This is one of my favorite coffee shops around the Indy area. I am an iced girlie and these are the best ice coffees around. I am a sucker for their seasonal menus. I also like how at the fishers location they have the walk up window which is great for mom walks. It right off the nickel plate trail so easy to grab a coffee and go for a walk!

You can't go wrong with Java House, which has locations popping up all over central Indiana. On this visit, I downloaded their app which earned me a free drink. Score! I'm not a coffee drinker, so I typically order an iced chai latte, which was pretty good here. This location is just steps from vibrant downtown Fishers and the beautiful Nickel Plate Trail. They even have a walk-up order window!

Hilarious lack of value with these cold brew houses, still confusing as all get out for many walking to order something espresso, and I'm curious about the sugar content in the extremely rich lattes here. This is basically a coffee milkshake dessert dive. There's not one actual coffee drink here, only cold brew that gets dumped along with fancy cold foam, concentrated or basic, alongside a host of flavors and heart racing blends of caffeine and sucrose. I have had to avoid most of the signatures due to sweetness overload. I prefer my drinks balanced and serving real ingredients not pumped from plastic squirt bottles. However the atmosphere, lovely staff, and random loyalty perks, it sure does do better than Dunkin, Starbucks, and other chains. Would enjoy seeing proper crafted flavors alongside the prices, Rabble, Gaia, Blue Mind, Brickhouse, Coat Check, Commissary, and other local shops can show how it's done!

To be completely honest, I had never heard of Java house until they started sponsoring my favorite INDYCAR driver this year. I had saw this coffee shop when I visited Rita's, but never noticed the name. I decided to finally give an in person location a try. I had their black tea at the race track via a peel and pour pod, and it was fine. I ordered via the app. The frappes if you don't like coffee seem to mostly be build your own style, so ordering on the app is probably way easier. I did a dark chocolate, Carmel, toffee type mix. It was soooo good. It beat everything from Starbucks by a mile. It's not something I'll order a ton because of the calories and sugar, but as a treat it was amazing. The lemonade I added raspberry and it was just right too. Tart yet sweet. The restaurant was super clean and had a cozy and inviting vibe. The staff were also kind and friendly. Will definitely return.

Cute little coffee shop in Fishers! Recommended to me by a friend, I stopped in during the Indy Indie Book Crawl and ordered the Cloudy Daze, which is a seasonal drink. The iced vanilla espresso paired great with the blackberry cold foam and tasted incredibly smooth. This is sweet, but not overly sweet. Pick up a stirrer so you can mix the foam with the coffee for the best taste! Fast and friendly service - I would like to stop in again to try other seasonal offerings. They have a few locations in Indy.

The worst most cursed pumpkin spice latte ever made, but it's possible they forgot they weren't making a chai latte until like half way through? Also don't even walk in here because they really hate that, the fact that you exist really pisses off the baristas

Loved the ambiance and vibe. The coffee was really good and a perfect treat on a hot day! The cashier was super friendly and helpful in our beverage choices. It was quick service for the grab and go-ers and a chill productive vibe for those that stay.

This might be the best Java House yet!! I love the small inside, the way it's long and narrow makes it feel quaint and homey. I had drip coffee. Though I didn't care for the particular brew, it was still good coffee. The breakfast sandwich was to die for. They heated up perfectly. I feel like most places hardly heat it or it seems stale, but this was delish! I would say if you are looking to work independently or read a book, this is the perfect coffee shop. If you're meeting with friends, just know that it's pretty quiet!

I was lucky and got invited to the soft opening for the new location in Fishers on November 7th. I'm a loyal fan of Java House Coffee so I'm happy there was a new addition to the area. I like to work outside of my home and mostly in coffee shops so I frequent Jave House often in their different locations. Area: Easy to locate and plenty of parking nearby between street and garage parking. Vibe: Laid back and quiet, easy to conduct remote work. Coffee: A variety of unique specialty drinks and your basic coffee. They also have seasonal specials that I love. The cold brew with cold foam is a 10 out of 10. I also tried the hot honey latte which was perfect and tasty. The signature drinks can be sugary. The last time I went the barista was happy to modify the drink. Service: The staff was friendly and gave me recommendations based on my preference. Everything comes out quickly, I usually order a bagel with my coffee.

I went to this location on a Saturday morning before walking to the Fishers farmer's market. As usual, the coffee was good, but service was slow. They were pretty crowded though so I won't hold it against them. Java House ambiance is pretty blah to me, just simple and basic, but overall it's fine. I do like that tables are outside for the warmer months.

The Cold Brew sign is such a perfect place for pictures! It is a really cute space and perfect for coffee dates! I like the white chocolate mocha and pumpkin bread.

Fall seasonal drinks. I tried the bonfire brew.

I stopped by this place the first week they opened to check out the new location. It was super clean and would be a great area to work remotely. The staff was working super hard to get everything out quickly and tasting great. I tried one of their Fall drinks - the bonfire brew (hot), and it was delicious. It was the right amount of sweetness to not overpower the drink, and the pumpkin bread was perfection. I'll definitely be back to enjoy more drinks this cozy season.

I come from a land where great breakfast burritos can be found everywhere (you know the place), so my standards are high. And then I tasted the breakfast burrito at Mornings Breakfast & Brunch in Fishers. And now ... well. If someone asked me, now, where my favorite breakfast burrito is located, Mornings might pop into my head. Because the breakfast burrito here is bangin'. It's appropriately mushy in all the right places. (If you know me, then you know that "mushy" is a big compliment when describing a burrito.) It has hash browns that aren't too crispy, diced bacon (or whatever other meat you choose), scrambled eggs, cheese, all wrapped in a thin flour tortilla. The breakfast burrito also comes with a side of sour cream and salsa verde, plus an additional side. I chose fried potatoes. I got my breakfast burrito to go, like you should. Do people eat burritos sitting down in a restaurant? Aren't they made to be eaten in a car, precariously gripped in one hand, with the other had on the steering wheel, maneuvering around roundabouts? Or in a car, dripping sweat into the to-go container as you hover over it to shove the last bits of burrito into your face after a vigorous yoga session? Burritos are meant to be eaten in cars, obviously, so I got my breakfast burrito to go. Burritos, like many things, taste better when they're eaten in a car. When I visited Mornings early in the morning, the music was blasting in the dining room. I don't know if they always have it this loud, or if maybe they were just trying to pump up the staff, or if maybe I'm just old and everything is loud now, but the music was very loud. Like, "raise your voice to talk to the person across the table" loud. I guess just keep that in mind. Or let that be yet another sign that you need to get your food to go and eat it in your car.

Everything came out quickly, thanks to Froy and Eduardo in the kitchen. I made sure to tell them how great the food was, and their big smiles said it all you can tell they genuinely care about both quality and service. There's plenty of parking, which is always a plus. The gumbo was chocked full of seafood and the salad had the most delightful jalapeño vinaigrette. It usually comes with honey mustard but they were out. Happy mistake. That dressing was soooooo good! Honestly, I don't think I've ever enjoyed a salad dressing more. The only thing better than the food was the service. Sydney... "like Australia," as she introduced herself was attentive, personable, and made the experience memorable. I returned a few days later for Sunday brunch and ordered what I thought would be a larger salad. Unfortunately, it missed the mark - completely. There simply weren't enough greens to justify calling it a salad. On this visit, the service was noticeably slower. Our orders arrived at different times, some items were incorrect, and we were initially charged for things we didn't order. Thankfully, everything was addressed once we reviewed the bill. I love the small town feel!! The restaurant vibe reflects the town. Everyone is very welcoming. I didn't catch bartenders name, but she was very friendly to everyone at her bar. She told us her favorites on the menu. I appreciated her knowledge about the restaurant and the menu. The bar area seemed a little dark, but that actually enhanced the experience of an old bar. We only sat in the bar area, I believe there is additional seating in another room, but I didn't look. I opted for a grilled tenderloin and a cup of beer cheddar jalapeño cheese soup. The sandwich's are Ala carte. The sandwich was bigger than I expected, that would have been enough for lunch. The trick with grilled tenderloin is that many times it is over cooked, so it is dry. This was cooked to perfection; cooked but still moist. The sandwich, with the "garden" was awesome. Now to the soup. I think she said they use wee Mac as the beer. The jalapeño was puréed. There was crispy bacon crumbled on top; I did not care for the bacon. The soup was odd to me as I was eating it. Because of the texture, it reminded me of corn chowder. There was a little spice/flavor from the jalapeño. What was odd to me, was it didn't wow me like I thought it would, but I kept eating it. So in the end, I think I really liked it bc I ate all of it!!! The menu is not large, but has a good variety for its size. The desserts were impressive, I just didn't have room for it. I could easily become a regular there!!
