Before on my visits, it wasn't very clean but every time that I come by now, its always clean. I appreciate that. You can order with staff or on their kiosk. Jamba Juice (JJ) is a go to spot, when I'm out an about and want a nice refreshing smoothie, healthy smoothie bowl and or snack, like their Parmesan Pretzel. JJ used to be my go to spot when I was in H.S. and college with my best friend (Razzmatazz or Caribbean Passion were my drinks of choice). I ventured out into other drinks spots as I got older. But if/when I'm on the go, JJ has become an option again at time. If I'm pressed for time, or or I want a sweet post-workout/Jiu Jitsu meal. That I can also throw a free protein boost into. The menu has definitely expanded a lot since I was younger, and if I want to keep it classic I'll go with the Caribbean Passion or Razzmatazz. Tried to make an order for pick up here last week because I had a few left over gift cards that I wanted to finish off while my wife was shopping in the area. Turns out they charge a fee of 0.35 to use the app and even though I had multiple drink orders they would only allow me to use on gift card. I still wanted a white gummi smoothie and my wife was parched as well so I decided to just go inside and order. Staff was nice and the wait wasn't too long. They were able to use the cards and charge me the rest. Parking wasn't bad and the inside of the business was clean. My smoothie was good but for some reason my wife's matcha drink was split into two cups. She could not even finish one of the half cups. She said it tasted like powdered matcha in water that was not well blended. I tried a drink and she was right. We shared my smoothie and tossed the rest. This location is fine, but the nickel and diming/time wasting of these companies is getting pretty silly. If you don't mind the inconvenience of waiting and if you already know what you want and that they can prepare it correctly then this is an ok place to go. read more

Jamba is one of the oldest juice bars. They are still doing good. I think they're doing even better than a few years ago. This is one of the many Jamba in the area. The workers here are very friendly, and the service is fast. I usually have an order to go. But the dining/waiting area is very clean and comfortable. This is the location next to the Home Depot. Well staffed and friendly. We got the Mango-a-go-go. The funny thing was that their special drink sign is flipped, so the small cost less than a large. Darren was really nice. He asked for my name and my order number but couldn't see it on his end. However, he asked me to double check my order location and what my order was, I informed him and showed him my receipt via email. He checks again and turns out my order wasn't in. I went to the restaurant early, didn't realize I placed my order at 1215pm but I got there around 1205pm thinking it wasn't gonna be much of a bother. There's a lot of parking but not really any seating inside like other locations. I'm not quite sure as to why their drinks are $6 for a small. I ordered the vanilla blue sky. It honestly tasted like nothing but banana and almond milk. I couldn't even taste any vanilla or pineapple. I was incredibly dissatisfied. It tasted like the banana smoothies I make at home. It's not ok to bring your machines down BEFORE closing just so you can leave after work sooner. If you're open till a certain time, you should have all items available until that time. It' doesn't matter that it takes 20 minutes to wash your juicers...I'm sure all that's accounted for during your staff's scheduling. What the Jamba?! I remember how I used to love Jamba Juice back in the day. What the heck happened! It totally went downhill. It's been a while since I've been to a Jamba in Elk Grove. I finally came back to use a giftcard the other day when it was hot af. I was excited. Mouth started salivating reminiscing on those blissful pre-coffee days when I would sip on the cool, crisp tanginess of my favorite, Caribbean Passion. Oh yeahhh. I ordered and waited patiently. When they called my name, I came up to see the girl pouring my smoothie into the cup. My 16 oz was shortened by at least an inch.. geez at least fill my cup all the way! Then I tasted it... ugh wtf? It tasted like watered down juice. No tanginess, no fruity chunks, just sugar water... with too much water. What a disappointment. I should've know better when my drink came out looking pastel orange rather than it's usual vibrant color. Thanks for the extra blended ice Jamba. First of all, this place has a wear a mask sign in the front doors. Yet they allow customers to come in without mask and it is disgusting.
