Had a 3X point offer on my app so decided to drop by and grab some chocolate milk. This Dutch bro is at a constant busy.. but they are quick. Super nice service and always fast with the orders. I ordered a small chocolate milk with cookie flavoring and soft top. Sorry I took the pic after I remembered and had drank almost all of it LOL I did see that they now have breakfast items and more bakery items. So I ordered a banana bread to try. The banana bread was ok. I couldn't tell if it tasted like real banana or the imitation banana syrup. Dutch bro is my go to for chocolate milk or hot chocolate. Try it! read more

The lines here are so incredibly slow, and even when I order online to walk up and pick up my drink it's a 15-20 minute MINIMUM wait. The drinks are made fine, but I just don't understand why this location is so slow. read more

This location is probably my favorite Dutch Bros coffee spot. Unfortunately, it's not the closest to me, so I can't go here often. However, I will say that the service has always been excellent! They are very helpful when selecting drinks if you just tell them what kind of mood you're in, lol. They always have their jams blasting through the window, which energizes you in the morning, and that's really nice. Although I've never had time to sit outside at the tables with the umbrellas, I'm sure that if I did, I would enjoy the music with my drink and, of course, people watching. I would definitely recommend this location. read more

I placed an order online for a pick up time at 11:15. I arrived at 11:05 with 3 cars ahead of me. I went through the drive thru. I thought the line would go by quickly but just getting to the window alone took 20 minutes. Then had to wait another couple of minutes for them to make my drink. The staff were nice but maybe they were short staffed. Hope they will figure out a way to speed up the service. I got a cocomo blended freeze. A bit too sweet but it was a good drink. I did feel the drink was too liquidy. read more

My daughter loves Dutch Bros, so we find ourselves here all the time. It's become our little tradition, a spot we always circle back to. My go-to order is their sweet and sour drink, the one topped with that edible strawberry that makes the whole thing feel special. I believe they only bring it back seasonally, which honestly breaks my heart a little every time it disappears from the menu. Dutch Bros needs to make this drink a permanent fixture. Some things are just too good to be temporary. read more

This is my favorite coffee spot. The customer service is unmatched. Azaya is one of the most kind and professional coffee service providers. It's always a treat when I go there. Superior service always. read more

I've used the Order Ahead option at this Dutch Bros three times now, and all three times my drink was not ready when I arrived. The app gives an estimated pickup time of around five minutes, and I purposely waited about 15 minutes before arriving. Each time, my order still had not been made. The whole point of ordering ahead is convenience and avoiding the extremely long line. If I still have to arrive and wait for my drink to be made, there really isn't much benefit to using Order Ahead. My most recent visit was especially disappointing. After this happening for the third time, I asked to speak with the manager. The person I spoke with said she was the manager, but instead of acknowledging the repeated issue or trying to understand my frustration, she was very dismissive. Her solution was simply to offer to make my drink right then. While I appreciate the offer, that completely misses the point--I had already ordered ahead and waited well beyond the estimated pickup time. I understand that things get busy and delays happen, but three consecutive times is a pattern, and the manager's response made the experience worse. If Dutch Bros is going to offer Order Ahead as a way to save customers time, the process needs to actually work as intended, and concerns should be handled with better customer service. read more

Hands down the worst Dutch bros in Sacramento county. If you have any sense of time, forget it! You will be waiting for a long time for your drink. I've tried this... many times. Even when it's not busy, it will take eons to receive your drink. The location is conveniently located and the lot is a decent size but what's the point if you're late for the rest of your day? read more

Shoutout to Alec!! His positive energy uplifted my sister and I spirits. My family loves Dutch Bros. We go there all the time for our favorite drinks. Every first Wednesday of the month I go and order three drinks so that I can get stickers for my grandchildren. My granddaughter called me while on vacation in Montana to ask me to get the cupholder which is the promotion for today. The first location I went to said they were completely out and the second location said they ran out at 8 o'clock this morning. I don't understand why Dutch Bros doesn't have more stock available for such big promotions. It seems it would be better to have a lot of excited, happy customers than disappointed ones. read more

5 stars for drinks. The walk up window service is close to non existent. But that is probably not new to anyone. One worker literally looked out the window where we were standing and didn't acknowledge us at all and proceeded to walk off. 3 minutes later was asked if we have been assisted where we stated not yet. I allowed a few more minutes for service and again nothing. So we left to go to another coffee shop. Recommend to give just as much effort and service they do with their drive thru service they do the window especially since their are people waiting outside in the hot sun read more

I used to really like this location especially because it's close to me. It's definitely gone downhill over the years. I ordered a large blended stardust green tea extra sweet (I've never had a problem with my iced or blended teas in the past) but today it just tastes like watered down green tea with food coloring for the color . Even the crushed skittles couldn't save it . Really disappointed. read more

What happened here? Sometimes I go here and Just don't even want to go back. Depends on the day with the workers and drinks. I typically order the aftershock and the Rebels. Sometimes the workers are just in a bad mood, No kidding So am I. But what really does it, is the lack of consistency in the iced coffees. It tastes like MILK with a small drop of expresso. Then other times they just make it just right, it's almost an On and off relationship. They should look into this because I see workers just hanging out, joking around and making sloppy drinks. I could probably go into the back and make it Myself. Though this isn't always all the time, but sometimes It feels like it. read more

I love seeing the kids who work here! They are always an absolute joy to interact with! The expression isn't as strong as I like it to be but if O get a sugar free carmelizer with an extra shot, I am good to go! Customer service here sucks! I ordered ahead and walk up to the window and didn't get no acknowledgment and I even said "hello" to let them know I was at the window and waited 15 mins until I was helped. The drive thru line wasn't that busy either. The sad part was, one of the workers (girl with the glasses) saw me and she didn't even asked if I needed help, just plain ignore me. No point of ordering ahead and picking up drinks at the window. Stay clear of this place, if you plan on ordering ahead. read more

March 3, 2026 A group of friend 4 were in Line waiting behind a customer. After that customer receive his drink, we been ignored and waited to order for about 20 minutes. Then 2 more customers lined up behind us. After we decided that we're not going to get a drink from Dutch because we waited too long, the moment we left. A worker then asked at order we would like to place. And come on, we waited for fucking 20 minutes. The moment we left, they then asked for an order. At that point, we didn't want to order. read more

My favorite DB spot, close to home and it's like everybody knows your name (Cheers reference)...not really but everyone is really chill, lol. I've never been a real coffee buff so I don't venture out on coffee drinks too much. And like to stick to what I know which used to be very little, so I'd typically just ordered an ice white Mocha. One day I asked the girl outside taking the order what I typically get and want something similar but not so heavy on the heavy cream. And she suggested the drink I now get almost every day (dub shot over ice, 5 heavy creams, and vanilla flavoring). It's basically a milder iced Vanilla Brevé. Also all of the staff are really friendly, and like to make small talk about your day which is pretty nice. Especially if you frequent the same place often, they end up knowing your order better than you. read more

This is my go-to Dutch location because it's located near me. I love the drink selection, and the staff has always been friendly. Despite the lines usually being long, they go quickly. I recently downloaded the app to earn points for my purchases, which I find well rewarding! I do want to mention that it seems they have difficulty printing receipts. I asked for a receipt upon ordering, then was directed to ask at the pick-up window, then was met with confusion at the pick-up window. The staff seemed caught off guard by me asking for one. It took a couple of minutes for the receipt to get printed. Besides this, I have enjoyed this location and will continue to stop here for drinks! read more

Service!!! Went there pre order ahead !!! Say be ready in 10min!! My daughter went out there to get it wasn't ready so she waited another 10min pass and I see drive through car kept going WTF!! If you pre-order and it tells you the time for pickup then the order should be ready!!! Such a bad service here!! Food (snacks): 5/5 Service: 4/5 (Slow at times) Ambiance: My go-to order is an iced golden eagle extra sweet or a blended picture perfect. What a disappointment my husband went to pick up a coffee and surprise me with it today he ordered a golden eagle. He watched them make the drink. He watched the espresso machine make the espresso shots, but they handed him a cup of milk with caramel and light ice no shots at all. He didn't know if they actually put them in or didn't put them in but when he brought it home. I confirmed no coffee was in the drink so tired of paying these high prices and you don't get what you pay for shame on you Dutch Bros. read more

Pretty nice coffee place! The line is long, with 2 lines going in opposite directions! Still, the serve staff are all very friendly. They even helped explain a lot of items in the menu, and which items have caffeine and which doesn't etc. Basically you get sit-down-restaurant-style service, at a drive-through location. Great! Never seen anything like it. The price is reasonable, and the portions are big. Definitely good quality for the money. Overall, a good coffee place. Will definitely go back in the future! read more

I'm always a big fan of Dutch Bros coffee. When I live in Arizona I would definitely go at least once every couple of months. I always enjoyed how friendly they were, how the drinks were tasty, and quality. Dutch brothers is always vibe and so it's always nice to see the worker's having fun. It shouldn't had a to drive up options. One site was much busier than the other. As soon as I ordered I was able to get my drink within 5 minutes. I got caught up with the advertisement and ordered the ice cold brew Orange coffee. I was very satisfied with my selection. The cold brew was given me an Orange chocolate flavor and I really enjoyed that period. I hope we get a Dutch Bros coffee out in Illinois. I know it will be very successful but also to become a franchise owner you have to actually work for Dutch brothers so maybe that's why it's taken so long to make its way out to the Midwest. read more

This Dutch Brothers is on the corner of Sheldon Road and Elk Grove Florin Road in Elk Grove, CA, smack in the suburbs. It has two drive thru lanes each going in opposite directions from each other. I didn't know this initially. The sweet gals staffing the drive thru lane closest to the Sheldon Road parking lot entrance informed me of that and advised that the other line is shorter. So I drove on over to that line which is closest to the Elk Grove Florin Road parking lot entrance. Good thing I did, I got my drink lickety split and was back in the road. Actually I got my drink quicker than the other cars in the other lane that were there before me. But wait for it... My small mocha freeze looked so pretty. But it didn't taste like an usual DB freeze. It was flavorless and icy. This is my go to DB drink so I pretty much know how a well made one tastes. This one was bland and icy. Womp womp ( sad trombone music). Quite disappointing considering it cost $5.95 and I drove a bit out of my way to get one. read more
