The service is run by locals who know what they're doing. The menu features true-to-form, authentic Thai street food--nothing is modified for American palates, which I appreciated so much! Portions are huge and seriously filling. It's definitely on the pricier side, but the quality, flavor, and generous serving sizes make it totally worth it. We finished off the meal with the Mango Sticky Rice (one of my absolute favorite desserts), and it was pure perfection. Loved every single bit of this experience!

The noodles were absolutely delicious, packed with flavor. They do spicy on a scale through five, we opted for four out of five for the noodles, I thought we could've gone even one spice level higher. For the curry, we did three out of five, and definitely could've done a spice level higher. The spice scale is definitely catered toward people who like less spicy food, so rest assured three or four is still fairly mild in spice. The quantity of the curry was actually quite small, however, the presentation was beautiful. It was also delicious in taste. Ambience: The restaurant is very ethnic and beautifully decorated. It is a great date spot. It's very clean, and food came out quickly. Service: Our server was incredibly professional and very polite. He gave great suggestions. I really appreciated that he went out of his way and got the spice jars for us to adjust the spice level of our food. Something else that I always give credit for is that they pack up any leftover food that you have. Phenomenal service.

The ambience looked nice at first, but upon entering I realized it was a bit dated. The service was fast but the servers weren't super friendly or anything. The food was average at best. One of my favorite parts was actually the wintermelon soup that comes with the meal. It had such a comforting, home cooked quality to it and was the perfect complement to the chicken and rice. The food here has that feeling of traditional Thai home cooking rather than being overly polished or adjusted for a more generic restaurant palate. Everything tasted fresh, comforting and very well prepared. It's the kind of meal that feels simple but incredibly satisfying, especially when you're craving something that tastes homemade. Really enjoyed this spot and would definitely come back for the chicken and rice and that wintermelon soup.

It can only be described as not only a meal, but an experience. Kao Mung Gai Hainanese Chicken: SAUCES WERE EXQUISITE. I would buy them if they jarred them. One was a spicy sauce and the other was an oil based ginger/garlic sauce and wow...drooling just thinking about it. Chicken was moist and came with a good amount of veges to round out the dish. Was blown away by this place ! A 10/10 must try if you're in Seattle. Two meals + a drink = ~$60 w tip. Pretty reasonable for quality, portions and city prices.

PHAD SEE EIW - 16.50 + chicken This is my go-to dish at Thai restaurants since it's always a reliable option. Kin Len was no different. The noodles were soft and chewy, with a nice balance of savory and sweet flavors. They also don't skimp on the chicken or Chinese broccoli, which made this a pretty satisfying portion. BATTERED CHICKEN RED CURRY - 17.75 Wow! I'm not usually a fan of fried foods, but the batter on the chicken was surprisingly light and flaky. The red curry was incredibly savory and aromatic, with a ton of flavor. Even after sitting for about half an hour, the chicken held up pretty well despite becoming a bit soggy. This was incredibly tasty, and I'd highly recommend, especially since it's one of the dishes they're known for. Between the two dishes, this was more than enough food for two people, and I know my friend can eat! We probably would've been OK ordering just the battered chicken red curry, but I'm definitely not complaining about leftovers. The portions and pricing at Kin Len are both very reasonable, and I'd definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the Fremont area.

The drunken noodles however still maintain the quality and taste as it was, so kudos to that. Service wise is just average. I ordered the Lamb Massanam with Roti. It sounded delectable on the menu, and as a lamb enthusiast, I did not hesitate to order it. It was the worst lamb dish I've had in recent memory. At least in the Washington state area. It was practically inedible and way too overcooked. My friend also ordered the same dish, and we acknowledged each other in unison, shaking our heads in sheer disappointment. The broth was nice, and it was good pairing with the roti and white rice. But the lamb was a sheer and utter disaster. Way too overcooked and the meat tasted old. So sinewy and dry, and it had no resemblance of the lamb flavor. Maybe it was a bad batch, sure. But I left the restaurant feeling so dissatisfied and angry that I paid that much for a poorly executed dish. That lamb was not good at all. 2 stars, just because I feel like the other dishes probably met expectations. But wow, what a disappointment.
