I have visited the Grand Central and other locations before as I have loved these cookies since visiting Mr. Chocolate's second NYC location on Hudson St. Dumbo was the first location he opened. This is a large and well set up store with excellent staff and so many products available. We of course took away multiple cookies and some dark chocolate. I appreciate that it is explained where the chocolate is sourced from. The cookies were amazing and are definitely a favorite of mine!

First timers and we stumbled upon it literally 5min till close. Ran in to see what was available the lady was so kind I wish I had asked her name. She took her time explaining and we ended up with macarons and chocolate bark. Very excited to try them when we get back to our hotel but let me just say the HOT CHOCOLATE alone is worth a trip here. I will be back for his famous cookies and a signed cookbook. My kids were so excited to see his store in real life since we are all big NAILED IT! fans. 10000/10 make a point to stop here when in the area

I only tried the chocolate chip cookie but didn't think it was particularly good. The texture was hard but not crisp and the flavor was pretty standard for a chocolate chip cookie. Their other items might be better but I wouldn't recommend their cookie.

such decadent hot chocolate!! rich, thick, and a great value. there is some comfortable seating inside and the service was so friendly and excellent. if you're lucky, you may also find a staff member handing out some chocolate samples outside the store :)

This was a good experience. The chocolate chip cookie was good but was a little hard. If you dip it in the classic hot chocolate it is a great bite. The service was super friendly. The hot chocolate is very rich and tasty.

Best hot chocolate hard down. Just my luck, Jacques himself served me hot chocolate! Amazing! I was as struck! I see him on TV all the time! Love this place! Great service!

Amazing! I love chocolate but am pretty picky... this place had incredibly good plain chocolate bars (I had the dark) and the two bon bons/ truffles I tried were delicious! I had the dark espresso and the gf dark almond crunch. Friendly staff as well. If you like chocolate I would stop here! Also it wasn't insanely priced!

Food: 4/5 I've had the pleasure of trying there delicious chocolate cookies, hot chocolate and there caramel and chocolate covered popcorn. All which are Belgium dark and regular chocolate. And it's SO GOOD! My goodness. The chocolate taste so rich and fresh. Service: 5/5 Staff are friendly, attentive and greet you upon walking in which means a lot. Ambiance: 3/5 Nothing to fancy but they have a wide space for seating and to eat. There are an array of different chocolate variations to choose from. You'll have a ball. If in the area stop it and try them out.

I visited the grand central terminal location and had their frozen hot chocolate. It was rich and creamy, and tasted amazing. They put their handmade whipped cream which tasted just perfect (not too sweet) and I loved it. It was $6 and the amount was a lot. I definitely recommend this for chocolate lovers. I could taste the cacao and the chocolate was not too sweet which I loved.

Ordered some of his cookies from my house in Arizona. I got a good deal as they were 12 for $50. They used Belgian chocolate and the cookies packed a dense punch and alot of calories too. The cookies were very good and was glad to try things that are currently trending in the internet.

YUMMY HOT CHOCOLATE! All you need is a tiny cup because it is incredibly rich. Absolutely loved it, worth every Penny. Very sweet employees. Cute shop with lots of great gifts and sales items.

Definitely come here. The gentleman that was working was super nice and very patient. My friend and I sampled every ice cream flavor and he did not rush us at all. The ice cream prices are also great for the area. I got the cookies and cream scoop, which is made with the actual chocolate chip cookies they make. I also got a banana scoop, which is made with real bananas, no artificial flavoring at all! They have other delicious flavors as well. The place has more than enough seatings with outlets as well.

The hot chocolate here at Jacques Torres Chocolates (JTC) was the best I've had in my life. The drink was so chocolatey, creamy, and not too sweet (it seems like they used dark chocolate). We each ordered a small hot chocolate and that was so rich. I don't think we could've finished a large cup of hot chocolate just because of how decadent it was. They even had spiced hot chocolate or hot chocolate with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. We will definitely be back again to try those drinks out if we're visiting during the holiday season. JTC sells chocolates and other desserts too. Yum.

I really like the banana ice cream. I'm just confused why the sampling was limited to 2. What if I wanted 3 scoops, harder to decide.

We ordered one strawberry and one strawberry banana crêpe. They were filled with strawberries and bananas, and the outside was drizzled with glorious Nutella, which is a hazelnut chocolate sauce . The texture of the crêpes were absolutely perfect and that was the part I was most craving. I also loved the Nutella part. The banana and strawberry not so much as to me that didn't really have much of a taste, but maybe that was because the rest of it was super flavorful and over powered the fruit. All good and definitely satisfied my crêpe craving, but next time I would stop by to enjoy their desserts in person. The Kunafa looks particularly wonderful and has definitely peaked my curiosity.

Having a dessert spot in the neighborhood that is open late night and is serving flavors of our culture is nothing short of a dream come true. Not so great for my weight loss goals, though haha. Thank you, Moose. I came in here, and the place was absolutely buzzing, with groups of people enjoying their late night desserts- a testament to how much we needed this spot to just open and thrive and exist. I don't personally like cream Kenafa so I haven't really tried anything off their menu yet, but the Dubai chocolate crêpe is really calling out my name, and I am just going to bite the bullet and try it one of these days. I did go in to sample their Dubai chocolate. As a chocoholic, I am on a low-key search for the best Dubai chocolate bar in the city. This bar did not disappoint. The filling to chocolate ratio was perfect. However, I do feel that there is an over balance of crispy kanafa in the filling. I think it could use more pistachio cream and be a little on the runnier side. Can't wait to come back and try that crêpe. Until I am able to make that trip back, do stop in and enjoy a sweet treat in this cute little dessert shop. It's also Palestinian owned so you know you are supporting the right people and the right cause while satisfying that sweet tooth craving. What more could a customer ask for?

I saw tours, gluten free bakery items, and tasting room info advertised online, but turns out this was probably outdated info. So when we walked into the warehouse/tasting room we learned those weren't available after we saw some employees doing admin work and inquired. Would have appreciated more clarity about this online since we drove a ways to visit (I had previously tried to call the shop but couldn't get ahold of anyone; our gamble). However they sent someone out to help us at their merch bar and we were able to sample some delicious sea salt dark chocolate before purchasing a variety of bars. Extremely impressed with the coconut chunky, and I'm not even a huge coconut person. Would definitely go back again for that. The sweet pistachio spread was also incredible. Five star products. Really liked the decor and it was cool to see the actual operation happening in the background of the tasting room space. *Shoutout to Jeremy for gifting us a few bars with our purchase! While placing my order, I was briefly distracted by a phone call and accidentally said "white chocolate" instead of "milk chocolate." As soon as I realized the mistake--and knowing I'm allergic to white chocolate--I politely asked the sales associate if she could make it milk chocolate instead. I hadn't touched the cup, and it wasn't even handed to me yet. She looked at me as if I was asking for something unreasonable and told me I would have to pay for a whole new cup because it was "company policy." I asked to speak with a manager, hoping for some understanding, but what I got was a shockingly rude woman who immediately began raising her voice at me. She bluntly repeated that she would not make a new cup, even though I never picked up the original one and couldn't drink it due to my allergy. The unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service were unbelievable. I was so frustrated and disappointed that I walked out and left the drink behind without receiving a refund or even an apology. I will never be returning to this Prince Soho location.
