I love Jamba Juice but can't always drink them often because of all the sugar and are quite expensive. I usually grab a drink when they have some sort of deal. It was my first time at this location. They are in the Raley's Center plaza on Elk Grove Blvd & Franklin. I ordered my usual drink, Peanut Butter Moo'd subtitue banana for more frozen yogurt. I received my drink within couple minutes. After I was handed my drink, the staff asked if I wanted to try it to see if it was to my liking. It was the first time any Jamba Juice workers ever asked me that before. Jamba Juice smoothies are so good, but one of my favorites is the Banana Berry made with bananas and blueberries. Today's smoothie was really good because there was plenty of fruit to actually taste the fruit. I was especially appreciative of the two staff members Jaidyn and Gabby. Jaidyn made the perfect smoothie and took the time to answer questions about the menu, and how the prices differ, and their Tuesday and Thursday deal days. I usually like to come to this Jamba because they are quick and if I order ahead of time on the app, my smoothies are always ready for me. Came here because of the tmobile tuesday 4$ off deal, usually we never go here lol. We also had bogo deals too, but they wouldnt let us use the bogo along with the 4$ off..... so that already sucked. AND we also tried to so a separate order to use the 4$ but they didnt even know how to use it which is dumb. We wanted to try their special stuff so we tried their pina colada and matcha green tea, both large size but we like to split it into two usually too. Okay to start both were bad... the matcha green tea was OVERLY sweet. Like i get that usually matcha is bitter so u add SOME sugar but when i tried it all i tasted was sugar. Way too sweet and not much matcha or green tea flavor bc the sweetness just overpowered it. The pina colada was better BUT still bad lol. Chain stores are not the same. Jamba Juice is the same as all the chain stores. Some good, some bad. I am glad this Jamba Juice is a good one! I like Jamba Juice from many years ago when there is only a very few juice bars available in California. They are one of the pioneers and stay until now. The services in this Jamba Juice is fast and the workers here are nice and friendly. We have our drinks ready in a few minutes from orders to pick up. Super fast and social distance is enforced. The drinks are very good in taste and not very sweet. We have large sizes of drinks and it is perfect for us. The parking lot is clean and safe with many cars come and go all the time. You might have to look for a parking space, but it is not too hard for me to get one close to the shop. read more

It's been a while since I've been to Jamba Juice. I typically steer away because despite being a "healthier" drink, it's still loaded with sugar and calories. Nonetheless, I decided to get the Medium Strawberry Whirl (~$5). It included strawberries, banana, and apple-strawberry juice blend. The drink is pretty refreshing and light. I was a bit disappointed because I love bananas but could barely taste it in this drink. Even when ordering, I asked for more bananas than strawberries, but I think the request was too confusing for the worker, so I just went with the default since he wasn't receptive to my request. I don't typically leave many yelp reviews but I had to recognize the outstanding efforts and kindness of Jamba staff today 1/8/22 (11:45am). I stopped by to pick up a mobile order and on my way out, I dropped one of the smoothies upside down. Staff were happy to quickly prep a new smoothie on the spot and told me not to worry about the mess as they would clean it up. This used to be the closest Jamba Juice to me, but now it's not, so I don't go here as often as I used to. It still has great customer service & the restaurant is well kept. I actually love Jamba Juice, but it is pricey compared to other places you can get drinks like Starbucks or boba places. But overall, I still love drinks like: Matcha Blast, Peanut Butter Moo'd & Original White Gummy. I usually have good experiences here. The line moves quickly. The drinks are made in a timely manner. The drinks are blended all the way thru lol (some locations I've tried have had fruit or ice that wasn't blended all the way haha). The only thing for me, is that a few times the cups don't seem to be filled all the way. I'd hope to get what I pay for, but sometimes there is an obvious gap between the drink & the lid. I love this Jamba Juice location because it's close to my home and I have always had great service here except for today. One of the workers stepped out while there's a line almost out the door. If you're looking for a quick, cool drink after shopping at Raley's, this Jamba Juice is decent. The drinks are pretty pricey, so I only go here when I have a coupon or a deal. I recently got the Matcha Green Tea Blast with an energy shot, and it was a great pick-me-up. Flavor-wise, the matcha flavor was decently strong at the beginning, though it faded away and was overpowered by the vanilla yogurt as I got further into the drink. This one doesn't have the greatest customer service, the one I usually go to I get an immediate greeting and sometimes a worker will hold to the door open for me. The guy making my smoothie looked like he wanted to go home. He made it quick, put it on the counter and didn't say anything about if it was mine or not. I almost took someone else's smoothie because she had ordered the same drink as I did. Also I think I got less in my cup that I ordered. I came in here on 5/30/21 at 6ish pm. There were four workers and not once person acknowledged me on walking in. The cashier was talking to two girls at the register who were her friends for about 5 minutes. The other 3 workers didn't bother to open the second register. When the girls finally got done talking and placed their order the cashier walked off to go make their stuff so they can continue talking. They even suggested a drink for my hung over BF. He really needed it lol. Only down fall is that over the years their large drink is never filled to the top. I'm weird, I sometimes crave the flavor of wheat grass... and it's been so hot! So, what comes to mind? You guessed it... Jamba Juice! All of the juices we've ordered come out fine. It's the wait and customer service that's been unpredictable. This is my favorite Jamba Juice location by far and it's miles and miles away from where I live, which has 2 nearby locations. I've never seen employees so upbeat, smiling, and friendly at any Jamba Juice location until I came here. I wish I had gotten their names especially the cashier. Their greetings were so uplifting.
