothing was fresh.

Service needs work and the rolls took a long time to come out. I would rather go into a mall than here to be honest.

I would say the only thing I would like added is a confirmation the day before pickup letting me know the order was ready. But other than that the whole process was very smooth . The bakery itself is very cute and full of delicious looking treats. The staff was friendly as well. I ordered a carrot cake and it was so amazing! My sister loved it! It was very moist, spiced just right and had a lot of the cream cheese frosting that everyone loves! But it also wasn't extremely sweet which I appreciated. QUITE A FEW people at the party stated that they were not normally fans of carrot cake because of the big chunks of nuts and raisins in it...but RAVED about how they loved this carrot cake (it didn't have those things)! They were sad to find out that the bakery is in Sacramento (the party was in the East Bay). I would definitely order from them again and I highly recommend. Thank you Freeport Bakery!

Unfortunately I came 5 mins before closing and while there were people still there, I felt like I should rush because I'd want to get off work too. Rugulach (I know I butchered it) was Tasty! Got both the chocolate and the raisin walnut cinnamon. Prefer the raisin as the whole thing tasted less dry. Bd enjoyed the biscotti but next time I'll get him the one dipped in chocolate. The orange and raspberry cookie with the almond paste was lovely! Crumbly melty when you bite into it, nice texture and not too sweet. Pb chocolate chip was the most generic. Wouldn't get it again. Have yet to try the slice of salted caramel cake which was recommended to try at room temperature. I meant to order a chocolate cake because of their rave reviews! Next time!

It's hard to leave without purchasing a box of goodies even though they do run out super early, especially on the weekends. If you aren't big on sweets, they have savory items. The meatball pan is my favorite the meatballs just does really well with the bread. Not going to lie, but I used to work here when they first opened in 2009 and I would never get tired of eating the meatball pan or the green tea melon pan during my break. After all these years, I would have a craving from time to time so I always return and say hello to the owner. Besides, they make a lovely goodie box for a party and I always throw in a bag of dinner rolls because the quality of their bread is so soft and delicious. I'll be lucky if I still have 1/4 of the bag by the time I get home.
