Life is just too short to keep giving this place a chance. I don't need to be waiting for 15 minutes so they can flirt with the driver ahead of me and make me late for picking up my grandson and work. I am really upset. I was the second person in line and the first car had a pretty lady in it. She was laughing at Everything they were telling her I actually could tell that they were at least four people who were working in the Dutch Bros and they all seem to be flirting with her which is fine I don't have any problem with that, but please be aware when there are at least two cars behind them. After 10 minutes, I wanted to start crying because I knew my grandson was waiting. I always give him iced tea and a sticker he always knows when it's the first Wednesday. I noticed the lady in front of me wasn't getting any drinks at all, but then they handed her a little steamer and a medium drink and even then she didn't drive off for another five minutes. And she finally drove off and I got up to the counter, this one young man just said sorry about that I di say that it was very frustrating, but he didn't care. I paid full price for the stupid iced tea, I think they should've given us a discount for having us wait soo long. My grandson was upset with me for being late which I wouldn't have been there plenty of time. This is so frustrating and the stickers just not worth it. It's like they don't even try anymore. I'm gonna have a serious talk with my grandson and tell him that maybe from now on I will just bring him my iced tea which is always delicious, and I will just buy some nice stickers Isn't it? Went and got a coffee and a rebal the girl that took our order pass off the tablet for the tip and the tip price went up.then started making the order gave us the rebal and was completely wrong the co worker had to fix it. Then it took about 5 minutes to get the coffee from the girl who took our order because she was takling to a person in the other window."lil to friendly" then, when she gave me my coffee, it was wrong as well. I got an iced coffee and while the coffee was good, there was WAY too much ice - it was filled to the very top and there was hardly any coffee. So if you want to get the amount of coffee you should with an iced drink, be sure to ask for light ice! read more

Ugh! I waited in line for a good 10 minutes, expecting an astronomical drink. this dutch brothers is usually great, but today it was just crap. My friend ordered a Dinosaur Egg and asked for it to be the frost, and blended. it came out like this! what in the heck is the purple floating around in the drink? it's so sweet and tastes like garbage. 10/10 DONT recommend. better off getting starbucks!! read more

I have been to every Dutch Brothers on 3rd Street.. My husband loves their coffee, so we go quite often. I have asked for extra hot coffee every time and I have only gotten "hot" coffee 10% of the time. I will no longer be patronizing the business because they also have given me the wrong size and flavors. The Baristas need to be trained better and not "chat" to each other so much! read more

By far the BEST and most CONSISTENT Beverages I have ever experienced. There is already reviews for the one on SE 3rd, but in regards to the one on NE3rd the baristas there ROCK.... During one of our visits, the 2nd day we went by the guy and gal there already rememberd our drinks. The shots are perfect, the flavoring PERFECTION...and again I cant emphasize enough....CONSISTENT!!!! You wont find that at ANY other coffe shop, or at least the ones that I have experienced..... Stopped in at the beginning of a seven hour drive to fuel up with caffeine. The delightful employee who came out to take our order was so sweet. We told her it was our first visit to Dutch Bros and she gave us great advice about their menu and all our options. Then, to our delight she comped all four of our coffees. We had just gotten into Bend and were pretty tired after a day of traveling, so after googling "coffee" I found Dutch Brothers. Being from the east coast I had never heard of it. We pulled up to the drive thru and chatted with the very friendly girl, and it wasn't like she was being fake nice, she was just genuinely happy and easy to talk to. Well, b/c it was our first time at Dutch Brothers ever, she gave us our coffee on the house, and told us to enjoy! So nice!! We are from Washington Starbuck country, however we are crazy about all the Dutch Bro's and love to hit it up when in Oregon. We haven't found one yet that wasn't friendly professional and fun. We frequented Dutch Bros while here on vacation from So. Cal. Sadly, back home it's hard to find a good coffee place with SB on every corner. Dutch Bros was a refreshingly good cup of Joe. My husband loved the espresso, rich full flavored and not burnt tasting. My daughter loved the Double Torcher - delicious is best way to describe it. Only bummer after vacation ends we won't have Dutch Bros Coffee until we return to Oregon one day. read more

Dutch Bros is a great coffee chain in the Pacific NW and Arizona. Their coffee is good and consistent. It's not the best cup ever, but it's solidly above average and convenient. They service is always upbeat and quick. They have a card 'loyalty program' and free stickers at the kiosks - which is fun. I don't know why you would go to a Starbucks if you have access to a Dutch Bros. They're a locally-owned franchise, which means your dollars stay local. Keep an eye out for their specials and fundraisers! read more

If you like coffee from Denny's or Dunkin Donuts, you'll love Dutch Bros Coffee. This company now has locations all over the West and caters to those folks who grew up on Folger's and Maxwell House. Obviously, Dutch Bros serves what some people consider good coffee... or perhaps these customers believe that going here is some form of anti-corporate statement against Starbucks and the boutique coffee shops. Out of necessity, my wife and I pulled into a Dutch Bros drive-thru on two occasions. We were very disappointed both times. Candidly, we found the coffee undrinkable. Im not sure what is going on here whenever I visit. The people who work here are drinking way too much of the product! Super personable and in your face (which some people im sure love). Warm coffees are terrible here, way too much sugar and syrups. Frozen drinks are good but I think it is because they are expected to be sweet. 5 Stars for Service, staff are so friendly and make this place stand out far from any other coffee place. I give 2 stars though because the drinks are beginning to get more and more expensive, to points where an iced drink shouldn't cost $4 for mediums, blended drinks cost $5 as mediums. Everything is getting to be a little too pricy for what it is. Drinks are good though, not as good as they cost. My biggest complaint is the cups that crack, and leak. 6 times in the last couple months i have gotten a drink, and don't notice until i get to my destination that the beverage is leaking everywhere in my car. Getting too expensive and the cups are kinda cheap. Will still stay a loyal customer anyways because nothing can replace dutch read more

I've been going to Dutch Bros for at least 12 years. This was my favorite coffee shop and the quality used to be amazing. I never missed a day except Christmas when they aren't open, but now it's very hit or miss with the coffee. Usually my drink is not too yummy anymore. I am a coffee lover and I rarely go to Dutch these days. I wish the quality espresso would make a return. The service is great though. I like the upbeat friendliness of the staff. The baristas are so nice to chat with and so I feel bad writing this but if this was my business I'd want to know that some people feel the quality just isn't there anymore. So Dutch Bros please improve to the quality of the old days! My family feels the same way and we miss you! read more

I never went to a Dutch Bros before moving to Bend. Now I stop by here every morning on my way to work. These staff is here is ALWAYS stoked and moving quickly. If I'm having a rough morning I always leave feeling better (and highly caffeinated). Real people here and they are quick to catch on to what you like best. The quality of the coffee can leave you wanting more but the people and the service at this location is one of the best in business. You will not be disappointed. read more
