Jack's Donuts - Donuts Near Me - Fishers, Indiana

The girls and I that I work with are obsessed with Jack's chocolate cake donuts. We work less than 5 minutes from the Carmel location, but there's only one issue--the Carmel location NEVER has them (we called every day for two weeks straight). So, we discovered the Jack's in Fishers. Not only do they have a consistent schedule so you can expect when you can find certain types/flavors, but the people that work here are incredible. Today we drove over 20 miles from work to get a dozen chocolate cake donuts and received outstanding service. When the employee saw how giddy we were (yes, it's embarrassing), he snuck us an extra two donuts. Moral of the story? Skip the Carmel location if you're on the hunt for a chocolate cake donut that's not checking boxes. Head straight to the Fishers location on Thursdays! read more

When we get donuts on some Sunday mornings, we get there early to make sure we get what we want! Having a 10% off discount card is always a plus. The donuts are always good, fresh and the staff is friendly most of the time. If you happen to get one of the guys who makes the donuts to wait on you, you will likely find the customer service poor. Those guys don't want to be bothered. If you are waited on by one of the high school aged kids, you're good to go. The guy who left a review about these donuts not being as good as Daylight Donuts has no taste buds, so he doesn't really know what he is talking about and you shouldn't put any wait into his review at all. And here's a clue - Daylight Donuts is out of business for a reason. The apple fritters here are very good but my 'go to' pastry is the jelly filled. read more

Not a ton of helpful info to share because my wife is the one who picked up the donuts while I sat in the car (broken leg problems), but HOOOOOOLY this place delivers. Only six bucks for half a dozen *monstrous* and monstrously *delicious* donuts? What more to say? My only complaint is that they're nor closed to us---though that likely saves us the temptation of gorging far too regularly. read more

Easily the best donut shop in the area. Jack's has larger donuts and a wider variety of donuts than any shop in the area. Since discovering this shop several weeks ago, I haven't stopped returning. read more

I went here for the first time yesterday, after hearing so many good things about the donuts, and my wife and I weren't disappointed at all. The donuts are very chewy, delicious, and tough to put down. Be sure to pick up a half dozen or dozen cake donut holes as well. They are far better than the Krispy Kreme's you get in the stores. The only negatives I can speak of, and they really aren't that big of a deal, is that the business itself seems very small and the prices are somewhat higher than what you would normally pay for a donut. Due to these factors, their donut offerings are a bit limited, and on top of this, you wind up paying around $12 for a dozen donuts after tax. You could custom order donuts if you really wanted, but then you'll get charged even more. I still prefer my childhood #1 donut/pastry shop Concannon's over Jack's due to their massive selection, taste, and cheaper prices, but Jack's certainly isn't far behind when it comes to quality. I would highly recommend trying this place out if you're nearby! read more

Stopped here after a local race to carb down. Even though it was extra crowded the service was fast and efficient. My donuts tasted fresh with just a hint of the apple flavor I really wanted. My only complaint was that they were out of several varietals, but it was understandable given the rush. Definitely worth a shot! read more

I am not a huge doughnut person but this is very close by so my wife and I will on occasion take a stroll to Jacks. I truly don't think you could do better. Their doughnuts are the best and always fresh. Get there early as they sometimes will run out of a particular type. read more

WARNING: Don't wake up early hoping for fresh donuts. I recently went to this location at 5:15 am on a Saturday and all that was available were donuts left over from the day before. The girl working told me the fresh donuts wouldn't be ready for over an hour. Very disappointing! I called the Carmel location the lady working told me they start the day out with fresh donuts. So definitely go there. read more

This is a great donut shop. Set up very well with friendly employees. Noah and Anna were very attentive and made me feel welcome.

I am not much of a donut person but when I crave one I will search for one. While on vacation we stopped here and I was promised a good donut and I must say they were great donuts. They were not sugary but more yeasty and that is what I like in my donuts. Definitely a must stop when traveling through Indianapolis. read more

Staff isn't very friendly and lack in customer service; I've had donuts upside down in my bags and boxes. Coffee can be empty and supplies like plates can run short. Coke machines regularly have signs that they are out of order. Surprised it stays in business. The only reason for not giving it 1 star is that the donuts aren't bad; probably why the business succeeds in spite of itself. read more

Was skeptical coming in a few minutes before they close but was greeted by a friendly employee named Ben who was more than happy to show me whatever donuts I asked about since they were not in the display case anymore. As for the donuts they tasted great and fresh as always. The place also seemed extremely clean and you can't beat their prices. read more

Jack's is probably my favorite doughnut place on the Northside. I have been in here several times and have not been disappointed. The cinnamon donuts are similar to a cinnamon roll with flavored icing on top. They are quite solid, so you really only need to order one, because of its density. They have a nice selection of the usual glazed, cake, and long johns as well as donut holes. I like that they are open until 9pm since I am not an early bird, but still have the option of getting my doughnut fix later in the day. read more

Great donuts! Great Service! Today I was lucky enough to get donuts that had just came out and were still warm. Delicious! Parking is great, there are usually spaces out front that are available. There is usually no line. However, I have ran into a line on the weekend. There was also a race going on so that could have been it. The line moved quickly so it was no problem. read more

Jack never disappoints. One of the better donut places in the area. I am willing to wait for. Good donut but, I think Jacks knows they could have a few extra hands to assist and keep the line moving. read more

The white fluff and croinuts are amazing. Really great hours for a donut shop and the staff is friendly.

I'm not a huge donut fan, but I really like Jack's. They are usually very busy on the weekends. I love the cake donuts and the cro-nuts (croissants+donuts), but these are usually just on the weekends. Only reason I gave them 4 and not 5 is because they are on the more expensive end and always busy when I want a donut, which I'm not sure if that's a bad thing. All donuts are $1; however, most of the donuts are huge and definitely double the size of a normal donut. read more

I'd definitely go back! The traditional glazed yeast was good, but the cronut left a little to be desired. It's a great place to go in the Saxony area! read more

The Applesauce donuts are like crack for me and I've been a fan of Jack's for a long time. I've known about them from my parents in family who all grew up in New Castle so when I heard they opened a location about 5 minutes from me, I was all over it. My boyfriend was overly excited and I'm sure it's because he would eat donuts for every meal if he could. We've been twice now and both times we've had to wait in line (not a problem at all). They have a wide variety but make sure you go early! The second time we went they had run out of the applesauce donut (my favorite) so I just had to choose the cream filled, caramel iced one. Yum! I haven't tried one yet that I don't like. read more

After standing dumbfounded at the enormous amount of donuts (the mornings aren't exactly our best decision-making time), we chose some chocolate pretzels that were as big as our heads. Sure we have diabetes now but it was totally worth it read more

My favorite donut shop in Fishers. Try the cronut or the coconut frosted cinnamon roll.

Delicious donuts. Get there early on the weekends or be prepared to wait in line.

Good donuts. Very sweet so if that's the donut that does it for you. This is the place. The donuts are large and the variety depending on time is good. Mixed customer service. read more

Donuts are good and always fresh when I have purchased them. Great customer service in addition.

Jacks has a selection that changes all the time depending on who was making donuts. The service is fast and friendly. Highly recommended.

They have the friendliest service! I love stopping here in the morning. I love their iced coffee the best!

Great donuts and awesome selection. And they don't close at 10am!

ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS YUM! Jack's is affordable and satisfying at the same time. Love the donuts, nice and friendly staff, and in a safe neighborhood place. read more

If I could give this a five donut review I would but it only allows me to give it stars so they'll have to do. Donuts are always fresh. Jack's doesn't mess around with okay...they're donuts are awesome. And...they use the right kind of sprinkles. Sprinkles can make or break a good donut. read more

I came in with a friend and we each ordered pretty close to the same thing. I got a cinnamon twist donut, a red velvet cake donut, & a chocolate brown donut. The red velvet donut was definitely good, but it was a little bit dry. The chocolate around on it was delicious as was the cinnamon 1. these were definitely not the best donuts in the Indianapolis area but I've ever tasted, but this is definitely a solid place worth going back to read more

We went on a busy Saturday morning. The service was quick and the selection was good- lots of classics like fritters and bear claws. Good selection of whipped Cream and jelly filled doughnuts with interesting ones like snores and chocolate chip sprinkled. Doughnuts were relatively fresh- comparable quality to Dunkin. read more

This place does not make espresso drinks, out of ice cream, out of pucker powder, out of two sodas at the fountain. At least today. First time here, bad first impression. Donuts not attractive. Leaving empty handed. Addition: I heard that the coffee is average. read more

The donuts are amazing when they don't run out! Jack's doesn't close for another 5 hours and they said they are done making donuts. They have a very small selection left to choose from. I would suggest going early if you want them fresh! read more

LOVE!!! The best donuts I've had since Vargo's when I was a kid. Always fresh, always a good selection, even in the middle of the day. You know, sometimes you just have to eat donuts for lunch!! read more

Not as good as daylight donuts, but since daylight closed what else is there..... they need to make an apple fritter!!!

Just moved to fishers and would of thought Dunkin donuts were gonna the best but NO! They don't come close to Jacks. I would drive 10 min than 1 minute to Dunkin. That's how good jacks is. They are so fresh and soft..Mmmm melts like chocolate in your mouth. This is our family donut shop. read more

Love the yeast donuts. Some of my favorites in town. Also a big fan of the cinnamon twists. Very close to home and very filling donuts. A real big fan. read more

Good food and coffee every time I go very consistent. Donuts are slightly about average most are yeast type. Well above average coffee.

We spent $8.00 for 24 dounut holes and we only got 18. Along with that there wasnt any chocolate even though we asked her specifically for chocolate. At our local kroger you can get a doughnut for 75 cents and we couldve got 10 doughnuts there for less then $8.00. I am very annoyed.lqq read more
