The staff was very customer service oriented and helpful as I was out of town and in need of a battery replacement and minor maintenance! The staff was so helpful, I would rather make the drive to Arizona, just for the routine maintenance and excellent customer service I have received. read more

I've had a rush of bad luck when it came to Bagheera, my 2020 Jaguar F-Pace, from a broken console lid (courtesy of my 120lb German Shepherd) to a perfectly timed flat tire on a Monday morning. BUT!!! James the Service Advisor at Jaguar of Chandler came to my rescue each time! He was persistent in getting a new lid that was on back order and diligent with his communication in getting me in/out with a timely replacement. Then he showed 5-star service again when my car came in a few weeks later on the spare by getting me a great deal on two new tires (the flat was covered under warranty yay!) as well as a fresh oil change. Each time he delivered Bagheera back shiny and clean. It's always a great experience with the folks there in service and the best part is it's consistent! read more

It was so easy dropping my Jaguar F Pace off with James Nicoloff. They took care of my car like it belonged to them. James made sure the tech covered all the bases and provided a timeline of what I'd be needing next over the course of the 6 months given the warranty that was in place to cover the service. Everyone I worked with at Jaguar Land Rover Chandler went out of there way to accommodate what I needed. read more

Recently bought a trade in from this dealer and the experience was great. No pressure, no games. The transaction simply went smoothly, they were very professional, and they did everything they said they were going to do. read more

I brought my Land Rover from this dealership and had the best experience ever. Nice people that treated me with great curtesy and the best service. read more

Just so everyone is aware this dealership, per their owner Penske Automotive Group, participates in a very gray area practice called Matrix Pricing, where they take the MSRP of parts and mark them up even higher than what the manufacturer says they should be charging. This causes brand loyalty issues especially for customers having their vehicles repaired as insurance companies only pay MSRP on parts so the vehicle owner is left paying the difference on these, which in turn looks bad on the brand. Just a friendly PSA. read more

I recently bought a Range Rover from this dealership, and I was so pleased with the way they handled the deal and treated us. My sales rep Plamen, was very professional and showed out most care in pleasing us. Finance Rep Mike, was also very helpful and knowledgeable and put us at ease through the deal. Great experience! I've been taking my Jaguar for service ever since they opened this location. All of the staff are professional yet friendly, and the place is always immaculate - though I've been there only 3-4 times, as contrary to popular belief, Jaguar is pretty reliable (I'm driving my third Jag so I know)!! read more

Stopped by to consider purchasing a E-Type Jaguar. I love arriving dressed down in places like these; jeans, t-shirt, flip-flops and tattoos exposed....to give them the perception of just a regular Joe looking at a high end vehicle, just to see how they will treat me. The stereotype lived up to its name. I asked for the invoice on the vehicle... they said they're a MSRP dealer only. That works... they're not the only dealer in AZ... or the country for that matter. And FYI... don't ever pay MSRP for any vehicle, the mark-up is outrageous. Needless to say, another dealer was happy to deal with me and treat me with the respect as if I were the CEO. FYI Gentleman, I'm doctorally educated. read more

I bought a used car from these guys (not even a jag or RR) the sales man plamen stayed late on a Sunday with us. he and Gavin the sales manager followed up with me unsolicited every day for the next week to make sure everything was good. They even took the used car back after about 100 miles and detailed it and filled it with gas for me. I am typically not a big car dealership fan but these guys are tops in my book. I would recommend giving them a try if you are in the market. Thanks a lot Gavin and Plamen read more

We were a little early and they took our XF in for its 5 year service right away. Very polite, spotless and accommodating facility and fast service. I couldn't have been more pleased with their service department. read more

We helped our son buy a 2017 Jaguar XE in April 2021 from Bill Luke SanTan. It had 43k miles and was still under the factory warranty (Jaguar provides a longer than standard warranty compared to industry). An issue with a speaker developed, and we took it to Chandler Jaguar for warranty service. They told us it was a door panel - not the speaker - and the panel was not covered under the factory warranty. They also told us it needed new rear brakes right away - a cost of $1000. The Service Rep told us to take it back to Bill Luke since it was recently purchased. We did - they inspected the brakes - told us they were perfect and needed nothing. We confirmed with another mechanic. They also said the speaker was failing - not the door panel that Chandler Jaguar had identified. Chandler lost our business forever with the one visit. Buyer beware! The staff that handled our service were either incompetent or can not be trusted. read more

Walked in looking for a car and no one even said hello or showed any interest in us. Had a guy sitting at a desk just looking at a computer looked at us and just went back to the screen. Horrible attitude and work ethic in my opinion. Need to work on customer service. Maybe some racism or judgmental people at this dealership read more

I always come here for my services and the staff is incredibly nice. The best part is they're quick! Earl is my go to guy and J.T. Townsmend (might have mispelled) is the biggest gentleman I know. He is always positive and opens the door for me. I am always happy to bring my car here. read more

I was here the beginning of January, and I received the worst customer service! Stay away from this dealership. I won't be back. I'm thankful I never traded my car in here. You can't even look at cars without being hassled. I went to the north Scottsdale location after I went here and received way better service. Don't waste your time here. You won't be happy. Jaguar Chandler has the worst service ever. Watch out! If you leave them a bad review, they try to get it removed! read more

We just bought an F Pace several days ago and I wanted some accessories for my beautiful new vehicle. So my husband and I googled to find the closest Jaguar dealership. Well, we just left from there and we have never been treated so poorly. When we walked in we saw several salesmen that decided to just stare at us while we stood at the front desk looking around for help. No one attempted to say hello or even come up to us. So we decided to wander around and we found the accessories towards the back. I found several items I wanted to purchase...but still there was no acknowledgment. Then finally we saw a salesman walking towards us. He made no eye contact (except for a glance) and hurried passed us without a word until I asked if there was someone that could help us. His response was, "For what?" Are you kidding me?? No smile, no "oh I apologize, I'd be happy to help you"...How disrespectful and rude! Needless to say we are extremely disappointed that this is how we were treated after purchasing our first Jaguar. We will from now on be taking our Jaguar business elsewhere and will be sharing our negative experience regarding this dealership with all our friends and family. read more

I walked in and was politely greeted by a sweet young lady at the front desk, I asked her if it was possible to test drive an E-PACE. That is when I met Mr. Prodanov (Plamen is his first name). This guy knows his stuff and was efficient! I wasn't wanting to "buy", if anything I wanted to lease... we "ran" numbers & within no time, I am a proud owner of a JAGUAR!! I could not be happier. They drove my other car home for me - there is not anything they won't do! Btw, Gavin thank you for making this as smooth as possible & for the treats!! You guys are AMAZING!!!! read more

Thanks to Jim and Dustin at Jaguar of Chandler for addressing our car maintenance needs. After a service hiccup, they really turned it around and provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to ensure my wife's XF was ready and safe to drive. Chandler Jaguar is on point. Pleman my salesman to the service guys Mel, Earl and Bobbie that I dealt with. A touch of class with a down to earth attitude..great balance. I'm currently considering buying another vehicle from them as when you enter, you're approached with some professionalism versus a bunch of wolves trying to figure their head from their a**. Very impressed gentlemen. read more

I've bought more than 20 cars in my life, but no dealership has ever provided the level of professionalism, attention and courtesy that I received from Jaguar Land Rover Chandler. Bouvier Brandon made the process extremely easy, he is a no-nonsense car guy with tons of experience and dedicated to making your car buying experience a pleasant one. I would definitely buy from these guys again! read more

Excellent experience from the moment we got on lot. Told salesman (Robert) what we were looking for and target price. Showed us options and did not try and push/upsell us into something we were not comfortable with. Final price negotiations were straight forward and no back and forth games being played, which we appreciated. Had a couple concerns with vehicle post sale, due to a miscommunication on some features, and issues were handled quickly and professionally by sales manager (Gavin). How you are treated by sales staff post sale is a big indicator on how much a dealership cares about your business. Chandler Jag did not disappoint. read more

I recently purchased a new Jag from this dealership and it was truly the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone - from the sales person, sales manager, finance manager, to the GM - was a pleasure to work with. I never felt hassled and I feel very good about the deal I received on the purchase price and my trade-in. For being a new location, they really had everything organized and the process was seamless. If you are in the market for a Jag or Land Rover, I highly recommend this dealership. read more

I went in to just test drive a car and came out an owner. Every one was exceptionally nice, from the car dealer to the service guy. Everyone made my boyfriend and myself feel very comfortable and at home. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car. read more

My husband and I just recently bought a car from Jaguar Land Rover Chandler and it was by far the best experience we have had in purchasing a car. From the moment Plamen picked up the telephone to answer our many questions about the vehicle, to his hard work in closing the deal, we were treated honestly and felt like VIPs ! The paperwork was effortless on our part as Chad, the finance manager, had everything prepared and ready to be signed off. The service was so spectacular that we made the 4 1/2 hour drive to purchase the car and Plamen was waiting outside the dealership to greet us in the 90 degree plus weather as we drove up to the lot. The car was exactly as advertised. Just when we thought it couldn't get any better we received a follow up call the following morning from Plamen making sure we had made it back home safely and that all was well with our new purchase.
