Such a cute place to hang out on a day off! My friends and I split our donuts, and o loved every one that I tried. I couldn't decide between chocolate or vanilla, so the twisted tiger tail was an obvious choice! Chocolate and vanilla donuts braided together--double yum! What impressed me the most about Jack's was the huge variety of handcrafted drinks. From a simple hot chocolate or flavored coffee to HSE/Fishers inspired energy drinks and blended frappes, they really have every beverage anyone could ever want. As a self-proclaimed boba aficionado, I was super excited to try the blueberry boba. It was even better than I imagined--I loved the addition of sparkling water for an energizing fizz. The drink selection is very underrated, and I encourage everyone to live on the edge and try a new one! You definitely won't regret it. Finally, what really topped off this already perfect morning at Jack's was the service. The man at the register on 2/17 (I did not get his name) was very kind and brought our drinks right to us at our table. I really appreciated his hard work! Thanks for the great pastries, drinks, and service, Jack's! It was a great time!

I was in the area in the morning so decided to stop by for my favorite, a vanilla frosted and coconut donut. Unfortunately they had sold out of my favorite already. I expressed my disappointment, I only wanted one, and the young lady behind the counter said she'd go in back and make me one. Now that's customer service!!! No more than a couple of minutes, she returned with a freshly made donut. That really set the day for me.

4 stars. They have delicious vegan doughnut! It's probably one of the best cake doughnuts I've ever had in my entire life! It's $2.50 and totally worth every penny. However, it's very rich! I doubt you'll eat if all in one sitting, and if you do... you won't want a second. They are very satisfying! The rest of the offerings are just okay, IMO. The cinnamon glazed is pretty solid. The cronut (croissant doughnut) is tasty, too. They have begun serving specialty drinks, but I've not tried any. And they deliver!! That's a bonus! Their employees wash their hands after every customer, so I can appreciate that especially with this Coronavirus pandemic waiting to ruin the world. And they hire very well - all of their employees are extremely personable and easy to chat with. The drawback for me is that they make their doughnuts at night, so they aren't hot in the store. As grew up a Krispy Kreme fanatic, and a hot doughnut is one of my favorite things in life! The plus (for the consumer) here is that they are rarely ever sold out! I've never not been able to get exactly what I came for. Are there better doughnuts in the area? Sure. Are they anywhere close to this shop? Not really. Should you stop in and give them a try? Definitely! Don't forget to check in and use the Yelp deals!

The first day we walked to the location they were closed with a sign on the door but no updated hours on their website, Google listing or Yelp. Annoying. The next day we grabbed some donuts. They were out of their main coffee. Probably understaffed like everywhere else. Donuts were very good. The single staff member seemed on edge trying to do all the work by herself.

If you are Donuts lover , you must buy donuts only from here and if you are not donuts fan ,you must pay a visit ,you will start loving great donuts . They have verity of donuts at very good price. Easy parking, convenient location ,welcoming staffs, great coffee, dine in option and amazing donuts. It's almost a crime if you don't go there and you live in this area.

Despite not living in Indy, I listen to Indy radio often (thanks to online streaming). Due to this, I'd heard of Jack's plenty of times but never had them. Seeing as how I was staying in Indy for the weekend for a little R&R and shopping, and a Jack's being about a mile from my hotel, it was time to change that. I went in at 7:30am on a Saturday and was greeted with a long line snaking around the store, but it was ok because it moved very quickly. I went with a half dozen, so I could try six different donuts. Peanut butter, sprinkle stick, chocolate stick, white fluff, strawberry and a chocolate chip. The very first one I ate ended up being the best of the group: the peanut butter. My least favorite was the chocolate stick. I wrongly assumed it had fluff or cream inside of it and it did not so it was just a yeast donut with chocolate icing on top. I did not eat all six at once, just for the record. I had 3 Saturday and 3 Sunday. I'm glad I finally got to check them out and while they were good, they didn't stand out to me any more than any donuts you can get elsewhere like at a Krispy Kreme or a Dunkin. Basically, if you're a donut fan, you won't be disappointed by going here because they're pretty much the same as everywhere else.

Ask the Community - Jack's Donuts

Can you advise on your hours? We just went by and was under the impression it was open until 6pm but it's dark. Others tried to stop in before their kids games at the soccer field and the door was locked and a person in the back.

We are open until 6p daily but have sold out early on the weekend. Sorry!!

The space itself is what appears to be an old schoolhouse, and it's incredibly warm and welcoming inside. There's a great mix of seating on the first floor, including community seating near a fireplace, smaller tables, and larger tables for groups. I noticed there's also an upstairs area that I didn't explore, but even just the main level felt homey and comfortable. It's definitely a spot I'd come back to for getting out of the house to work, bringing a laptop, or even meeting friends for a casual coffee date. The vibe is very cozy and inviting, and the staff was friendly and kind. The menu is thoughtfully curated, not overwhelming, but still offers a nice variety of syrups and flavors. My only small wish is that there were more loose-leaf tea options beyond black and green tea, but that didn't take away from the experience. Overall, this was a fantastic visit and a café I'd happily return to.

He works not far from this location and had visited a couple of times in the past. It is located in a relatively nice-looking plaza with good neighboring shops. The interior as we walked in was strikingly pleasant. It had a nice airy, spacious feeling and was well-appointed with agreeable coloring and decor. It offered a nice place to enjoy food and drink while chatting, working, reading or simply relaxing. The menu was interesting as it was mostly coffee creations, teas, pastries/baked goods and a few specialty cold drinks. But many of the offerings were very intriguing. There were four of us. My son-in-law tried the Mocha and thought it was nicely done. My wife and daughter each had an iced Butter Cookie Latte. I had a taste and was favorably impressed. I had a Jubani Coffee, which is a medium light roast coffee and coffee husks with cardamom, ginger and cinnamon. It was a burst of flavor and provided quite an enjoyable change of pace. The younger ones had two varieties of bagel bites, Classic Jalapeño and Olive. My wife and I split a Butter Cookie Kunafa, which was served in a generous portion and was wonderfully textured with terrific taste. Our bill was $59 including food, drink, tax and tip. Given the fare and the overall experience, I thought this was OK as a treat. I saw that this place is part of a chain of 30 shops that is based in Dearborn, MI. This is not far from our home in SE Michigan, so we will look for an opportunity to find another shop near us.
