I've been coming to this location for years, and what keeps me coming back is the consistency. The staff is professional, polite, and well-trained. You can tell there's structure and good management behind the scenes. Even when there are new hires, they don't skip a beat--everyone seems to know their role, and things run smoothly. Efficiency matters, and this place gets it. Cleanliness is another big factor for me, and this location is always spotless. Counters, floors, tables--it's all well-maintained. The A/C is also reliably blasting, which I appreciate more than I should admit. Now, let's address the elephant in the room: the pricing. I ordered two small Açaí Super Antioxidants with the extra 3g energy boost, plus a small Mango-a-Go-Go, and the total came to about $34. Was it good? Yes. Worth it? I'd say so. But I'm also budgeting in my head as I sip, because that price point is getting harder to justify. All in all, this place checks the boxes: clean, efficient, consistent, and solid customer service. Not sure why this location doesn't have a Yelp page, since they've been here for years! This is the closest location to our house but not my favorite one. There is always some kind of issue - like slow service or inconsistent quality of drinks. Pricing overall at Jamba has gone up almost double over the years. I think a smoothie used to be $4 and now it's closer to $7-8. I guess they can do that though since there aren't really any other smoothie-focused shops in the area. I try to only come when we're really craving a fruit smoothie or if there's a new seasonal flavor out. We came today to try the new "jamboba" - you can add sweet tapioca pearls or strawberry bursting boba to any drink for $1. This is pricier than a typical boba shop - most charge 50-75 cents for adding boba. Because the drinks are already pricey, the $1 addition makes it even more steep. My small Gotcha Matcha with tapioca pearls ended up being nearly $8. You can get the same size drink with better tasting boba for $5-6 total elsewhere, and a larger size wouldn't even reach $8. Boba itself at Jamba was tiny. It wasn't even comparable to the mini boba at boba shops because this wasn't even chewy. It was almost unnoticeable in my iced matcha drink, so it's even less noticeable in a blended smoothie. read more

I don't stop in often for myself. When there is company over there are a couple folks who really enjoy a tasty iced beverage from Jamba Juice and this one is very close to home. The parking is plentiful ad the staff is on their game most of the time with the occasional exception. They turn out a pretty tasty beverage and the cost is fair enough for the offerings. I see the occasional promotional offerings in the window as I drive by but it is rare that I give it more than a quick glance. As I am writing this I am getting some cravings for a beverage and just might make a stop in the next day or two. Very cool that this little strip mall has a host of other food options as well as a UPS store. Certainly a go to if Jamba is your jam! If you're not from the area there are a couple of nice parks just adjacent to this location. read more

Not the closets Jamba Juice to me, but it is the best location in Elk Grove in my opinion. They have been the most consistent. I've been coming to this location for years on my way to my church. The staff are always friendly & helpful. It's not in a big shopping center so it's not too busy. The place is always clean and well kept. The drinks and food are made in a timely matter and correctly. My favorite things to get at Jamba Juice are: Orange Dream Machine, Matcha Blast, Peanut Butter Moo'd and the pretzels. To start off my bill was 24 dollars and I was offered a 25 gift card with 5 free dollars attached to it when purchased so I went ahead and bought the gift card only to find out I can't use the 5 dollars till January witch is whatever still very miss leading. This drink is hit or miss - it's either too sour because the mangos are not ripe or it's on point! Sometimes I add in an energy boost if I need it and it actually works; you'll definitely feel rejuvenated moments later! I've tried their other flavors before but I think the Mango-Go-Go is by far the best. When I walked in I was happily greeted by a young gentlemen who seem to be doing all the work while his other two fellow employees were busy chatting. What a disaster for the Jamba Juice brand. So I walked in and ordered an *Orange Supreme 22Oz with Light ice*. At first, none of the employees there could figure out what that was (it's on the menu...so Idk why such a look). So they look at each other with blank faces and then finally figured it out. Mr. Austin started preparing the juice for me. He took 20mins to make it and guess what, it was the wrong drink. I was like "That's fine...take your time" only because I could see he's in training. The juice I ordered consists of Orange, Apple, Chia, Carrots, Banana. So now, here I was watching him prepare the juice........ He prepared the juice without the carrots, put 2 scoops of ice--at this time, I just decided to wait. I thought may be he'll add carrots later cz he isn't completely done yet. So I continue to stand there watching him prepare it... Next, he put the juice for the final stir up on the mixer (still no carrots in it). Guess what???! A lot of the juice splashed out from the mixer(so now it was no longer 22Oz) because he didn't close it properly. I still didn't say anything. Then, he put 3 more scoops of ice in it to make it 22Oz. --Its a total of 5 scoops of ice now. I still didn't say anything. Next, he puts the drink in the 22Oz plastic glass, the glass was still only 3/4th filled. So now he puts some orange juice in it (that he had squeezed before) to make it 22Oz....and asks me, "you said you want light ice, right?" In my head, I was like "Is he kidding me?" So I told him, "That's fine...you already put enough ice in it. Btw, did you put carrots in it?" He goes "Yes, I did" and handed over the drink to me. I was so furious but just said Thank You and walked off. In Summary, I totally understand that he was in training but the fact that he lied about putting carrots when I was watching him the whole time, took me aback. He was so cunning that after putting 5 scoops of ice, he had the audacity to ask me if he should put more ice to make it a light iced drink...lol. I left so disappointed that I am never returning back to this location. There Jamba juice , My name is Daniel and I was just at your establishment located on 9304 Elk Grove Blvd Ste. 160 Elk Grove CA 95624 And I was kicked out from this jamba juice location for bringing my 3 months old puppy into the store when I was carrying him on my arms. I couldn't leave him in the car in this 90* heat plus is only a baby. But my point is there's no announcements or signs where specifying that was not pets allowed in the establishment. But what upset me the most is that it was no accommodation as offering to bringing the drink for you out. So you won't bring the dog in. JJ at this location has been always busy to me at the times I go. I go during my bike ride through the trails and enjoy the smoothies on a monthly or so basis. You must know your juice ingredients! I bought a Groupon deal of five 12oz juices for $16.50 with a value of up to $5.69 each. Smoothies are also included. Not bad for a quick stop. If you want a larger size, there is no possibility to just pay extra and get more! Anyway, I juice every day, so I really know what goes into a juice and smoothie. Most of Jamba Juice's concoctions can add up to liquid candy if you're not careful. Please read the menu, caloric intake, and grams of sugar before you order I asked why they didn't offer "real kale" in their juices, but only offer POWDERED Fresh Supergreens (Organic Baby Spinach, Organic Red and Green Chard, Organic Baby Kale) - they only juice the fruits and hard veggies like carrots. Leafy veggies like kale and spinach won't go through their juicer. They do offer frozen kale for their smoothies. Just don't ask for frozen kale in your juices or you'll end up with green goo in between your teeth - trust me on this one, it's not pretty! I love the GREAT GREENS juice as it has more veggies than fruit, and the least amount of sugar 16g of all the juices. Wow! Service is great! Staff is crazy friendly, smily & energetic. Exactly the type of service I imagine a Jamba should have! This location never gets busy and always gets my drink correct. I usually get an Orange Dream Machine with Strawberries. When I visit other locations, sometimes the taste of the oranges is a little off, but this jamba is always on point. There's a bunch of schools around, so avoid the rush of high schoolers around 3-4 when school lets out cuz you may get stuck with a little bit of wait.
