This place has changed ownership for the worse with higher prices, less food and absolutely terrible quality and taste. Asian husband and wife owners are both disrespectful, unappreciative, rude and liars. The place is a dump and falling apart and should be condemned. read more

The Jade USED to be fun. They now have a three drink maximum and is filled with Billerica trash. The fat gross girls who couldn't hang out in a real bar go here so they won't get judged. Lately, the food is either under or over cooked. It's odd because it always hasn't been this way. When I go for Chinese, I enjoy crab ragoons and chicken fingers. This place has the worst out of all the several Chinese places in Billerica (opt for Rick's instead - who is cheaper too!). I do however, enjoy their boneless pork strips on 50/50 shot they are cooked right. There's also one NASTY waitress who usually works the lounge. Don't feel bad if you don't tip her. No one does. I know this sounds really mean... and then I give it an astounding 3/5 stars. The drinks are very good if you are aiming to get drunk (like the rest of Billerica). read more

Went there for the first time being under new ownership. I got all the way home to find the wrong order. I called and was told to bring my food back so they could check it. I did and the owner said "I'm sorry". They offered to replace my order and gave me a $5 gift certificate which didn't even cover the gas I wasted. When I got back home I found that they only replace the items that were wrong in my tidbit so everything else was cold. Also, my daughter found a staple in between her Crab Rangoon. Not planning to go back anytime soon since the prices have gone up quite a bit and they even charge now for the hit oil. read more

Jade Pacific I miss you so. I promise I haven't forgotten about you, you just are so far away from me now : ( Best Chinese food. hands down. Don't come here if you are looking for fresh, healthy, ornate dishes. Come here if you want large reasonably priced portions of greasy delicious Chinese food. Oh and also for their incredibly delicious, boozy, cheap drinks. I recommend the Mai tai. Waitstaff is friendly and while they barely speak English, they will get your order correct and if you start coming now and again, will remember your name and your usual order. Local regulars at the bar all the time including the "Santa Claus" guy that after a few too many Mai tais and a few too many years of going there, I thought I should introduce myself to since he was ALWAYS there. I used to come here and sit in the lounge with a group of friends for nights out or food and drinks before heading into Boston. If i didn't live an hour away I would probably be sitting in the windowless tacky place now sipping a Mai tai and eating Chun Lu Beef. read more

Use to be an amazing place with friendly staff. Now sense the ew powers something's always wrong with my takeout. I pay for things that never get. Glad you have order accuracy but it doesnt matter how many times you say it if you dont give the items.... I'm looking for a new place read more

I got some take out on New Years Eve. The place was packed. After eating the food, I assume people were there for the drinks. I will not eat here again. There are so many better Chineses food restaurants in the area I do not know why anyone would choose this one. read more

I used to go there frequently with an ex. We'd sit in the bar and down scorpion bowls, which were generous with alcohol. Sometimes we'd do crab rangoons, but usually we just drank and watched sports. After we split up, I stopped going there mostly out of fear I'd run into him. I finally mustered up the courage to go in with a friend, and we chose the restaurant side and ordered meals, but no alcohol. It was pretty bad food. Maybe it just requires being smashed to be enjoyable, or maybe my taste buds were tainted by memories of my ex. Either way I probably wont go back... read more

The crispy chicken is my favorite dish. This is one of the best Chinese restaurants around as far as the food is concerned. if your heading there for drinks, bring a DD as they are STRONG! Best scorpion bowl I've had by far. The restaurant itself is outdated and doesn't look like it would be a good take from the outside, but definitely a jewel in the rough. read more

If you plan on going to the Jade Pacific stick with going for lunch & not dinner. I went there for dinner last night & was totally disappointed,. It took forever to get waited on, we ordered sodas which came after the food (& after reminding the waitress ) the chicken fingers were over cooked & the waitress checked on us after we finished our meal ( I wanted another soda but didn't get the chance). I've had lunch there many times & although the service is always hit or miss it's never been that bad & the lunch specials are really good; they don't have any real dinner specials which is disappointing. read more

I don't know why i keep going back to this place. Every time I get food I swear I will never eat here again. The best way to put it is the food is gross. Every time I end up throwing this garbage away and sitting on my toilet for a bit. If you want a stiff drink and hang out with townies, this is your spot Every time I've been, the same faces are at the bar literally. I suggest the owners make the cook smoke his cigarettes around the corner and not standing in the doorway of the kitchen which is right on Boston road Will I eat here again.? Probably. Then get mad at myself and swear I will never eat here again read more

I'm giving it 5 stars for the drinks & their prices and -2 stars for the food. The food tastes okay after the drinks, but the next day, when you're sober, uggh. When and why did pupu platters get so freaking expensive? This place wants $40 for one for four people? Crazy. What an unusual business strategy: cheap drinks, expensive & mediocre food. read more

Great place to have quality Chinese food. The portions are large and delicious. I always get dinner 'A' and for lunch always number '22'. They have excellent Chinese tea that I drink an entire tea pot of it. I highly recommended it! read more

Food is okay, just okay, but service is not. I used to go there from time to time out of convenience, but the last time I was there was when they just opened and the owner said it would be a couple of minutes. After a half hour, I left and went somewhere else. Wait staff is cold and unfriendly also. The place is always noisy because of the drunks at the bar, so negative points for ambiance. I'm not going back considering all the good Chinese food places around. read more

Trashy yet delicious. Great lounge area for late night chinese food and drinks. It's definitely one of the better choices in the Burlington-Billerica area. Prices are moderate. Avoid the Burlington Jade at all costs! Billerica Jade Pacific is just right! read more

Service was horrible. Food was gross! Drinks were strong but not very tasty. I will never go back here.

The Jade is a must in Billerica. It is a legit place. I've been there a bunch of times and was always happy with the food. It's fresh and the workers there are very nice! It's also a cool restaurant. They have a nice waiting area/lobby and the restaurant as a whole is just a cool place. Go! read more

Old school chinese restaurant...Looks like a big bar crowd but also does a big takeout and dine in business. Exterior is nothing to write home about... Food was fair. Appetizers were really greasy especially the battered items like chicken fingers and fried shrimp. Safe bet place but don't expect to be "Wow" with the food or service. read more

I am not crazy about this location but the food is decent. I would not go out of my way to go here knowing their is a Buffett down the street ( I am a fat girl at heart) read more

Jade has delicious food, I've never been into the restaurant and always opted for delivery. Delivery is always pretty quick and they were nice enough to bring extra plates , bowls and silverware when I told them I had just moved in. Highly recommend the dumplings! Legitimately some of the best dumplings ive had. If you like scallion pancakes they have some of the best sauce with it, I usually ask for extra :) read more

The absolute best dive Chinese food place in Billerica, and anywhere. If you're looking for stir fry, sushi or any kind of real Chinese food don't go here. This place has American Chinese food. I am a huge fan of Tidbit #4. Sometimes the chicken fingers have too much breading, but the beef teriyaki is really good. I highly recommend the white mai-tai. It's not on the menu, but they make it and holyshit it is strong! I've never had more than two, but this is a somewhat recent discovery of mine. The drinks are super strong, and a man strongly resembling Kenny Rogers is at the bar 96% of the time. AND it's mad cheap. read more

Jade Pacific is not the most glamorous establishment. The walls have not been cleaned in ages, the ladies bathroom is always FREEZING cold, and some of the upholstery on the chairs is ripping. The truth of the matter is, their drinks are AMAZING, the waitstaff is wonderful, the food ranges from fresh and excellent to questionable, and the bar is always full of life. Prices are more than reasonable. I have been going to this restaurant for 25 years now. The restaurant side has windows- lots of windows against the wall facing the parking lot. The waiter, Mike, is seriously the best waiter that we have ever met. He always goes above and beyond. I love this restaurant. Try a mai tai- you'll be hooked for life. ;) :) read more

Definitely not the best atmosphere but the food is DELICIOUS and AFFORDABLE!! Yum :)

Not a big fan of crappy Chinese food. The food is mediocre and the service is slow. But the place is open quite late in the night.

Best American Chinese in Billerica, but not very good when compared to any restaurant outside of town. However the service is very good so, there's that. read more

Overall just seems dirty (plates, table etc), food was well below par. The only thing that tasted ok was the beef teriyaki but seemed to be reheated. The drinks were strong as expected. read more

First off, let's all thank Reuben for perfecting the mai tai. Now, let's also give some love to Phil, Kelly and Ginny. Now the food: Hope you came hungry, because the portions are intense. Lunch and dinner specials are beyond huge. Overall, the quality of food is on-par with the best in the area. Their spare ribs and teriyaki are always a crowd favorite. The scallion pancakes are also quite good. Catering prices are beyond compare. Stop by the bar, have a few drinks and soak in the ambiance that only the Jade can offer. (Think 1960's decor, but in a relaxed, friendly setting) read more

Greasy & kinda dirty... but good food and the place is always hopping the real attraction is the bar.

This is the restaurant you want to go to if you want burnt lo mein and terrible treatment. They allow you into the bar and limit your drinks based on your appearance and age. I have come in completely sober and have been turned away for being "too drunk." I have also witnessed them serving me one drink, stating it is last call, and continuing to serve people after I have been told I am no longer able to purchase drinks. Terrible service and terrible judgment. Do not finance this business. read more

We had a fund-raising event today at our school. We had ordered food from this place - we got several reviews from our students that they loved the food - chicken fingers, beef teriyaki, pork fried rice and chicken wings. Thank you very much ! We look forward to dealing with you again. read more

Alabama (where I live) has avery limited choice for Chinese food. I grew up in Billerica (about half a mile from the Jade) and they make the Chinese food I remember. Whenever I'm up that way, My Cousins, Aunts, Uncles and Friends always have to make at least one trip to the Jade. The prices are good the staff are attentive and the portions are gargantuan. The last time we went, we had 18 people, the bar bill was $100 and the food was $200, that's just over $20 a person for food and we had to carry two grocery bags of leftovers with us. Next time I get back up there, Jade is on the menu! read more

Been going here with my family for 20 years - Great Food - Great Prices - Huge portions - - My favorite place for Chinese!

I've been going here since I was very little, and I've seen they have awesome service, great food, and great prices. After prom, me and my friends went, and they were still open! It's just an awesome place to eat. The lunch specials are outrageously cheap, as well. It does get pretty loud on Friday nights though in the bar area (its segregated from the dining area), but what place wouldn't be like that? This place is also good for seating groups, no matter what time of day. read more

I've never left a yelp review before but tonight is a first for me I walked into the Jade Pacific restaurant in Billerica at around 11:30 PM I was bowling in my regular league and decided to stop in to the restaurant and order one mai tai and some food with my father and my two cousins. I have been coming to this restaurant since I was a child with my grandparents my uncle that travels here from Florida and other family members. I've never felt so offended in any of my restaurant experiences including all of my Chinese food restaurant experiences, and I am an avid restaurant goer. When I walked into the restaurant I was told that I wouldn't be allowed in and the restaurant was closing. And this was as there were people outside smoking cigarettes and the entire bar area was full. It was completely unnecessary for him to do that we are all over the age of 23 and had proper identification to prove that. So to anyone choosing to go to The Jade Pacific in Billerica Massachusetts please invest your money in an average Chinese food restaurant somewhere else close by. I promised the person that I would write a detailed yelp review so this is why I would give zero stars to this restaurant, and will never be attending ever again and will also be telling my family to never attend again. read more

Run! If you eat here you're crazy! Unless you are just drunk! As you drive by this place, you can see the kitchen door, all scummy looking and filthy from the street. The cooks stand out and smoke. I'm sure never washing hands! They drag trash out, clean chickens outside of door in the street. I ate in there once and the ladies restroom toilet was overflowing. I told host. He told guy in kitchen (I'm sure was a COOK!) who walked out of kitchen with a dirty plunger! Omg! Disgusting and unsanitary. Plunger not bagged up to and from restroom AND brought back to kitchen. This has to be a health code violation! If they do that in FRONT of you, what do they do when you're not looking? It is the grimiest looking place ever! Run! Food mediocre at best. Unless you're meeting someone to get drunk only and you don't care to impress, then go ahead! Lol! Seems they are giving people filth and not sure why people are settling for less? So all drunkies need apply! Oh and hate to even give one star. read more

Inconsistent hours, constantly changing kitchen hours/last call. Google says they are open till 2am but last call & kitchen closed by 11. They profile based on looks and age. Owner is incredibly rude and not helpful whatsoever. read more

Terrible ambiance, not so great service, gross bathrooms. My boyfriend and I sat at the bar for 15 mins before the people before us glasses got cleared away from the spot and anyone asked what we wanted to drink. The food is just mediocre Chinese food. Would not rush back. read more

I've been coming here for 20+ years. I will know longer be coming here. Since the new ownership took over the prices have gone up as much as 40% on some things and the portions have decreased by 15- 20%. I spoke to the manager and she would not let me finish a sentence. The boneless spare ribs where a good size piece of pork, now just a thin strip. The crab rangoon used to be smaller but stuffing had more crab. Now is filled with cream cheese and you can't taste the crab. The beef teriyaki used to be a large piece of beef with a light sauce and now are only half the size. The lunch specials used to be available on weekends and now they are not. The manager tried to tell me that the other restraints don't offer there lunch specials on the weekends. I pointed out that the other places offered buffets. I also added asked if she wanted to be like all the Asian resteraunts or do you want to stand apart? Got no response. read more

Pu pu platter was horrible, I swear we found a hair in the chicken wings, the chicken lo mein was drg and almost flavorless, and the scallion pie was ehhhh! Will not go back and will DEFINETELY NOT recommend!!! read more

I'd rate this place no stars if I could. The quality of the food served here could be compared to old ratty gym sneakers. The pork strips are dry and flavorless. The food comes out cold and if you complain about the quality and ask for it to be fixed, it isn't and they will call the police on you when you say you won't pay for food that was that way and that you didn't eat. read more

Drinks are very good and strong as a group most of the people I got with say the maitais are great and scorpion bowls too. Very strong for a good price. . I personally enjoy the beef teriyaki chicken teriyaki and boneless. The other with much fsn fare egg Foo Yong also very popular. Michael is our regular waiter so as we file in he knows the drink orders when he sees us. read more
