I'm in town for the week and stopped in on my second day in town. Got a tumbler (50% off the smoothie with purchase). Future fill ups have been 10% off as well. The staff is friendly and fast. Despite being the 6th person in line I was still out the door in about 5 minutes. Wow! I also have an allergy and the staff is amazing about being so careful and pulling fruits from the back so there's no risk of cross contamination. I'll be back often while I'm in town. Had an opportunity to come in to Jamba Juice today with my two grandchildren. I was immediately greeted by a hard-working, kind knowledgeable gentleman named Jack. His professionalism was quite evident as he approached my two grandchildren, asking him what they would like. They each responded a chocolate mood and of course I got one too. It came in a real timely manner and delicious. The drinks were made fresh right before our eyes wow with boys happy. I love Jamba! The ginger n' greens is delicious and I love the texture of the smoothie. It's not grainy and they filled up my cup to the brim. We love Jamba and have been coming to this location for years....it's OUR Jamba place. Was just in today and ordered a full round of favs for myself and the family. Delicious as always. I'd personally like to commend "Shannon" who took our order and followed the instructions on my VISA.....which says "Please See ID" along with my signature. She got it right and I was impressed. Thank you! The place was hopping (as usual) and yet the crew was totally in sync. Calling out the orders, working as a team. I love it. I disagree with the previous reviewers who say, "It's corporate or they don't need to be welcomed three times" etc. I think with so many places that have a less than welcoming attitude....Jamba stands out as the exception. And I believe the crew in there is truly hyped up and happy to be working there. I believe this because we have gone in when it has been slow and had some great talks getting to know the "kids" behind the counter. Why not relax and let a little of that enthusiasm rub off on you? As for the boosts? I don't do 'em. Nobody in my family does them. Hence, no powdery problem. Just go for the straight smoothie. It might be corporate, but I also appreciate how clean everything is kept here. Downright immaculate. Also like how you can get your old favs even if they are no longer on the menu. Also like some of their new offerings like the steel cut oatmeal...although I could eat just that topping and keep going back for more....eat some with the oatmeal and go back again.....and again...GOD...I love that stuff!!! Even with 8 employees we still managed to get poor slow service. Employee got our name wrong then proceeded to hand out other drinks disregarding the fact we hadn't gotten our drinks then didn't apologize for getting our name wrong. The managers should really consider quality over quantity when hiring. read more

At least 2x a week I order the same thing from the location on N HWY 97, Caribbean passion w/Pom juice no strawberries add extra peach. I realize this is a little complicated but most cashiers are more than happy to help with my order. At this location the women working told me they can't make that drink so I explained politely again how to make it. The girl scoffed at me and proceeded to put in my order. it was aweful. music was so loud they couldn't even get the order right. i had to make two orders and when i got them they were still wrong. they couldn't hear me, i couldn't hear them. we tried to go outside and it was the same. i lost twenty dollars. the orders were for hospital patients, they couldn't drink them due to citric and seeds. stupid, stupid, stupid...never again. read more
