Lol The Mocha Frappuccino I got from this location is good. It tasted great, and the ice was blended well. The workers are fast and friendly in this store. Everyone here truly cares about their customers & treats you like a friend. They want to know how your day is going & make you feel so welcomed. I defintely loved how they shared some of their favorite drinks & had recommendations when I was ordering. Im always indecisive so loved that they had some good things to try. Just loved how this Starbucks incorporated some of my favorite things. They have a tree wall which I loved because Im a big hiker. & all the plant decor. & cute little stools and furniture which made it so comfy. Occasionally, I have a message on my cup that says, "Go Bears". I'm not a Bears fan, but I appreciate that the employee took the time to write something on my cup. Since this Starbucks is by a high school and middle school I expected for service to be fast, however I waited 8 minutes for a peppermint mocha! Customer service is good, but they need to make their drinks faster. If your not in a rush this place is a great place to study and get things done. But if you are, just do yourself a favor and don't come too this location. You'll be better of going to the Starbucks on EG and Franklin. read more

This location is so close to my house and I hate that I only have to give it 3 stars. The service and accuracy of my drinks are never consistent. I usually do mobile orders and sadly, 70% of the time my drink order is wrong or poorly made. There have even been a couple times I called after I placed my mobile order to tell them light milk because the option on mobile ordering doesn't have it, and once I get my drink there's soooo much milk in it. When I've asked them to remake it, sometimes the baristas are not happy about it and have attitude. However, there have been times when the baristas were very friendly and happy to help. Service here compared to other locations, these baristas seem annoyed and not as welcoming. The coffee shop is always clean and there are a lot of seating areas. Just wish the service and coffee were more consistent. read more

I decided to swing by with a couple friends because I have been wanting to try the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew for a while now. My first experience getting it (at a different Starbucks location) was disappointing since they didn't know how to make it and ended up making the wrong drink... Nonetheless, I ordered the Grande Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew (~$5). The pumpkin cream on top is sweet, creamy, and light! It balanced out the bitterness of the cold brew very well. This drink will definitely get you in the Fall spirit and give you that caffeine kick you need to keep going. I used to frequent this Starbucks years ago when I was in high school & college, but now I find myself only coming here for an occasional treat or pick me up. This Starbucks can get pretty crowded in waves, especially after kids get out of school since it's near Franklin high school. Last few times I've dropped in, I've waited at a few minutes for my drink to be ready. There's plenty of tables inside and outside if you want to study or do some work but it can get pretty noisy inside. ***They're currently out of things like stoppers (so be careful if you're ordering multiple drinks & have nowhere/no one to hold them in the car!) and there was also a sign that says they're temporarily out of some food & drink items, but I think that could be the case at other locations as well. read more

We went there today at 9:30am-ish on 5/31, we went up to order drinks, the woman at the cash register just stared at me with a hostile look, eyes looked straight to me with hostile staring as if she'd jump at me. She did not say "hi", no one ounce of greeting on her face nor verbally nor through her body language. It made me feel so uncomfortable, am I the only Asian woman she's ever seen!!!? She is African American descent. After we paid for drinks, she did not say "thank you", she gave out hostile, anger vibe to me and my pal. Why Starbucks hired such an employee in this place? There are many folks with Asian heritages live in the neighbourhood and it's located in a diverse area, which I like very much. We'll never go back to this SB again. read more

I've heard this location had poor customer service, but unfortunately I tried it out and experienced it myself today. The woman working mobile, Jax, was not friendly, when I went to get the order she picked up the food, but didn't really hand it to me... instead she just set it down in front of her for me to reach across the counter. I thought it was odd and maybe an accident, but she did it again even more so with my drinks. When I asked for the stick to keep my drink warm she touched them halfway down and yet again had me reach across the counter barely making the effort to get it to me. Then a woman kindly asked about her daughters cake pop as she had been waiting a long time for it... they already had their drinks so it was odd that they'd still be waiting on an item that required just being placed in a bag. This Starbucks has its moments when it is really busy. Especially when school is in session. It's nearby 2 high schools. For the most part, there's not too much to complain about. They are clean & well kept. There is a lot of seats inside & outside. It's probably one of the larger Starbucks compared to the neighboring ones. I would recommend this Starbucks to study at. However, seating wise, there aren't tables to accommodate groups larger than 4. Their drinks are consistent & they are usually quick to make orders. I have to remove one star because I once had a mobile pick up and the two baristas were just standing & talking. I'm not sure if they noticed I was there waiting. My first Starbucks of the year! I decided to stop by for a quick pick me up this morning after a doctors appointment. The service here is always great! Super friendly and they're quick! The line was pretty long around 9am but it took about 8 minutes to order and grab my drink.. Today I wanted to try out a Tik Tok drink lol, so I got a Grande Pistachio Iced Latte with 1 pump Toffee Nut topped with Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam! Overall, the drink was good, but not the best! I heard the pistachio latte itself lacked a pistachio flavor, so I definitely thought adding toffee syrup would make it taste more nutty??? Instead, it made the drink more sweet. I'll probably order it next time without the toffee nut and see if it makes any difference. But yeah! Love the service here, they're super awesome. read more

Always busy due to the residential neighborhood; sports complex; and two surrounding high schools. Never go on a Wednesday morning as packed with high school kids that start late at 9am. I don't know how they have a Starbucks budget at that age? I barely have one!! Workers are friendly but high turnover as I rarely see the same faces for long. The staff needs to be a little more attentive. I ordered a nitro cold brew with the sweet cream. I always get a cup of ice of ice to pour it in since Starbucks can't seem to get their nitro cold brew right. There was a fly stuck in the sweet cream. I honestly don't understand how this can happen or how you can make someone's drink with out noticing a fly floating in it. I will soon be visiting another coffee chain. Pretty good location. The only downside is that it can get realllllly busy here during its prime time. I have a pretty difficult order and sometimes get a look or two when ordering, but I know my order is long. Other than that it is clean and my drinks are always made right! The staff here is amazing and so nice even when there's a ton of people here for cup day releases. They do enforce ALL covid 19 protocols which is great because most places don't. There are masks, hand sanitizer and markers on the floor that indicate where you should stand and etc. I've been going to this Starbucks for years now so I've seen employees come and go, but on the bright side is that everyone they hire is amazing. This Starbucks is a lot prettier since I went to high school here! For some reason today it is a weekday and it is really busy with LOTS of Starbucks workers. There was a table of ladies who came in after me and took chairs around my table, and so the Starbucks worker (she wasn't wearing a uniform, so I'm guessing she's one of those Starbucks workers visiting from another store because she was standing with the group of other workers at the communal table later on) sitting table next to me gave up her spot to sit at my spot which I was watching from afar to get my drink. She was writing a card at that table and had given it up to sit at my table, but if she needed that table why did she leave her own table even if she would be done in like a minute or so? I was more concerned about my stuff sitting at my table, that she decided to sit at while I stood watching as I was in line. I came back over to see the Starbucks worker was sitting almost on my laptop. When I asked her for my seat so I could enjoy my drink and work on stuff, she didn't even say "give me a moment" or anything to that effect while she was writing her card...she just looked up at me to continue writing and then left...so I don't know what that was all about... Anyway, today the barista at the counter was friendly and provided quick service. This location normally has great service and has a clean, large seating area, so I would normally give this location 5 stars. With the exception of that odd experience...4 stars. read more

One of my go to place to study there and most of the staff are friendly. Just today though I had a few incident that occurred, one of which were high school students who occupied one of the table next to mine. I had put my belongings next to their table and decided to order my usual drinks when I noticed how unaware they were to not see that I had already preserved a table. They decided to take over the table that had my belongings there and I had to get out of line to get my stuff. Of course the group of high schooler were in shocked and scared that they might be getting trouble but I told them it was fine as long as they didn't touched any of my stuff and I decided to move else where to another table. Again, the same thing happen with a different group of high schooler who were unaware that there is someone stuff on the seat and almost taken an occupied table. This time I had to tell them this table is occupied pointing to my belongings on the seat. At least they apologized compare to the first group who had the deer in the head lights look when being confronted in the most non aggressive way as possible haha. All in all, I was not annoyed with them, just wanted people to be more aware that if you see someone's belonging on a table or chair near the table, most likely it's occupied and be a little bit more aware of the near surroundings. read more

They say that caffine is bad for you and that it could lead to heart palpitations but no one has ever technically had a bloody nose or died of an O.D.
